Next thing he knows, he wakes up in bed, confused he looks around.
'Where the hell am I??'. Asked Ben.
Ben then gets out of bed, and looks for a mirror. When he found one, he see's he's not himself anymore, but 14 year old Buggy.
'Of all one piece characters to reincarnate into, I had to be the weakling that is Buggy "The clown"'. Said Buggy to himself.
Setting back down, he thinks to .
'(If I'm 14 year old Buggy, then this year, is the year the Roger Pirates disband, and I'm Buggy, the weakest member of the crew)'. Thought Buggy.
Just like that, the door opened, revealing a 14 year old Shanks with food.
'Hey Buggy, how ya feeling?'. Asked Shanks.
'(It's "red hair" shanks, captain of the red haired pirates, and a future Yonko, better play it cool)'. Thought Buggy wanting to survive.
'I'm feeling pretty good'. Said Buggy.
'Good to hear, nothing yet on the others coming back yet. But I have faith in them, they'll come back'. Says Shanks handing over food to Buggy.
'I hope your right'. Says Buggy eating.
As the two eat, Buggy was in his head again.
'(Seeing that my devil fruit powers are pretty strange, I best train to use them better. It's the only way to survive next year)'. Thought Buggy.
After eating, Buggy went out to train.
[a few hours later]
Buggy found a forest to try out his devil fruit abilities.
"Chop chop, pistol" said Buggy before sending his left fist at a tree.
Just like that, his fist popped out of his arm and was flying to the tree.
Buggy with a mind of his own, stopped his fist from hitting the tree for real.
'Now that I can do that, I guess I'll be needing to strengthen my body, not just my devil fruit and mind, but if I want to survive, I have to get stronger'. Says Buggy to himself.
As time passed Buggy was doing strength training, he did 50 pushups, 50 setups, 50 squats, and a 5km run in the forest.
When he wasn't doing strength training, he did meditation to strengthen his mind.
After meditation he trained his devil fruit.
As days passed he learned that the Roger Pirates, have finally shown up.

As the two waited they saw the Oro Jackson docking at port.
The boys saw a ladder coming down, they started climbing it.
When they came onboard, they got hugged by their friends the Roger Pirates.
Just like that, they then set sailed away to not get attacked by the marines.
