By nightfall, Mart was making notes on a map of the Academy that he had divided into six sections.
"Since I can detect demon god energy, I think I should inspect each area, maybe I'll find a great reward that will increase my attributes," Mart thought as he opened his window and walked out of his room.
Mart activated his demonic perception to the maximum, he inspected the whole building that belonged to the male students' dormitories and using the demonic system he tried to detect any trace of the demon god's energy. And in the end he got an unpleasant surprise, almost 20 percent of the students were partially corroded by the demon god energy.
He took out his notebook, climbed up to the roof of the male dormitory buildings and began to write:
"In this Academy there are no regulations? They let anyone in? There will be chaos in the future, there are over 1000 male students in the dormitories, they are the elite, the best demons, but, among them there are 20% conspirators in proportion are enough to cause chaos. Apparently they have been planning something for years; maybe that's why they wanted to get rid of the talents.
Objective: identify the conspirators, kill them and keep their demon god energy for myself."

"Wow Am I not that kind of person; it will be for a good cause.", Mart thought as the corner of his lips lifted slightly showing a subtle smile, after which he returned to room.

The next day Mart, dressed in the Academy uniform, went for the first time to an area of the Academy called the Danteriar Gardens.
Arriving in that area, Mart could not help but be surprised to see the green walls made up of neatly trimmed plants that were 4 meters high.
Shortly after, he was approached by a minotaur wearing an elegant suit who said to him in a formal tone:
-Young Sevec, Miss Alcariz is waiting for you.
Mart nodded, they walked to the entrance, and immediately he could see that inside there was another green wall, he entered accompanying the minotaur, they walked along a corridor, whose walls were the green walls and the floor was a light green lawn that had been cut with extraordinary meticulousness, because it was so uniform, that it hardly looked like grass if you did not see it carefully, when looking up the ceiling was the clear blue of the sky; They continued walking and Mart saw another path in which he saw a green wall that was adorned with hanging flowers, then the minotaur told him in his formal tone:
-This way, young Sevec.
They entered another path, they continued walking, now the bases of the walls were adorned by beautiful demonic flowers that Mart could not identify, they walked a little more until the minotaur stopped and told him:
-This far I can guide you, I hope you enjoy your time, in the labyrinth.
"So it was indeed a labyrinth," Mart thought and laughed briefly as he remembered the Greek story of the labyrinth and the minotaur. Now, in front of Mart there was an entrance, he entered, the place was somewhat spacious, the air was fresh, and the demonic energy was purer.
In the center of that place, there was a sumptuous crystal dome with white pillars, in it was the beautiful demon Nirian, who was wearing an elegant white dress with black arrangements, in the place were also Nely and another student that Mart had helped to escape that day, he was a warrior demon, both were wearing the uniform of the Academy.
The two students looked at Mart, only Nirian was still tasting a tea served in a porcelain cup that he held with his hands covered by black gloves.
-Duchess Nirian, it is an honor. -Mart expressed politeness.
-Why do you call me duchess? -asked Nirian after placing the porcelain cup on a glass table.
-You are the daughter of Archduke Alcariz; but if I have made a mistake and disturbed you, I will call you Miss Alcariz. -Mart replied.
-Sit down, please. -Nirian indicated, pointing to one of the chairs near the glass table.
Following Nirian's words, Mart sat down, at which point Nely approached him and served him some tea and a piece of cake.
Mart almost lost his composure due to the bliss he felt at the sight of what appeared to be a beautiful and delicious slice of cake.
-I am grateful, Nely. -Mart said with a subtle and sincere smile as he looked at her.
The cute and innocent Nely, couldn't stop her heart from pounding and replied in a breathy voice:
-It's, it's, it's a pleasure.
Mart nodded, looked at Nirian again and then looked at the cake, picked up a silver spoon and took a piece of cake with the intention of tasting it carefully. Putting the cake in his mouth, Mart felt bliss, relief and a bit of nostalgia, the cake as well as its appearance tasted exquisite.
-Do you know why I called you? -Nirian asked.
-To pay the debt. -Mart replied, then elegantly took another piece of cake to his mouth as he thought, "Damn! This tastes good.
Nirian looked at the other student standing nearby and immediately the student approached Mart and handed him a small silver box.
Mart placed the spoon on a napkin, thanked and took the little box, when he opened it he could see a black demon ring with some red stripes, he immediately checked the content and could count 2000 gold coins.
-You are very generous, Miss Arcariz. -Mart expressed with sincere gratitude.
-It's the least I could do, I don't like to be in debt. -Nirian expressed naturally.
Mart only nodded, and then continued eating his cake very carefully, when he finished eating the cake, he put the spoon back on the napkin, and turned his attention to the cup of tea and then drank it, while thinking, "it's a refreshing tea".
After putting the cup back in its place, Mart looked at the walls again, while thinking that he had failed to see all the memories of the real Mart, because he did not recognize the place where he was.
