Synopsis
When Qianyu Kamiyo wakes up in the world of Naruto, it’s during the worst possible moment—the Nine Tails is rampaging through Konoha, and chaos reigns. No golden finger. No overpowered bloodline. No mysterious master. Just him. Resolved to survive the madness and live a quiet life until the Infinite Tsukuyomi puts the world to sleep, Qianyu keeps his head down and blends in. But everything changes the moment he uses chakra for the first time—his system finally awakens. Its rule is simple: heal others, gain random powers. Heal Naruto Uzumaki → Gain pure Asura Chakra. Heal Shisui Uchiha → Acquire elite Uchiha bloodline. Heal Sasuke → Unlock pure Indra Chakra. For over a decade, Qianyu builds his strength in secret under the unassuming guise of a humble medical ninja. No one notices. No one suspects. Until the Fourth Great Ninja War. As the Allied Shinobi Forces clash with Six Paths Madara, Qianyu calmly steps forward—and knocks Madara out cold with a single punch. The battlefield falls silent. Everyone stares. And Qianyu, confused by their shock, simply shrugs: “What? I’m just a medic. This is normal, right?”

Chapter 1 - The Boy Without a Cheat

The Land of Fire. Hidden Leaf Village.

Four years had passed since the Nine Tails rampaged through Konoha, leveling half the village in one terrifying night. Now, as the sun dipped below the horizon, the scars of that night were all but healed. The village had slowly reclaimed its peace and prosperity.

Down a quiet residential street, a young boy walked alone, sweat trickling down his brow, but a faint smile lingering on his lips.

He looked no older than four.

Jet-black hair, clear dark eyes, pale skin, and delicate, almost angelic features—he was the kind of child who made old ladies sigh and mutter, "What a sweet boy."

And they did.

"Qian Yu, you're back already?"

"Out training again? You're such a responsible kid for your age!"

"Not like that rascal in my house—he just plays all day. I'm gonna tan his hide when I get home."

"Here, Qian Yu, take this fish. Cook it up nice tonight, okay?"

Their kindness was warm and genuine. And Qian Yu returned every greeting with quiet politeness and a bright, rehearsed smile.

It took him nearly ten minutes to cross just a few hundred meters of street, stopping constantly to wave or bow or thank someone for a gift.

Finally, he arrived at a modest courtyard house tucked away at the edge of the neighborhood. The moment the gate closed behind him, his smile vanished.

He rubbed his stiff cheeks and sighed.

"Being popular is exhausting."

His full name was Kamiyo Qian Yu, born in the 48th year of Konoha's calendar. Orphaned during the Nine Tails Rebellion, he had no family left in this world.

He was also a transmigrator.

In his past life, he'd been an ordinary nobody, one of billions. The only cliché missing from his protagonist package was the overpowered cheat system—or so he thought.

He had no regrets about leaving that world behind. Well, except for one:

"I really should've cleared my browser history…"

Mikami, Fukada, Momoki… He winced at the memory.

"Please tell me that gas explosion fried my phone, too…"

He had vague memories of the Nine Tails the day he arrived—still swaddled in cloth, barely conscious, yet aware enough to see the monstrous fox blotting out the sky.

If Minato hadn't teleported that Tailed Beast Bomb away at the last second, his reincarnation might've been the shortest in isekai history.

That was the moment he realized exactly where he had landed.

The world of Naruto—land of bloodline supremacy, eye lasers, and deeply questionable war ethics.

"The Return to the Village Arc," "Uchiha Eye Trauma Chronicles," "Ōtsutsuki Soap Opera," "Win a Fight, Marry Sakura"—he remembered it all.

He loved the manga in his past life. The explosive jutsus, the heartfelt moments, the flashy fights—everything except the overwhelming, in-your-face bloodline favoritism.

No Uchiha surname. No Senju genes. No nine-tailed battery pack living in his gut. Just Kamiyo Qian Yu: orphan, civilian, and thoroughly average.

And in this world? That basically made you cannon fodder.

Sure, Might Guy showed the world what hard work could do. But it also nearly killed him. If Naruto hadn't bailed him out, Guy would've been a heroic smear on the battlefield.

So after two years of waiting without a cheat or any divine gift, Qian Yu accepted the truth:

He wasn't meant to be a hero.

"If I can live long enough to make it to Infinite Tsukuyomi, that's a win in my book."

He'd stay under the radar. Train just enough. Stay out of the spotlight. Let Naruto and Sasuke handle the gods and demons.

Still, he wasn't planning to waste this second life. He had a goal—and when you have a goal, you move.

His limbs were lean but strong, hardened from years of silent training. Even as a toddler, he'd started exercising, building his body long before touching chakra. He ran laps in the yard, then around the village. His growth outpaced children his age—at four years old, he was already 1.2 meters tall, towering over his peers.

In this world, chakra was everything. It was the lifeblood of ninja society. But Qian Yu knew the truth:

The body came first.

He had inherited his parents' chakra refinement method and a few scrolls with ninjutsu—but he hadn't rushed into training. Why?

Because overusing chakra at a young age could cripple a child's growth. Just look at Kakashi and Itachi. Geniuses, sure. But both were physically frail compared to their peers.

No, Qian Yu wasn't gambling with his life.

He was playing the long game.

Tonight, however, marked a turning point.

Inside his room, after a hearty meal (thanks to kind old Mrs. Asai and her fish), he sat cross-legged on the tatami mat and pulled out the scroll from the cupboard.

A gift from his parents—a fading legacy. It contained chakra refinement instructions and five ninjutsu techniques:

Wind Style: Great Breakthrough

Wind Style: Gale Palm

Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu

Fire Style: Dragon Fire Technique

Fire Style: Dragon Flame Bomb (B-rank)

Judging by the list, his parents had specialized in wind and fire release. Unfortunately, Qian Yu had no idea what chakra nature he possessed. If it wasn't wind or fire, these techniques would be useless to him.

But one step at a time.

He followed the scroll's instructions, calming his mind and focusing inward.

Chakra was the fusion of physical energy from cells and spiritual energy from the mind. It was a delicate balance.

He felt warmth begin to spread through his body.

A strange sensation—subtle, but alive.

"It's working… I'm actually refining chakra."

He couldn't help but smile as he sank into the rhythm. His first chakra. His first step into the world of shinobi.

Then—

A sudden click echoed in his ears.

Followed by a cold, mechanical voice.

"Healing System Activated."

Conditions met: First chakra refined.

"Welcome, Host. Would you like to view your system panel?"

Qian Yu's eyes snapped open.

His system had finally arrived.
