After the first hosting, Spiracle drifted away from Prith,searching for the other power she had sensed before.
As she floated in the void of space,she witnessed the raw pulse of the universe-
the birth of a blackhole,the birth of a nebula and two asteroids colliding in mutual annihilation.
Creation and destruction,the endless cycle.
Then she locked onto a signal,a power level that surpassed even Foxen's-an individual with almost 600 CE.
She teleported to the location-it was a planet called Urmars.
Urmars-
A red planet that appeared dead,dry and barren on the surface-like a shattered shell.
But the life thrived beneath the surface.
In the underground lived the Urmartians,short and sturdy dwarves who were heat-resistant had established their whole civilisation below the surface.
They used the magma as a fuel-evolved their technology and infrastructure.
Urmars was divided into two main regions-
Nour and Coir both were technologically and had vast infrastructure,but coir had misjudged their resources and soon lacked food resources.It had no food reserves,no agriculture to sustain people though the region had plenty of non-edible flora-so they used to borrow food from Nour as it had plenty.
Spiracle landed in Coir.
She transformed into a female Urmartian-and made her way towards the Nour-the location of reading, she sensed.
But before she could get far,a kid crashed into her.He was being chased by few adult Urmartians who shouted:
You kids should not need solid food,survive on liquid!!
Spiracle knelt down
Spiracle:Why are they yelling at you ?
The adults halted and retreated,thinking that she was the kid's mother.
Kid(sobbing):I-I just....took some food.They had plenty...so I-I took a..plateful.
Spiracle: Taking food for yourself,thinking only you need it, is theft-
Taking it believing everyone deserves it and asking for it, is request.So next time try asking instead.
Kid(confused):So...can I take some from you ?.....if you have enough.
Spiracle: Sure.
She plucked some flowers and twigs-morphed them into grains.She picked a flat stone from the ground and turned it into a plate.
The kid didn't marvel about the miracle as he just focused on the grains.
Kid:Are you sure ? Can I really take it ?
Spiracle:Yes you can-you requested this time.
He took the plate as he turned back to go but paused-looked back
Kid:May the magma bless you,miss!
Then he walked away.
Spiracle smiled at his innocence that reflected his pure heart.
She continued-towards the reading.
She came across a bridge being constructed on the molten magma river.Even here the trees grew-the roots dipped into mineral rich rocks,their branches glowing faintly due to the heat in atmosphere.
Spiracle(Whispered):Life finds its way to flourish anywhere.
She sensed the reading again,this time closer-near the bridge and finally she saw him.
He stood tall despite being an Urmartian and his body radiated the 600 CE.
He sensed her too-
he approached her and asked:
Who could you be ? I have never felt this kind of presence on Urmars before.
Spiracle:I am here to test you by asking few questions,if you pass-your life changes and if you do not-it stays the same.
He was amused by her and said:
So you don't bother answering my questions but want to ask your own huh.
And why would I wish to change this fulfilling life of mine ?
Spiracle:Just say if you wish to take the test or no.
He became curious:
Alright then,let's see what has fate stored for me.
Spiracle:Before we begin-can I have your name ?
He chuckled
Mahnstin.
Spiracle:So Mahnstin it is,this will be interesting.
