Dominic is CEO of one of the biggest industries in the world. Blackwood-industries is one of the most recognized industries with a branch located in almost every part of the world. He is recognized as one of the handsome bachelor, he catches every woman's eye but no one seems to catch his eyes.
He doesn't believe in love after the death of his parents at an early age. He believes only in work and power. Love has never done anything but brought him pain. And he believes attaining power is the only way to survive in this cruel world.
Dominic had only one family in this world, and that was his best friend and beta – Aiden. Together they were unstoppable.
Asides all these, Dominic has a secret which only few people know. He is a werewolf, not just any werewolf, but the alpha of his pack. Dominic has been looking over the pack since he was 18 years old after his Parents death. He has successfully been able to rule and keep his pack safe and hidden. When he's not working in his company, he is attending to issues and protecting it. That has been his purpose for a long time and the only thing he seems to know.
Iris Monroe, 23
Iris is an English major in her last year of college. She is a bubbly, cheerful and independent person on the outside, but vulnerable and fragile on the inside. Iris is an only child of a single mom, her dad left home only when she was 5 years old. She doesn't remember much about her father, but she remembers the little memories he left with her, he always read to her and brought her books. That's where her love for books began. Iris has always worked for what she had, and she had an amazing mom who always try as much as she could to provide the best for her.
Iris works part-time in a book store, if she isn't there, she is in the library reading. Iris believes love exists but not for her. She is just simply too busy with life to think about anything else. Iris has struggled with attachment issues in the past and has gotten disappointed every time, so she decides that it isn't for her. The only people she needed was her mom and her best friend, Myla.
She has made up her made to focus on what truly gives her happiness, and she finds them inside books.
Myla Anderson, 23
Myla is Iris's Best friend. They have been friends since they were 5 years old. She is kind, confident, outspoken and dangerously loyal. She is the opposite of her best friend, Iris – everything she wasn't. She is the wild, bold, loud and extroverted friend that brings Iris out of her shell, while Iris is the quiet, soft spoken, introverted and level headed friend that reminds her to slow down sometimes and take in the moment calmly. So in a way they kind of needed each other – they balanced each other. She has always felt protective over her and continues too.
Although she wore a confident jacket at all times, she notices everything and is way more brilliant than people think.
People miss this behind her wild laughs and behaviors. Though Myla has secrets too – ones she didn't even share with Iris.
Aiden Scott, 29
Aiden is a sharp fast and intelligent individual. He is the beta of his pack and also the best friend to Dominic – who is also his alpha. He is the kind of man who spoke little, but made every word count.
As the beta of his pack, loyalty wasn't an expectation from him but it was legendary.
He didn't open up to people so much, but he is always himself around his family and his best friend. Aiden had seen Dominic at his worst and so much more. And had since made a silent vow to always protect him and have his back no matter what. No harm would touch him as long as he is around.
Where Dominic was controlled and reserved, Aiden is more cooled and has a little more humor to him. That has never stopped him from getting what needs to be done though – when it needed to be done.
He knew when to follow orders. But he also knew when not to.
