On that wonderful note, I sat down on the throne and decided to wait for the wave of joy to subside, and to think things over.
(I have so much to do. Knowing that I've ended up in the world of DxD, it turns out that there are three forces to reckon with in this world.
The first is the holy ones, or angels. They are the remnants of the holy legions created by God to fight the spawn of chaos, immortal warriors who knew no fear, warriors of incredible power. Now they sit like hermits in their golden city in Paradise and do not show themselves without a good reason. After the last war, in which both the Devil and God were killed, they suffered a crushing defeat and took a serious beating, so they signed a peace treaty with the other sides of the conflict. The current leader is the archangel Michael.
The second group are the fallen ones, or traitors, as I call them. Legions of traitors who rebelled against God and lost his grace because of their "wrong" thoughts. Cursed, useless to anyone! As for me, angels and demons could have united long ago and destroyed these degenerates. The leader... I don't remember, something like Azazel, that type, is to be feared. This devilish genius creates his own holy mechanisms, which may be weaker than the divine ones, but are still dangerous.
The third and last are demons. They are terrifying creatures born of chaos and darkness. They possess enormous power and are numerous compared to the others. In my opinion, they are the most dangerous faction, if not for one thing. They are divided and constantly want to start a new civil war or change the government. They could have united long ago and destroyed both the fallen and the angels, but their nature, so to speak, is what's holding them back. Their leader, Sazex or Alovolos Satan, is a very interesting character, but he's a shady guy who sold his own sister to the Phoenix, so he's not much of a brother.
Hmm... where to start? And how to do it?
You could join one of the factions, which would be good for protection, but the downside is that you would have to obey that faction, and if war breaks out, you would have to go and kill your "enemies" because you were ordered to.
NOT AN OPTION! I don't want to sacrifice my clan's freedom and heritage for something like that, which means I have only one choice left...
TO CREATE A FOURTH FACTION!!!
It will be very difficult, but in the long run... very beneficial. This means we will have to act cautiously and as inconspicuously as possible. I hate stealth...
So, we've sorted that out, now for the next thing. In order to make a big splash, you either need to do something like save a princess and slay a dragon... or go down the Jack the Ripper route and make the world fear you, even if they don't know your face.
As a heroic deed, killing the fire rooster might work. It will definitely attract attention, but it will also cause a lot of problems.
Damn! I can't take that risk! Oh well... I always wanted to play the villain, dreams do come true, damn it...
What should I do?
Lost in my thoughts, I didn't notice someone approaching me.
"Mr. Arden," said Narberal's calm but gentle voice, bringing me back to my senses. "Would you like a cup of coffee?"
" With a sweet smile, she handed me a cup of hot coffee, and I took it with trembling hands. The pleasant aroma was refreshing and invigorating, chasing away my dark thoughts. Nara was like sunshine to me, illuminating and warming me.
"Sir?" she asked, puzzled. "Are you all right?"
I took a sip from the mug. The coffee was hot but not too hot, refreshing and giving me strength, or rather, the person who had made it for me. I smiled and held out my hand to Gamma, who stood there for a moment, not understanding, but then grabbed both my hands and knelt down in front of me. I pulled her towards me, sat her on my lap, and hugged her with my free arm.
"M-master..." Nara said softly.
"I love you, Narbeal Gamma," I said and gently kissed her on the lips. She didn't expect this and at first tried to pull away, but then she began to respond. Her warm, soft tongue deftly wrapped around mine and began to play with me.
After about five minutes, Nara and I broke the kiss and stared at each other with loving eyes, touching foreheads and playing with our noses, until...
"Ahem! Excuse me, Mr. Arden, but what are your orders? Sebas asked me, and behind him I saw Regina's evil grin. The cold blue glint in Solush's eyes, which now licked her lips eerily, Delta's calm but focused gaze, which now looked strangely at Narbeal, the glint of Yuri's glasses, and the most terrifying strange movement in the darkness and the sound of Vasilisa chewing.
(THERE YOU ARE, YOU FLUFFY BASTARD!!!)
