[Playing: Nights of Nights]

The familiar, fast-paced beat of her theme song pulsed through her mind, a perfect rhythm for the hunt. "Now that's my music," Sakuya said, a smirk gracing her lips.

She dashed toward the nearest Beowolf, her movements a blur. "Eternal Meek!" she said, slicing the Grimm into a shower of black particles. The remaining Beowolves let out a guttural growl, their glowing red eyes fixed on her as they rushed forward.

"Useless," she scoffed.

With a snap of her fingers, she activated a spell card. "Time Sign: Private Square!"

The world slowed to a crawl. The charging Beowolves were still in motion, but their attack was now a sluggish advance. Sakuya simply stepped aside, a serene expression on her face as she unleashed her danmaku. "Silver Sign: Silver Bound!" A dozen knives materialized, shooting out to ricochet off trees and the ground, each strike finding its target with unerring accuracy. The Beowolves fell one by one, their bodies dissolving into smoke. More appeared, their howls echoing through the forest.

"Oh my, there are a lot of you," Sakuya said. "I guess it's time for..." She snapped her fingers again, and multiple muskets appeared in a curved pattern behind her. "Bang!"

The muskets fired a synchronized volley of bullets, shredding the approaching Grimm. Sakuya watched them disintegrate. "I guess that's enough," she said, seeing no more Grimm approaching.

[Stopping: Nights of Nights]

The system's announcement was a quiet end to her training session. "Vanishing Everything," she said, before stopping time and teleporting herself back to Vale City.

"That really isn't... exhausting at all," she muttered. "I guess I even got her stamina. Oh well." She looked up, seeing the sun setting and casting the city in a beautiful orange light. "It's almost time."

She found a person to ask for directions to a specific Dust shop. Following their instructions, she arrived at the familiar storefront and slipped into a nearby alleyway to wait.

"My dress is really cute," she thought, admiring the ruffled white fabric. She shook her head. "Dammit, I'm still a man! I have to fight back!"

She then considered the practicality of her outfit. "But then again, my dress is too weird for Remnant. They might think I'm a Huntress or a maid. Then again, there are a lot of weird clothes here."

Just then, she saw a girl in a red hood enter the shop. "She's here. Wait... that's..."

Further down the street, she saw a figure in black clothing and a hoodie, looking as emo as could be, still a far distance from the shop.

"System, is that the target?" she asked.

[Reincarnator confirmed.]

"Well, it seems to be my lucky day," she thought, pulling out some of her knives. Just then, mafia-looking men entered the shop, led by the familiar Roman Torchwick.

"Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a Dust shop open this late?" Roman said to the clerk.

"Please, just take my Lien and leave," the clerk pleaded.

Roman shushed the old man. "Calm down, we're not here for your money," he said smoothly before turning to his subordinate. "Grab the Dust."

"It's about to begin," Sakuya whispered, readying herself.

The sounds of a fight erupted from the shop. A goon flew out a window, landing with a thud. Roman and the other thug looked at the fallen man, then Roman motioned for the other one to go deal with the problem.

Ruby looked back at them with a smile before she rolled her scythe and stabbed it into the ground, pointing it toward them. She then deactivated her headphones to turn off her music.

"Here we go, folks," Sakuya said, her eyes fixed on the scene.

"Come here!" the goon shouted before getting a kick to the side from the emo-looking guy. The man turned, his voice low and melancholic. "People like you shouldn't be hurting people."

"Erm... Who are you?" Ruby asked.

"Just a passing swordsman," he said.

Sakuya watched as Ruby and the new "swordsman" took on Roman's goons. After a swift and efficient fight, Roman took his chance to flee, running to a rooftop.

"This is where we say goodbye, Red and Black," he called out, making a hasty escape.

Ruby and the new swordsman gave chase. Just as Roman was about to get away, a Huntress appeared, casting spells to stop his escape. But then a woman appeared in a bullhead, casting fire to distract the Huntress. They got away.

"Mmm, I need a change of clothes," Sakuya thought, looking down at her frilly dress. "This is too noticeable."

"Wait, the system," she said, pulling up the menu.

[Shop]

"Jackpot!" she said, opening the clothing section.

She scrolled through the outfits, her eyes widening in disbelief. "Why is it all maid outfits or variations of a maid outfit?" she cried out, feeling defeated.

She watched as Ruby and the Reincarnator got into a car, probably headed to the police station to be scolded by Glynda. "Time to find them," she said, a plan forming in her mind.

A new idea suddenly hit her. "Wait, I can just stop time and kill him," she thought. She looked around and saw cameras.

"Mhm, I can stop time, but cameras will detect me," she said before leaving.

After leaving, she entered a café still open. Her stomach rumbled, reminding her of the long days she had gone without food. "After two days, I haven't eaten yet. Best to eat something," she thought, looking at the menu.

Then, the cold reality hit her. "Wait... I have no money."

A sigh of resignation escaped her lips. "Sigh Gense 'Za Warudo'," she said, stopping time.

The world froze around her. The barista mid-pour, a couple mid-laugh, all of them became frozen statues.

She quickly scanned the room, her eyes landing on a person who looked particularly rich. With a few swift, silent movements, she "borrowed" some funds.

"Time shall resume again," she said, and the world flowed once more.

"Miss, what will be your order?" the employee said.

"I will have the number three with French fries and a large drink that comes with it," Sakuya replied, her voice smooth and confident.

"Yep, that will be 100 Lien," the employee said.

"Here you are," she said, handing over the money.

After waiting for a while, the employee came to her with her order. "Enjoy!" the employee said before leaving.

Sakuya looked at the food, a sense of nostalgia washing over her. "It looks like a McDonald's burger," she said to herself before taking a large, satisfying bite.

"yummy!" she thought before she continued eating her meal
