Episode 2: The Brothers Galden and Felda
After escaping from Williams, the dark sorcerer, the two brothers were swept up into the sky with incredible speed. The heavens split open, and they vanished into them. The atmosphere shifted—clouds darkened, the blue sky vanished, replaced by a grim gray—and then, gently, they landed back on solid ground.
They found themselves in a forest, disoriented and breathless, struggling to comprehend what had just happened. The journey had been terrifyingly fast. All they could remember was the sight of their father's face as he fell… and the horrifying aura surrounding the dark sorcerer, Williams.
• Felda broke the silence. "What is this? What's going on? Am I dreaming?" Galden tried to calm him.
But Felda pressed on. "Where are we? How did we end up here? Is our father… dead?" Galden remained silent.
• Felda's voice grew louder. "Tell me what's happening!"
• Galden, still trying to process it all, replied, "I don't know where we are."
• Felda screamed, "Tell me where we are! Who was that man? What happened to our parents?!"
Galden tried everything to calm him down, but Felda refused to stop screaming and crying. Desperate, Galden slapped him across the cheek.
The powerful slap silenced everything. Then Galden collapsed to his knees, tears streaming down his face. He wiped them away, looked at Felda, and said:
• "Yes… they're gone. That cursed monster killed them."
Felda dropped to his knees. "Why? What would he want from ordinary people?"
• Galden stood up slowly. "We're not ordinary… We're a family of gifted sorcerers. He wants us dead—and I don't know why."
• Felda blinked in disbelief. "You're joking… Sorcerers?"
• Galden answered, "Yes. We're sorcerers. How else do you think we got here?"
Galden explained everything he knew, while Felda listened in shocked denial, convinced it was all a dream. Still, Galden urged him to keep moving—they had to explore the area and not stay in this eerie forest.
They continued walking until they reached a river. Thirsty and exhausted, they approached the water—only to be ambushed by a massive beast emerging from the river.
They turned and ran into the trees, the monster chasing after them. It was a giant, crocodile-like creature, smashing through trees in pursuit.
Eventually, the two brothers split up. The monster chose to chase Felda, who had taken the easier path.
But Galden returned to save him.
Felda's path ended at a dead end, and the beast was right behind him. Galden threw a stone at the creature's head to draw its attention. It worked—the beast roared furiously and turned toward Galden.
At that moment, Galden remembered a spell he had read in a book. His father had once said:
• "That spell is incredibly powerful, known only to the Malina bloodline. It's been passed down for generations. One day, I'll teach you how to master it."
But Galden couldn't wait—he had secretly memorized the incantation. And now, he was ready to use it for the first time.
As the beast charged, Galden shouted the name of the spell. His hands lit up, crackling with electricity. He aimed them at the monster and released the energy.
The spell struck the creature, creating a massive explosion and a cloud of dust.
Galden felt a surge of power. He was thrilled by his first victory. Felda, too, laughed in relief.
But alas… it was far from over.
The beast had not been harmed. Galden was still a beginner—his spell was far too weak. The creature roared in fury, shaking the entire forest.
The brothers braced themselves for death… until—
A man appeared, dressed in bright, colorful clothes, wearing the face paint of a jester. From afar, he called out:
• "The savior has arrived…"
And thus ends Episode 2.
But who is this mysterious man? And what is his story?
