Chapter 7 - chapter 7

She introduces herself as Sheimer Ulrath, the current queen of the elves,

"My name is Sheimer Ulrath, the queen of the elves of Fexivia," she says with a look showing authority.

"So she is the queen of the elves?" Clad thought to himself as he looked at her unusual yet beautiful appearance.

"I am Clad. Your majesty, and besides me are Adonis Fonti and Lylia," he says

"And you must be a dryad, I presume?" the queen says to Clad, surprising him.

!!!

"How did she know? It's not like I look like the average dryad." Clad thought, as she clearly surprised him.

"Surprised you didn't I?" She says, smugly looking at Clad's expression.

"Y-yeah.."

"You're not the first unusual-looking dryad I've met. Two Years ago, I met a woman who looked almost just like you, although she was a bit, taller?"

"We had a lot in common, so she and I quickly got along well."

"But she left to explore the new world with her husband." She says, as she sighs, remembering the memories she had with her.

"But that's in the past. But what did you three come to see me for?" Asks the queen.

"We came to ask you about 'the 'shattering."

The mood in the hall suddenly gets serious, the queen's stare becomes cold as ice, and with a coldness, she says.

"Oh, I see, follow me."

As the queen started to walk to the side, Clad thought to himself.

"The hell?"

As the trio starts to follow her, she tells them that it would be better for them to be in a separate room for this conversation, as all of the Fexivians have experienced the shattering, but don't know what exactly happened. In the room, there were 5 chairs and a window to the side with a table and a luminous flower at the center.

"Come sit down," Sheimer says.

The trio sat down, ready for the situation at hand, with a serious look, she says.

"Alright, let's start."

"About 4 years ago, I was doing my usual queen duties when suddenly everything kind of fell apart."

"Like your vision?" Adonis asks.

"No, it was more like reality itself had fallen apart, but before I knew it, I fell to the ground. incapable of moving, but before I fainted, I saw a light and woke up, what seems to be years later."

!!!

Clad and Lylia already knew what she meant, as they all felt it before fainting as well.

"I saw that light too!" Clad says

"Me as well," Lylia adds

"Adonis, did you see the light as well?" Clad asks him.

"I don't know, I was sleeping when it happened."

"Oh..." he said, with a slightly disappointed look on his face.

The queen cuts them off.

Ahem!

"Oh, sorry..." The three said in unison.

"As I was saying, after I woke up, I noticed that my personal guards were all on the ground. Seeing them on the ground, I tried to wake them up, but it didn't work."

"So I opened the castle gates, and then I saw it"

Her eyes screamed fear as she brought herself the courage to say the thing she had witnessed as she opened the gates

"A-A blonde-haired human with pale skin and blue eyes that looked as if they looked directly at one's soul, I-I couldn't even move because of his presence alone"

"It's as if I witnessed something I wasn't supposed to."

"It was as if I saw a god"

"no...."

"a devil."
