The last thing I remembered was like a flash of lightning…
A speeding car, a blinding white light flooding my vision, a fleeting sensation—then… absolute emptiness.
When I opened my eyes again, I found myself lying on a strange bed, in a room unlike anything I'd ever seen.
The walls were smooth and white, yet covered in shadows that moved slowly, as if breathing with me.
I raised my hand in front of my face… my fingers were longer, slimmer, my palm slightly larger than I remembered.
"What… is this?" I muttered.
I tried to stand, and my body felt light… no, not just light—flexible, like my muscles had been honed for years.
I stepped in front of a small mirror on the bedside table, and my heart nearly stopped.
The face staring back… wasn't mine.
Messy black hair, deep black eyes, the features of a young man I knew all too well from my computer screen.
"Fushiguro… Megumi?!"
A short laugh escaped me, but it vanished the next instant as reality hit me—
This meant I was in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen. A world filled with curses, battles… and sudden death.
---
Two steps back, my heart pounding.
Conflicting thoughts raced through my head:
Is this a dream?
Will I die here if I can't fight?
Do I know enough about the story to survive?
And yet, despite the unease… I caught myself smiling.
To be in the body of someone with power like this… with my prior knowledge of what's to come… maybe I could survive. No—maybe I could become stronger than everyone else.
---
I decided to test something. Closing my eyes, I focused on the sensation of the shadows around me.
Suddenly, I felt something move beneath my feet.
I opened my eyes quickly, and saw a pool of black shadow gathering and widening, until the head of a massive black wolf emerged, its fur streaked with faint glowing blue lines, its eyes burning like embers in a stormy night.
I couldn't help myself… I reached out and touched its cold fur.
"Stronger than I expected… this isn't even like the original."
The wolf let out a low growl, then lowered its head as if acknowledging me as its master.
I didn't understand how this had happened yet, but before I could think further…
The air in front of me rippled, as though someone had tossed a stone into a still pond, and a dark blue window appeared in the void:

My eyes widened, but I felt no fear—only sharp curiosity.
"Sovereign Archive? What the hell is that?"
No answer came… only a small blue flicker at the corner of the window, as if whatever was behind it was watching in silence, waiting for the right moment to speak.
Suddenly, the door to the room slid open.
A tall man, silver hair, a black blindfold over his eyes, a smile blending nonchalance and curiosity—Gojo Satoru.
"You're finally awake, Megumi."
His words were casual, but deep inside, I felt it—
Everything was about to change.
