Ugh!... why do I hurt so bad?.....
Those were the first words that came to mind as I shot open my eyes, rays of sunlight penetrated them instantly causing even more pain. Raising myself from the ground, I pulled myself up, staggering in the process.
Staring at the unfamiliar view before me while subconsciously brushing through my jet black hair which hung messily around my forehead, the most captivating scene ever lay right before me...ocean blue water which seemed to glitter underneath the sun; it's warmth flooding through my caramel skin. I closed my eyes, forgetting my confusions for a while, before shooting them back open
'Where am i' and how did I get here?
I racked my brain for answers but can't remember anything..well nothing except my name and gender, I'm obviously a guy and I'm pretty sure I'm called Valtor...by who though?..I can't even recall having any friends or family.
Getting out of my thoughts, I finally noticed what I had on; a blue-stripped long sleeved shirt with a white top underneath that didn't look so white anymore, some blue jeans and a pair of sneakers... I don't seem dressed for a vacation, so guess I was here for something else,.. turning around, I noticed a vast amount of trees that lay the opposite direction of the water, it went all the way down, it looked like a forest, was I here for a hiking trip maybe? even if I was, how did I get through that large amount of water, there are no signs of a boat landing recently or maybe they've been washed away?..how long have I been laying here?
Growing even more perplexed, I decided to yell for help

Could I really be the only one stuck on this..this,.. shit, I have no idea where I am
I raised my head up in frustration, taking notice of the warm orange in the sky
..the sun is about to set now..
Placing my hands in my pants pocket, I felt a piece of paper against my fingers, I immediately pulled it out,.. it had a short phrase written on it.."make a fire"
I stared at the note hoping to recognize the handwriting..nope, still no memories..
How am I supposed to make a fire though?
huh!.. I sighed in frustration..
Suddenly my stomach began to growl, I tapped my tummy lightly, wondering when last I had a meal.
staring back at the woods behind me, I came up with a solution to my hunger, maybe I could find some fruits among those trees.
I slowly began to make my way through the forest.. glancing side to side, all I could see was unending rows of vegetation, with no sign of an end up ahead. After walking a while with no success on finding anything to eat, noticing how dark it suddenly became, I decided to head back but something stopped me in my tracks...a low growl coming from the woods. Turning around, I paused, subconsciously holding my breath as I narrowed my eyes in attempt to see through the looming darkness... but found nothing,
..huh!,..I guess the hunger must've gotten to me so hard that I'm hallucinating.., I turned back towards the path through which I came.
As I continued on my way out, an even louder growl forced me to look back again, a pair of eyes suddenly shone at me from a distance, sending shivers down my spine, my legs immediately began to move on reflex as I ran out as fast as I could while subtly glancing behind, whatever was pursuing me was hot on my trail, I gulped in horror as I increased my pace but soon bumped into a huge tree, causing me to fall hard to the ground.
oww!..I seethed with pain as I tried to pull myself from the ground but was forcefully pinned by one arm to the tree instead
I screeched in pain and horror as I came face to face with my attacker, a terrifying beastly creature with sharp claws, it's fearful eyes glared through my skin like a predator who found it's prey with it's mouth agape revealing sharp looking vampire teeth.
I let out a shriek as I tried with every strength in me to tear myself away from it's grip, all to no avail, hot tears trickled down my face as I wondered why I stupidly decided to walk into this evil forest or how I ended up getting stuck here in the first place
Interrupting my thoughts, the creature raised it's sharp claws, lunging it towards my chest,
No!!..,I screamed while looking away, with my free arm subconsciously stretched out on defense
a warm feeling suddenly flowed through my skin and a screeching sound was heard, though not from me
Turning my head forward, I stared in amazement at the bright flames that shone in front of me with the beast burning in the midst of it
I raised myself from the tree. Still clinging to my throbbing arm, I wondered at the sight
