After a long and tense night, the mist surrounding Goblin's Grove had begun to change. It wasn't just thinning — it was retreating, revealing new land for Lee Jun and his goblins to explore.
That morning, Lee Jun stood at the former edge of his domain. Now, what was once hidden behind thick fog had become visible — small trees, wild shrubs, and untouched soil.
"Finally... more space," Jun whispered, eyes gleaming with hope.
Beside him, Kang Minho stretched his arms with a grunt. "We really needed this. That 450 square meters was getting way too cramped."
Jun nodded. "I want to expand the farmland to 800 square meters. But we'll need more hands."
Without wasting time, Jun organized the goblins to begin clearing the new land. Godon, his loyal goblin leader, divided the tasks efficiently. Some goblins pulled out weeds, others chopped down small trees, while the rest tilled the earth with simple tools Jun had made.
However, after working for half the day, Jun noticed something important — they were running short on goblin power.
"At this pace, it'll take a week to clear," Minho said, wiping sweat from his forehead.
Jun nodded again, more serious this time. "I'll go to the public dungeon. I need to tame more goblins… up to the maximum."
"Alone?" asked Minho.
"I'll be quick. I know where to find low-level goblins that I can handle."
Without another word, Jun left Goblin's Grove and headed to the entrance of a public dungeon. With only some dried bread and two wooden spears as supplies, he stepped into the familiar shadows of the dungeon.
Several Hours Later – Inside the Public Dungeon
Jun moved quickly and silently. He knew how to hunt goblins better than anyone by now. After a few attempts, he found a group of goblins that looked strong but not too aggressive — perfect candidates.
One by one, Jun used his unique skill to subdue them. And finally, the number in his system reached 25 — his current maximum limit.
Feeling a mix of pride and exhaustion, he opened the portal back to Goblin's Grove and summoned the two newest goblins first.
That Night – Goblin's Grove
The new farmland was starting to take shape. The newly tamed goblins quickly joined the workforce under the watchful eyes of Godon and Kang Minho. Jun observed quietly from a distance, his breathing heavy but filled with a growing sense of hope.
"At this rate… we'll be able to grow more radishes. Maybe other crops too," Jun muttered to himself, looking up at the artificial stars in the dungeon sky.
For the first time since opening Goblin's Grove, Jun felt like they were truly building something.
Something real.
