Chapter 29 - Chapter Twenty-Nine

"The explosion basically decapitated his ass." Kristian said, he sat in the office room with Morgan and I.

"Don't use the word decapitate." I said shaking my head.

I only said that because Jordan was decapitated, the sight of them cutting off his head won't ever leave my brain system. I wish I never watched, I wish I closed my eyes. Because of the President, I'm going to forever be scarred from that image. I'm somewhat glad he was dead. Jordan and Morgan killed him together, two brilliant minds.

"His body was probably in a billion pieces, but they still verified it as the President's body." Morgan said. "I knew there was no way he survived that."

It's been hours since the death of Jordan and the President. It was daylight now, I hadn't had one moment of rest yet. I was up the entire night in Morgan's office overthinking and crying. Now, I was seated on her work desk swinging my legs childishly and playfully. She accompanied me graciously, I'm thankful to have her.

"How long did you know Jordan?" I asked her.

"Since we were fifteen." She replied.

"Wow, that's longer than I expected."

"Time flew by.." She paused for a moment. "Never expected to end this way, but I guess anything is capable of ending in any type of way."

"What am I suppose to do?" I asked. "Darion and I can't be together, now I'm shit useless in GTAU."

"He chose you for a reason." Morgan replied. "Show him that reason. You can't go now, everything is just beginning."

"I don't even know the reason.."

She rolled her eyes. "You talking stupid now."

"What?"

"Your smart as hell, just supply your confidence level to the right bar."

"I'm trying."

"Look at our new President." Kristian said as he handed me his phone.

I looked at the picture of our Vice President, Jesse Dangers. He's taking the role of our new President, he's done his inaugural swear into the office already. He's better than the old President, no doubt is in my mind about that.

"Thank God someone new is in office." I said softly.

"Not really." Morgan ruined the little happiness I had. "The media is going to be on his ass about the President's death. If he does nothing about it, he'll be labeled as a disgrace."

"So what's he going to do?"

"Destroy GTAU, we're the only suspects for killing the President."

I sighed. "Right, no slack. No fuckin slack at all."

I tossed Kristian his phone. I tossed it too hard, harder than I thought I would. It was out of anger. I wanted a break, I thought Dangers would be that break. But Morgan was only right, he's President Dangers now. That means he'll come at us harder than the last President, because he has an actual purpose to destroy us.

Luckily, Kristian caught his phone. He gave me a hard glare to the eyes. He didn't speak, but I could read his mind from the short stare he gave me.

The stare said. "You ever do that again, I'll cut your legs off."

I smiled, can't believe I'm actually making myself smile for once. I jumped off Morgan's desk and waved her goodbye. I blew them both kisses, Kristian caught the kiss in midair and pressed it against his heart. My smile grew larger, I love these guys.

I walked out the office and walked lonesomely to the lobby room. There, I spotted Darion speaking with Tampa and Draper. The sight of Tampa irately struck me, but I was determined to keep composure.

"Hey." I said softly. "Have you seen the news, Dangers is our President."

"Yes, we know." Darion replied. "He's going to hunt us down, so we're shipping out."

"What?"

"We're going to Europe."

"Where at in Europe?"

"Rome, to be precise." Tampa answered.

"Bitch-"

"Rose!" Darion called my name, cutting me off.

"What?" I replied.

"You will respect any GTAU member."

"Why are you saying that like I'm not-"

"Because you don't have the authority to speak to anyone in that way." Yet again, he cut off my sentence.

I sighed. "Okay Darion, when we going to Rome?"

"Soon, we're making this thing global." He replied, then looked me up and down. "You aren't going anywhere."

"What?"

"Your no longer a member of GTAU, you've been disbanded."

I nearly gasped, I knew he would pull a stunt like that. I just didn't prepare myself to actually be ready for an expulsion from GTAU. I didn't say anything, I couldn't figure out what had to be said. Therefore, that meant nothing had to be said.

I peeked at their expressions. Draper's head was down, I couldn't see his face. Tampa's mouth was open, meaning she was just shocked as I was. Darion usually did it brilliant job with shocking the world.

"I'm going public more with Tampa, to get the respect we deserve we need to be on everyone's television screen." Darion said. "With whatever you do Ms. Castro, I wish you good luck for it."

"Yeah, thanks." I replied. "Goodbye."

I had to walk away but my emotions got the best of me. I was destroyed, all of this was my fault. My heart was broken, but only because of stupid decisions I've made. I decided to fall in love with Darion. I decided to have sex with Jaylie and Jamila. I deserved to be heartbroken.

My chest was decaying, my heart was aching. There wasn't anything I could do to stop this pain. I went back to Morgan's office room, but I didn't plan on staying.

"He's disbanding me from GTAU." I said to them.

"What?" Kristian reacted quickly. "I'm going to talk to him!"

"Kristian!" Morgan called him. "No, we can't afford for him to disband you too. Show loyalty towards GTAU, maybe we can figure something out."

"Morgan what the fuck are you talking about?" Anger seized his personality. "Ain't shit to figure out!"

"Don't yell at her Kristian." I said softly, but with demand.

"He's fine, I understand." Morgan said to me. "Listen, I can offer you my help since you and Jordan were so close. Jordan got me here, so I'm willing to help you because I know he would."

"Jordan didn't get you here." I said. "You got yourself here, give yourself credit Morgiee."

A hard knock on her office door attracted our attention. Ethan stepped in the room. He looked exhausted, we were all tired and needed rest. But he was noticeably tiresome, even the way he spoke was restless.

"Ms. Secretary." Ethan said to Morgan with a slight nod and smile.

"Hello Ethan." Morgan replied.

"In a couple days we're transferring everything we have to Rome, we've gotta get moving. We don't have much time, Darion wants to see you." Ethan explained.

Morgan nodded. "Okay, I'll get with him now."

"Alright." Ethan said as he left the room.

"This is perfect." Morgan said. "Rose, since he's disbanding you call someone you can stay with and get to safety. I'll call you in a later time to discuss everything I'm mapping out in my head."

"Okay, I'm curious so make sure you contact me tonight or tomorrow and tell me everything."

"I will." She said as she left the room to find Darion.

"Who are you going to call?" Kristian asked when we were alone.

"Starlin, but I'm sure he won't be able to get me tonight." I answered.

"He may, you can only call and see."

"Whatever you say," I pulled out my cellphone. "I'm leaving."

"What, now? Wait, don't go yet stupid."

"No, I don't have shit here anyway." I dialed Starlin's number in the phone. "I'll see ya Kristian, love you."

I kissed him on the forehead. I could only do that when he was sitting down because of our height difference. He pulled me in for a hug and held me for a moment.

"Stay safe, don't do anything stupid." He said as he held me.

"I won't, I'll try my best."

"Okay, see ya Rose.."

His voice was soft, noticeably saddened. He truly cared about me, he's a ride or die friend. There's absolutely no doubt about that, everyone I grew up with care for each other like family.

"Stop worrying about me stupid." I said, forcing myself to smile. "I got this, I feel confident."

He shook his head, forcing a smile back. It's a shame, our smiles were so crooked. I hugged him again, tightly this time. The tighter you hug someone, the more secure they'll feel. Hopefully that'll work for Kristian, because he's highly damaged as well.

"I'll call you." I said releasing from the hug.

"Okay." He spoke softly still.

I didn't want to, but I left the office leaving Kristian by himself. He was on my mind as I walked out the building. It was hard to leave him behind knowing that he's upset and thinking about my safety. But there's no reason to worry about me, I'm fine. I can handle myself if Starlin doesn't come. I finally called him to inform him of my situation.

"Hello." He answered the phone within one ring.

"Damn, usually you don't answer so fast." I replied.

"Well I know what your going to say, Darion called me last night."

"What did he tell you?"

"That you fucked two other bitches and prepare to pick you up in the morning."

"Oh." Is all I managed to say. "Well he fucked another bitch."

"Why'd you have sex with them?"

"I said he fucked-"

"Were they that damn sexy? You betta' had recorded it for me too, because I didn't all the way over here just to pick you up from fuckin two bad bitches without no sextap."

"Starlin, shut the fuck up! He cheated on me with the same chick he said don't worry about!"

"What makes you so sure of that?"

"Because he told me!"

"Did you catch him red-handed?"

"What?"

"Did you?"

"No."

"He lied, he told me he lied to you because he wanted you to feel what you made him feel. Look boo, I don't care if it's a girl, boy, monkey, Jesus Christ, Halle Berry, North West, or whoever. Once you have sex with them, it breaks all loyalty standards to your mate if your caught."

"So he lied..?"

"He lied."
