Chapter 26
Stefano's POV.
We watched as the doctor applied the last touches on her wound before applying some bandage on it.
"I think she will be just fine after this. We've sterilized the cut, and all we can do is to wait for the healing to take place-"
"That's not what I brought her for, doctor. I brought her here so you can do the healing. So I don't have to wait. Isn't this one of the best hospitals in the whole of the country?"
The doctor gawked at us, evidently dumbfounded. "Well, I can't really control..."
"Stefano, cut the man some slack. He's done the best he can. I told you there was no need for you to take me here in the first place", Francesca tried to give the man some breathing space.
I dismissed him and we sat there in the room for a while.
"I wish you would've let me come at that crazy puta. I can't believe she still wants to be in his life", Stefano cursed.
"I want to ask a question..."
