Chapter 27 - Dark Flames of Dragon

Just as he sees the three people, he notices that the guy behind them, the one who looks like he's been stitched up, recognizes him from somewhere he can't remember.

"Hey, wait, you're not..." said Two.

"Shh... you better not talk," said the guy with the stitched-up face.

"Heh..." Two breathed silently for a few seconds.

"Hey, Two, what's going on?" asked Three.

"It's nothing," said Two.

"Hey, why the hell do you have that gun, idiot?" said Mogi.

"I took it first. If you want it, come and kill me," said the boy with the imperial artifact.

"Hey, Wakushi, how about you practice with them to see what that imperial artifact is capable of," said the man with the police batons.

"Hey, Taujima, you didn't have to say that. I was going to do it anyway," said Wakushi.

"And you, Mishiro, what will you do?" said Taujima.

"Don't worry, I won't fight anyway. I'm leaving here, and it will be better for me," said Mishiro, looking at Dos.

"So it's him," thought Dos.

Mishiro heads for the exit, and Taujima and Wakushi stay behind. It looks like it will be two against all of them. One by one, they all look at each other.

"Well, since you asked for it," said Mogi.

"Die, idiot!" shouted Mogi.

Mogi activated his ability and quickly attacked Wakushi like lightning, but Taujima blocked Mogi's attack with his two police batons.

"Well, I'd better take care of you now," said Taujima.

"That's strange, there's a problem here because he's not activating his ability," thought Mogi.

"You're wondering why I don't have it active, right?" said Taujima.

"You'll see that I've had it active from the beginning," said Taujima.

Suddenly, Mogi feels his arm go numb. Taujima faces Mogi and attacks him with his baton.

Mogi drops his katana and catches it with his other arm, blocking the attack, but suddenly electricity shoots out of the staffs.

The impact causes Taujima to fall back a few inches. Mogi, who has just blocked the attack, now feels his other arm go numb.

"I see, you can control electricity too," said Mogi.

"I see you noticed," said Mogi.

"Exactly, you are from the Supernova Liberation, but I'm sure you had some of your emotions tied to electricity, just like me," said Mogi.

"If I remember correctly, you can have the same powers and abilities, but the difference is in which release you are in," said Mogi.

Narrator: "To understand what he is saying, we need to explain it in more detail. As you know, you can have your powers and abilities, but there was one more thing, and that is that there can also be repeated and identical powers and abilities," said the narrator, explaining the subject.

"It turns out that there are identical abilities, but it also depends on which release you are in. For example, Mogi is in the meteor, which you already know how it works, but Taujima is in the supernova, so there is something different here," said the narrator, continuing with the explanation.

"It turns out that since Taujima is from Supernova, he ended up with a weapon related to electricity, which are the sticks, which are retractable electric sticks. That's the difference. There can be the same power and ability but with different functions depending on which release you are in and their own rules for those abilities," said the narrator, finishing the explanation.

"Well, I'd better be on alert right now," thought Mogi.

Mogi steps back a little to try to rest his arms, then drops his katana to the ground. Mogi crouches down, puts his face on the ground, and grabs the hilt of the katana with his mouth.

With a strong bite of his teeth, he lifted it up and held it. Mogi stood up again, but this time he would fight with the weapon in his mouth.

"I think this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen," thought Julius.

"Wow, he really took fighting with everything you've got seriously," said Tres.

"Someone's going to stop him, or we'll keep going like this, Miss Aiko," said Draken.

"Don't call me ma'am, and secondly, it won't be necessary," said Aiko.

Suddenly, Isack launches himself into the attack, activating his ability. Isack strikes Taujima with a powerful blow, which he blocks with his sticks.

Isack moves away but now feels his right arm numb. Isack realizes that the electricity in Taujima's sticks is activated automatically.

Just then, Wakushi begins to activate the power of the imperial artifact. Suddenly, a large amount of dark fire comes out of the gloves, and the whole building shakes from the strong fire power.

The dark fire subsides and can be seen in the claws of the gloves. Wakushi feels the great power of the gloves and smiles.

"So this is what it feels like to have overwhelming power, huh..." Wakushi whispers.

Wakushi walks forward and quickly attacks Isack for being the closest. Isack dodges, but his arm is slightly scratched.

Isack decides to keep his distance by stepping back and standing behind Julius, who notices that his arm has some dark flames around the wound.

"This will be dangerous if that dark fire is capable of burning everything more than normal fire," Julius thinks.

"Damn, this is going to be complicated after all. I just hope the boss forgives me if I destroy it," Hana thinks.

"We'd better keep our distance. This is going to be complicated for you," said Aiko.

"Understood!" said Draken and Rebecca at the same time.

"Akutagawa, did you hear Miss Aiko say we should keep our distance?" Rebecca shouted at Mogi.

"I don't think that will be possible," said Mogi, although he was hard to understand because he had the sword in his mouth.

"Don't be silly, we have to listen to the supervisor," said Rebecca.

"Wait, there's something strange about Mogi," said Aiko.

"What's strange about it, Miss Aiko?" said Rebecca.

"There's something strange about it," said Aiko.

"Hey, Akutagawa, try to move your body right now!" shouted Aiko.

"No, I can't," said Mogi.

"Wow, my technique finally worked," said Taujima.

"What do you mean by technique?" said Draken.

"Just as I thought, the guy had a secret technique with his ability," said Aiko.

"It seems that electricity can also paralyze the body," said Aiko.

"How so, Miss Aiko?" said Draken.

"Don't call me 'Miss'," said Aiko.

"What I meant was, look closely at Mogi's body. The electricity was only in his arms, right?" said Aiko.

"That's true," said Draken.

"Therefore, I imagine something has an effect that invades the whole body," said Aiko.

"But the timing would be wrong, right? Therefore, by blocking twice, Mogi brought forward the time of paralysis in the body too much," said Aiko.

"I'm right, aren't I?" said Aiko, looking at Taujima.

"Unfortunately, I think you're right. My technique allows me to paralyze the body, but to do so, electricity accumulates in the body," said Taujima.

"It takes a long time, but thanks to your friend letting himself be hit twice, it happened much sooner than expected," said Taujima.

"But don't worry, the effect is temporary. My years as a police officer have taught me how people act, so it was easy to do that to you," said Taujima.

"Stay out of this, Taujima! This is my fight!" shouted Wakushi.

"Fine, but if you need my help later, you'd better regret it," said Taujima, backing away.

"I hope what Sharnak said earlier isn't true," thought Taujima as he left the scene.

"Then it will be all of you against me alone," said Wakushi.

"Wait, wait, I'll go first," said Mogi.

"Hey, you can't even move your body. Are you serious about going first?" said Wakushi.

"Of course I can, you idiot," said Mogi.

Suddenly, someone lunged at Wakushi. He took a blow, but blocked it, though it knocked him back quite a bit.

The one who hit him was Hana, who laughed, but from behind appeared Tres, who used her as a springboard, leaning on her back and jumping on top of her, then throwing his axe.

Wakushi blocks the impact of the axe with his gloves, notices that Three is laughing, and suddenly feels something pierce his body.

Two was underneath him with a mini knife and pierced his abdomen. Wakushi spits blood but gets angry and attacks Two, who retreats.

Two stands next to Three, but Three notices that the bandage on his head is burning. It breaks in two, falls to the ground, and burns completely.

"Well, at least the good thing is that you can change it later, right?" Three says, laughing.

"Please try not to laugh like the other times. I only have a mini cross tattoo on my forehead," Two says.

Wakushi launches himself into the attack with rage and throws consecutive cuts. Fire comes out of those cuts, and everyone dodges. Wakushi blocks some saw blades.

The blades were thrown by Aron, who inserts his fingers into his arms and moves them forward, opening wounds from which saws come out.

"I'll take care of you, idiot," said Aron.

"Hey, you used me as a springboard," Hana said, complaining to Tres.

"Hey, who asked you how you felt? In fights, you have to use everything to win, and people count," Tres said coldly.

"Hey, idiots, you're getting in my fight!" Mogi shouted, dropping the sword he had in his mouth.

"Shut up, who cares!" said the others.

"I'm going to kill you!" shouted Mogi.

Wakushi just watched with a grim look on his face, and out of nowhere, he quickly positioned himself in front of Tres. Tres noticed him and dodged, but Wakushi's weapon ended up cutting off one of his arms.

Then he throws a bunch of dark fire spinning around. Everyone dodges, but Mogi, being the only one unable to move, is hit by the flames, which cause him a great wound.

"Shit, that hurts a lot," thought Mogi.

Wakushi looks at everyone and decides to go all out, activating more fire in his gloves. Hana realizes that he is risking a lot just for this.

Meanwhile, the wound on Tres's arm takes a long time to regenerate due to the black flames, while the paralysis also affects Isack, who is now unable to move.

Julius decides to sink below the ground, turning part of the floor into mud, while Dos prepares by taking out his book and tearing out a page.
