His gaze was calm and resolute. The power of a first-stage gene lock surged through his body, surrounding him instantly with a wave of immense energy.
He took a deep breath, pressed his hands together, and puffed out his cheeks.
"Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!" Yujin shouted, and a massive fireball shot from his mouth straight toward Da Qiang!
"Great Fireball!?" Da Qiang jumped back as if he had seen a ghost.
What… was happening!?
If Meng Yao were here, she might have recognized Yujin's identity.
But Da Qiang, whose brain was mostly muscle, had little sense to analyze this.
The more he thought, the more frustrated he became. A flicker of anger appeared in his eyes.

With a loud "bang," Daqiang's fist struck a wooden post instead.
Yujin appeared behind Daqiang. Startled, Daqiang swung his fist wildly in the empty air.
Yujin's body suddenly accelerated. The threads in his hands danced with his movements. Three ninja tools seemed alive, carving deadly arcs through the air.
"Now!"
Daqiang's pupils constricted sharply. He sensed a dangerous aura.
His body reacted instinctively, arms raised to block.
But Yujin's attack was far faster than he expected.
One kunai sliced through the air, striking Daqiang's side.
As Daqiang tried to move, another kunai came from a different angle.
Yujin's hands moved swiftly. The threads under his control slithered like serpents, wrapping tightly around Daqiang.
Daqiang roared, gathering immense strength in his fist, swinging at the incoming kunai.
But at that moment, a massive shuriken struck from behind, hitting Daqiang's lower back.
Daqiang's body shuddered violently, a sharp pain shooting through him.
"Sharingan Windmill Triple Attack!" Yujin's voice echoed across the plaza. He pulled sharply, and the chakra-infused threads wrapped tightly around Daqiang, binding him completely.
Daqiang struggled, but no matter how strong he was, he couldn't break free from the threads.
"Damn it! Kid! I don't even know who the hell you are, but you think you can kill me like this?! You're dreaming!"
Yujin said nothing. He raised his hand and thrust it toward Daqiang's eye socket.
"Pft!"
"Ah!"
Daqiang went mad, violently trying to free himself from the threads. He lunged at Yujin, only to be met with a solid punch.
With a resounding "thud," Daqiang was sent flying.
He struggled to get to his feet, only to see a strange man standing before him.
Large fleshy lumps protruded from his back, and his face was covered with irregular black cloud-like tattoos. Yet, he was smiling as he looked at him.
Da Qiang swallowed hard.
He didn't know why, but in Yujin's eyes, he saw the same thing that had once appeared in Meng Yao's.
It was… Killing intent.
