After a few minutes of walking, the two of them arrived at Evelyn's house. Edward cursed inwardly, Evelyn told him that his house was nearby. But it took him thirty minutes to get to his house. For the first time, a vampire prince walked that far, using absolutely no power.
"We've arrived, this is my house," Evelyn said with a big smile.
The irritation that Edward felt gradually disappeared when he saw Evelyn's smile. "Then come on in, I'll be leaving."
"Wait a minute, don't you want to come into my house first?" Evelyn asked.
"Ah no, I'm just going home."
"No... No... You have to go in first, I'll give you warm water so you don't get cold. Think of this as my gratitude to you." Without asking again, Evelyn pulled Edward's hand into his house.
Edward just obeyed, this is also the first step to approach Evelyn, right? Edward sat in an old chair. His eyes looked around Evelyn's house, it wasn't big and luxurious. But it's quite comfortable for a place to rest.
"Hey, son. Who are you?"
Edward turned to look at an old woman who had just arrived, then he stood up and bowed politely. "I'm Edward Viktor," he said expressionlessly.
The old woman looked confused by Edward's behavior because humans never do things like that. Then the old woman sat on the chair facing Edward and asked, "Why do you keep bowing? Sit down."
Edward realized what he had just done, he shouldn't have bowed like that. He just realized that he was in the human world. Edward immediately sat back down.
"Are you Evelyn's friend?" asked the old woman again.
"Yes, mother. She's a friend of Eve."
Before Edward could answer his question, Evelyn had come with a cup of coffee in her hand. Then put the coffee on Edward's table.
"Mother, this is Edward."
~"And Edward, this is my mother. Emiliana's mother." Evelyn introduced her mother to Edward.
~Edward nodded and smiled slightly, he looked back at the cup of black water in front of him. He can't drink it, he can only drink blood not coffee. Edward was looking for an excuse to get out of there.
"Emm... Sorry. Looks like I have to go now," Edward said getting up from his seat.
"Drink first, I've made it for you," Evelyn said.
"I..I..allergic, yes." Edward had no other choice, lying was one way to avoid the drink.
Evelyn and Emiliana looked at each other in unison, not knowing why there was something strange about Edward in their eyes.
"Then let me make you tea or warm milk."
"No need, I want to go home soon. Thank you for the offer, I'll go first," said Edward bowing his body as a respectful greeting. Then walked out of the house, after being on the terrace of the house. Edward immediately sped as fast as lightning away from there.
While Evelyn and Emiliana were still in the living room, Emiliana felt something strange about Edward. But Evelyn denied it by saying, "Isn't it normal to have a coffee allergy?"
"Mom, I'll go ahead first. I haven't thanked him yet, maybe he's not far away," said Evelyn. Without waiting for her mother's answer, Evelyn immediately jogged towards the terrace. Evelyn looked left and right, but couldn't find Edward.
"Even though he just came out, he should still be walking not far from here. But why isn't there," Evelyn muttered scratching her head that wasn't itchy.
Not finding Edward, Evelyn decides to go back into the house. Maybe tomorrow morning Evelyn would thank Edward.

Elsewhere Edward was in the forest, he was sitting on a tree with his eyes closed to recover his energy and find peace. Edward always did that to restore his strength, call it meditation.
"Hahaha... You drink too much. That alcohol makes my head spin."
"Hahaha... You're like a crazy person, mate. Look at you weak, hahaha."
The noise and laughter booming sounded under the tree where Edward was, Edward suddenly felt annoyed and disturbed by the sound of their loud laughter. Edward opened his eyes, glanced down at the two drunken humans. Edward snorted then descended downhill in one jump.
"Can you guys get out of here? That ugly voice of yours is bugging me!" said Edward rebuking the two drunk men.
"Hahaha what? Who are you? Do you want to get drunk too?"
"He's a lunatic maybe."
Edward took a deep breath, there's no point in talking to a drunk human. His consciousness was probably only one percent, so Edward decided to leave that place.
"Hey! Wait."
Edward threw the hand of one of the men who dared to hold his arm without permission, then he turned to face the two men. Staring at him flatly.
"Don't mess with me, if you guys still want to live!" Edward warned emphatically.
"Dare you threaten us!"
One of the men didn't accept Edward's words, he stopped Edward's steps by gripping Edward's hand tightly and pulling him unconsciously.

Edward rolled his eyes when he saw the bracelet he was wearing was broken due to the man's actions. Unknowingly the drunk man provoked Edward's anger, the bracelet that had just been broken was Edward's valuable item. The bracelet with the lightning symbol was given by his mother when he was born into the world, it was clear that the bracelet was very precious to Edward. Anyone who dares to touch or damage it is certain to die at the hands of the vampire prince.
"How dare you break the bracelet my mother gave you!" Edward snapped with emotion, his eyes fiery red with sharp bulging canines. His hands clenched tightly, his gaze sharp as if he wanted to bury the human in front of him right now.
"Hahaha... It's just a bracelet. Come on, don't be quick to anger."
"Just a bracelet you say! Anyone who dares to break it, will die by my hands!" shouted Edward smiling crookedly, a red glow emanating from his body. Before long, the two men were blown away quite a distance. Edward quickly sped toward one of them who was already unconscious.
"This is the payoff if you mess with the vampire prince of the world Draciana," Edward muttered. He brought his sharp fangs towards the neck of the man who had broken his bracelet. A second later the fangs pierced his skin and collarbone, sucking all of the man's blood without a trace.
"Just die your trash!"
