Fini sat by the hospital window, the soft beeping of machines surrounding her. Morning light filtered through the blinds, but inside, everything felt cold.
A nurse knocked gently and handed her an envelope.
"No sender, ma'am. It was left at the front desk."
Fini frowned. Her fingers trembled as she opened it.
Inside were photos.
Photos of Calvin and Arora.
Kissing.
Last night.
Her breath caught in her throat. Tears blurred the images as she flipped through them. The last one showed Calvin holding Arora's waist, eyes closed.
The betrayal burned.
Her fingers clenched the papers until they crumpled.
She stood.

She didn't call Ezra's mother.
She just packed her bag.

At the mansion, Calvin paced the hallway outside Fini's room. He held a white envelope in his hand — the DNA test.
He hadn't opened it yet.
The butler rushed in. "Sir—madam is not in her room."
"What do you mean?" Calvin's voice turned sharp.
"She's… gone."

Fini walked along the quiet road, her small suitcase dragging behind her. Her phone buzzed with Calvin's calls, but she ignored them. Every step felt like freedom… and pain.
Until a black car pulled up beside her.
Calvin stepped out, still in his gala suit from last night.
"Fini, stop."
She didn't.
"Fini, please—"
She turned around. Her eyes were red, swollen.
"You kissed her."
He looked stunned. "I—she kissed me. I didn't—"
"You held her, Calvin."
Silence.
"Tell me the truth. Do you still love her?"
"...I don't know."
That broke her.
"You said you loved me, Calvin."
"I do," he whispered, stepping closer. "But I'm confused—everything's falling apart, and you—"
"Then let me go."
He gripped her wrist, eyes desperate. "I can't."
Suddenly—
screech!
A speeding motorbike swerved onto the road.
Fini screamed.
Calvin pushed her—hard—out of the way.
And the world exploded.

But this time, Calvin was in the bed beside her. Bandaged. Still. Unmoving.
The nurse gently touched her arm.
"He hasn't woken up yet. You should rest."
But Fini couldn't. She looked at the table beside her.
The DNA test.
She opened it.
And froze.

The baby…
Was Ezra's.
She looked at Calvin's face.
And she whispered through tears,
