Confused he gets up and falls on the floor.
'Damn it, how long was I sleeping??'. Asked Ben.
As he slowly got up, he walked to the mirror to see his reflection…, only to find out he had become Buggy of one piece.
'Damn…, I got reincarnated into Buggy body'. Said Buggy to himself.
Setting back down on the bed, Buggy thinks to himself.
'(Seeing that I'm 14 years old, I must be in the year, gold Roger became king of the pirates. I need a plan after his death next year)'. Thought Buggy.
Just like that, the door to the room opens to reveal a young red haired man with food.
'(It's "red hair" shanks. He's pretty skilled with a sword, and a future master of all haki forms)'. Thought Buggy.
'Ah, Shanks, I see you brought food, good to see'. Said Buggy trying to act cool.
'Yep, I was hoping you'd be hungry, I see your finally feeling better'. Says Shanks.
'What can I say, I have very good luck so far'. Said Buggy smiling.
As the two eat, Buggy thinks some more.
'(I need to train myself if I want to survive this mad world, I have devil fruit powers, hopefully I can master them during the stay here)'. Thought Buggy.
After eating Shanks did the dishes and Buggy left to go train.
After finding a big enough forest, Buggy trained his devil fruit abilities to the limit.
When he's not devil fruit training, he's training his mind and body.
50 pushups, 50 setups, 50 squats, and a 5 km run around the forest.
After a few days he decides to try out sword fighting…
'Not going to lie. When you asked me to teach ya how to use a sword, I thought you were going for one sword skills, but two?. Buggy, what are ya trying to do??'. Asked Shanks as he trained Buggy in swordsmanship.
'Can't be weak forever right?, need to get stronger to survive'. Said Buggy.
'Yeah but, two swords?'. Asked Shanks.
'Why not, it's fair, besides, Oden uses two swords'. Says Buggy.
'Fair point'. Said Shanks.

[a few days later]
The day had finally arrived. The Roger Pirates have shown up.
As the Oro Jackson docks at port, the boys wait for their friends to pick them up.
A ladder appears from the ship.
The two young pirates started climbing it.
After climbing onboard, they get hugged by their friends.
After that. They then settled sail to celebrate their victory over finding one piece.
