Fini stood in front of the mirror, painting her lips deep red.
Tonight was not about forgiveness.
It was about power.
She called Ezra.
"Come with me," she said. "I'm done being quiet."
---
The dinner party was small—just family, a few business friends, and of course… Liora, dressed in white like she was the wife.
Fini arrived late. On purpose.
She walked in on Ezra's arm.
Gasps whispered through the room.
Calvin stood up instantly, his glass of wine forgotten on the table.
"Ezra," he growled. "What the hell is this?"
Fini smiled coldly. "This is me. Choosing who I want to be with."
Then—without hesitation—she turned to Ezra and kissed him.
Full. Slow. Meaningful.
Right in front of Calvin and Liora.
---
The room fell into silence.
Calvin's jaw clenched, fists tight at his side.
"That's enough," he muttered. Then louder, "That's ENOUGH!"
He stormed toward them, grabbed Fini's wrist, and pulled her away—ignoring her protests, ignoring Ezra's voice, ignoring the whole damn party.
He didn't stop until they were upstairs, slamming the bedroom door behind them.
---
"You think you can parade him in front of me?" Calvin shouted, eyes wild. "In my house?"
"You kissed Liora!" Fini fired back. "You had no right to—"
He didn't let her finish.
He grabbed her face. And kissed her.
Hard.
Messy.
Full of everything he didn't know how to say.
She pushed him.
Slapped him.
Then kissed him back.
And everything blurred.
Anger. Passion. Fire.
---
Outside the bedroom door…
Liora smiled.
Her phone screen glowed.
She had taken the photo.
Right before the door closed.
Fini's dress. Calvin's hands.
She forwarded it.
