A/n: ok i wasn't going to upload this until the next Saturday but because you guys really liked this book and given so many power stones have a very early chapter.
The police station was a hive of activity, but the tension in police Chief office was palpable. An officer named John approached him, a look of unease on his face.
"Sir, you better check this out," John said, his voice a low rumble.
The Chief looked up from his desk, his gaze as sharp as ever. "What is it, John?"
John's shaky finger pointed at a profile on his computer screen. "Look at her."
"Sakuya Izayoi?" the Chief asked, his eyes narrowing. "What about her?"
"I just found her in the database," John said, leaning closer. "Her name isn't in any official documents—no birth certificate, just an ID. And she moves... strangely."
"How so?"
"Here, look." John pulled up a video feed. On the screen, a figure in a maid outfit flickered in and out of existence. The video glitched with each sudden appearance and disappearance, a disorienting ripple of static.
"It looks like a camera malfunction," the Chief said, his skepticism clear.
"That's what I thought, too. But I checked the CCTV footage from the recent dust shop robbery. She showed up there as well. The camera glitched, and then she was gone."
The Chief's eyes narrowed further. "A semblance, perhaps? Something that disrupts electronics?"
"Maybe," John said, a note of caution in his voice.
The Chief nodded slowly. "Mhm. I'll call someone who can investigate this further." He turned and walked out of the office, his mind already churning with possibilities.
Meanwhile, Sakuya was enjoying a hard earned morning. She stretched with a satisfied yawn, the sleep having been deep and rejuvenating. After tidying her bed, she stepped into the bathroom to freshen up.
A sigh escaped her lips as she looked at her reflection in the mirror. "Well, this is awkward." She stared at the familiar, yet strangely alien features of her new form. "You know what? Screw it."
With a determined shrug, she stripped off her clothes and turned on the shower, wincing as the water hit her skin. "If I close my eyes, it's fine," she muttered, beginning to clean herself.
After the uncomfortable experience, she ate a quick breakfast and set out to find her next target. "The Reincarnator with Ruby... I'll deal with him later," she thought, walking down a busy sidewalk. "I already know where he's going, but I need to find the other one."
Suddenly, her system's warning blared in her mind.
[WARNING: REINCARNATOR DETECTED]
Sakuya stopped dead in her tracks. "What!?" she whispered, her senses on high alert. "Where?"
[REINCARNATOR DETECTED 20 FEET FROM YOUR LOCATION]
Her eyes scanned the crowd until they landed on a young man with blonde hair Jaune Arc. "Jaune," she thought, a spark of recognition flashing in her eyes.
He continued walking, completely unaware, until he saw her. The street was bustling, filled with students and civilians, and cameras were everywhere. "Too many people," she thought. "I can't kill him here."
Jaune, however, took the first step. He walked toward her, his voice cutting through the noise. "Are you by any chance, Sakuya Izayoi?"
Sakuya remained silent, her gaze fixed on him. A ghostly, ethereal figure appeared beside him, clinging to his arm.
"eve, check her," Jaune commanded.
[You got it, Jaune.]

An aggressive burst of static and distorted text flared across the system's screen, followed by a jolt of electricity.

[Ahhh! It hurt me!] the system screamed.
Jaune stumbled back, surprised.
"Eve, what's wrong?" he asked, a hint of panic in his voice.
[Stay away from her now!]
"Eh!? Why? Is she another Reincarnator?"
[No, I… I… I don't know! She isn't a Reincarnator, but her soul is like the real Sakuya!]
"What? I don't understand. She's not supposed to be here. She's from Touhou!" Jaune said, talking to his system like a person.
[I don't know why she's here, but she's stronger than you. We have to escape! I've also alerted the girls.]
"Yeah, sure," Jaune said, before turning and running.
Sakuya watched him go, a bewildered look on her face. "Really?" she muttered, sighing. "This isn't... does he know?" She looked around, confused.
"Hey, system, what kind of system does he have?" she asked, already walking toward the fleeing Jaune.
A new system window appeared in front of Sakuya, responding to her question.
[Based on the data I've collected, it's a different type of gamer system, or a summoning system.]
"That'll be hard to deal with," she thought, picking up her pace. "But it seems he hasn't been able to get enough points or levels yet, or he hasn't summoned anyone strong enough."
She took a deep breath, a smirk playing on her lips. "Gense 'Za Warudo'!"
Time froze. Jaune, mid-stride, was a statue. Everything and everyone around her was frozen in place. "Too easy," she said, looking at the stillness. Then, her eyes widened.
"This clever bastard," she murmured, spotting multiple anime girls from different shows frozen with their weapons ready.
"He has a summoning system, and he knows who I am, which means he knows my powers," she thought, her mind working furiously. "But he doesn't know that I'm weakened right now."
A new thought crossed her mind, and her lips curled into a wicked smile. "He's also led me to a less occupied part of the city. I have to thank him for that. Now I can finally show off what I'm truly capable of." She quickly scanned the area for cameras and people. Finding none, she decided it was time to go all out.
"Lightspeed 'C. Ricochet'," she said, throwing a knife. It bounced off a lamppost, ricocheted off a brick wall, and stopped inches from the face of a pink-haired girl.
"Silver Sign: 'Silver Bound!'" she declared, throwing multiple knives in different directions, each one stopping near the faces of the other anime girls.
"Hmm, I think more knives will do," she thought, before using another spell card.
"Illusion Sign: 'Killing Doll'," she said as countless knives appeared around her.
"This will be enough," she said, walking up to Jaune.
"Eternal Meek," she whispered, her hand cutting through Jaune's form, but no visible cuts could be seen.
"You are already dead," she said, posing with her pocket watch, the finality of her actions echoing in the silent world.
