Chapter 16 - CHAPTER - 16

After seeing the lady's smile, Schneider got some idea about the situation and asked,"Miss, what are you looking at this whole time?"

The lady, who was looking at something on her tablet, replied,"Vishi's information."

"Do you get something interesting?" he asked.

After some time, she replied,"All of this information only leads us to one conclusion…"

Schneider, expecting something interesting, waited as she finished,"…he is just an ordinary kid."

Schneider then said,"Then why did the Supreme send him to the library?"

She replied,"Who knows… that man could think of anything."

Schneider said,"If he is just a normal kid, then won't he be psychologically stressed after reading all of that? Damn… I don't even know what is inside those books to say anything."

Miss Rodriguez stood up from the table and said,"Who do you think is the most important person in the history of Ardia?"

Schneider replied,"The Black Knight."

Miss Rodriguez then said,"What would your reaction be if you realized that the very person known as the Atlas of Ardia was completely different from what we have been told, and that a major part of history was removed and hidden from the eyes of normal people?"

Schneider said,"It would be hard for me to comprehend everything, because what I have learned is tied to my identity and ego. If someone tried to deny it…"

Miss Rodriguez continued,"You would go through an identity crisis. And that Vishi kid is just twelve years old…"

Schneider asked quietly,"How would he react?"

(IN THE LIBRARY)

Paul was walking toward the history section where Vishi was sitting.

"Hey, kid," Paul said, "I think you came here again yesterday. It might not be good for your health to strain your body and brain at the same time."

Paul usually went home around 11 p.m., but now it was already 11:30. He thought,'The kid has been here for around six hours now.'

But Vishi did not reply and continued reading.

Paul started moving closer to Vishi when the boy suddenly said,"If you're leaving, just get me twenty more books."

Paul didn't feel any fatigue in Vishi's voice. Instead, he felt enjoyment.

After bringing the books, Paul left the library.

Vishi put the book down and walked toward the whiteboard. He took a marker and tried to simplify everything he had learned. He began marking the board like crazy while talking to himself.

"So there is no reason given in the books for why inheritance is even passed to others."

"The first person to inherit someone else's inheritance was the renowned polymath Johann, who was born in the era after the Second World War — probably around five thousand years ago, since only his innovations are remembered."

"People who awaken their inheritance can talk to the person they inherited knowledge from, just like one talks to oneself… then maybe Shiva could talk to the Black Knight too?"

"All those diary entries of Roah Zikerson only tell us these things — and he was also an inheritor."

After some time, Vishi smiled frantically.

"Oh God… this is extremely entertaining."
