Chapter 24 - Chapter 23 Haruo Kiyama

"Hmm… so there isn't any more landmark-like building?" A slightly familiar voice rang out, catching Misaka Mikoto's attention.

Looking in the direction of the voice, she saw the Spiky Hair teenager asking a mature Young Miss something.

"A landmark, huh? Maybe just a sidewalk in front of it," the mature Young Miss replied in a lazy voice.

"A sidewalk doesn't really count as a landmark," the Spiky Hair teenager said, rubbing the back of his head with a troubled expression. He seemed quite vexed by the current situation, especially since he had the important task of buying discounted eggs.

"Do you need help?" As a Judgment member, Haruue Erii stepped forward resolutely, ready to assist.

"Ah, that would be a great help! I'll leave it to you, Judgment Young Miss." Kamijo Touma breathed a sigh of relief, briefly explained the situation to everyone, and then took off, sprinting towards the supermarket.

Watching Kamijo Touma's departing back, Misaka Mikoto remained silent for a long time, then a light bulb suddenly appeared above her head.

"Ah! So it was that guy."

"What!? Sister-sama knows that ape!?" Shirai Kuroko pulled out a handkerchief from somewhere, bit into it, and looked at Misaka Mikoto with teary eyes.

Misaka Mikoto was embarrassed and quickly retorted, "No, it's not like that. That guy tried to help me before, but he didn't really do anything. He's just a good-for-nothing nice guy."

"Phew~ That's good. Otherwise, adding that bastard old man, my love rivals would be too… boo hoo hoo…"

Shirai Kuroko sighed in relief, speaking with lingering fear, but was suddenly silenced by Misaka Mikoto, whose face was flushed.

"Kuroko! Don't talk nonsense!?"

"Ah haha~" Saten Ruiko smiled helplessly, watching the two of them clowning around again.

"So, are there any landmarks near where you parked?" Haruue Erii asked first. The three women paused at her question, and then a thought echoed in their minds.

'Airhead?' 'Definitely an airhead!' 'Absolutely an airhead.'

"Hmm~ There's a sidewalk in front of where I parked," the mature Young Miss replied, as if déjà vu.

"Huh!?" Realizing she had just heard a similar answer not long ago, Haruue Erii, aware of her mistake, quietly looked back at the three, only to see them covering their mouths, their faces red from stifled laughter. Her own face instantly turned crimson with embarrassment.

"Don't laugh, Saten!"

"Eh? Why just me!?" Saten Ruiko playfully argued back, puffing out her cheeks in dissatisfaction. She grabbed the hem of Haruue Erii's skirt, pretending to lift it, which made Haruue Erii both flustered and shy.

"Ah!?" Rod, who was passing by eating a candied haw, was spotted first by Haruue Erii. She quickly pushed Saten Ruiko away, clutched her skirt, and, with a lingering blush on her face, nodded and greeted Rod, "Hello, Mr. Rod."

"Uncle, you really are idle," Misaka Mikoto said with her arms crossed, feeling that every time she saw Rod, he looked like he was lazily strolling.

"Oh ho ho ho~, I suppose Mr. Rod doesn't have a job, does he? If you don't mind, my company could hire you, if I may be so bold," Shirai Kuroko said with a grand air. Even readers across the screen could hear what she was scheming.

However, Rod not only didn't refute her, he didn't even look at Shirai Kuroko. Instead, he looked behind the group and let out a soft whistle.

For some reason, the whistle sounded flirtatious to them. The group first exchanged confused glances, then all turned to look, only to be stunned by the sight. The mature Young Miss had, at some point, taken off her white shirt and hung it on her arm, revealing her brown bra, right there in broad daylight!

"It's so hot~" the mature Young Miss muttered softly, wiping sweat from her forehead with her arm. Her calm demeanor left the four girls wide-eyed.

"Str… Striptease woman!?" Saten Ruiko exclaimed with bright eyes, as if something had just occurred to her.

However, her shout drew everyone's attention. Misaka Mikoto, noticing the scene, quickly yelled, "Formation B!"

The three girls, understanding implicitly, formed a circle with her, tightly enclosing the mature Young Miss, preventing passersby from peeking inside.

"Judgment on duty! Unrelated personnel, please leave quickly!" Shirai Kuroko shouted, causing passersby to disperse, leaving only Rod, who remained in place, putting the last candied haw into his mouth.

"Uncle, turn around right now!" Misaka Mikoto, seeing Rod still 'staring intently,' couldn't help but puff out her cheeks and glare at him in dissatisfaction.

"Yes, yes, yes~" Rod waved his hand casually and turned around.

"Quick! Put it on!" Haruue Erii said anxiously. Just from her tone, one could imagine how shy the girl was.

"Eh? But with my flat figure, I don't think anyone would react, would they?" the mature Young Miss replied indifferently.

"People's fetishes are all sorts of strange! Just put on your clothes already!?" Shirai Kuroko yelled.

"So urban legends are true!?" Saten Ruiko's delighted voice was mixed in.

"You're focused on that!?" Misaka Mikoto complained speechlessly.

Finally, with the combined efforts of the four girls, they managed to get the mature Young Miss's shirt back on.

At a stone table by the roadside, the mature Young Miss rested her chin on her hand, asking seriously, "So why are swimsuits okay, but underwear isn't?"

"Yeah, why?" Saten Ruiko, as if afraid the situation wasn't complicated enough, excitedly added fuel to the fire.

"Saten! You idiot!?" Haruue Erii exasperatedly grabbed Saten Ruiko, who was sticking out her tongue and acting cute.

"All in all, if this lady continues to be unrepentant, I will arrest you for disturbing public order!?" Shirai Kuroko glared at the mature Young Miss with an unfriendly expression.

"Yes, I understand," the mature Young Miss replied, no longer arguing, and nodded.

After a brief self-introduction, they learned that this mature Young Miss, known as the 'Striptease Woman,' was named Kiyama Harumi, and was surprisingly a brain physiologist, a researcher specializing in AIM Diffusion Field research.
