Chapter 22 - Touring the Land of Fire, Helping Kana Unwind

Naruto created a Shadow Clone and used the Flying Thunder God to go ahead.

He wanted to send a message to let everyone know he was safe, and also to get an update on the last couple of days.

Meanwhile, he himself, along with three beautiful women - one big, one medium, and one small - walked slowly towards the Land of Waves.

The main reason was to help Kana relax and recover from her experience in the Hidden Grass Village.

The route they were taking went through the towns of the Land of Fire, which could be seen as a chance to travel and unwind.

The news from his Shadow Clone was that nothing major had happened in the Land of Waves or Konoha, which put Naruto at ease.

In the Land of Waves, Dazuna had already been executed in public.

Just as Naruto anticipated, the last glimmer of hope for the people of the Land of Waves was extinguished, and their spirits were completely crushed.

The Shadow Clone Naruto had left there then announced that the overall treatment for the people of the Land of Waves would be tripled, bringing them up to the normal living standards of ordinary people.

A carrot and a stick approach allowed Naruto to firmly establish himself in the Land of Waves and win the people's hearts.

Inari was handed over to Waraji for now, to train his courage and physical abilities.

Tsunami was somewhat worried about this, but she didn't object. At least it wouldn't be worse than the current state of despair, where all they did was complain.

Then, the talks with Zabuza had been settled. He agreed to come and work for Naruto.

Mainly, he had been beaten up by a Shadow Clone using Golden Body Mode, and then promised help returning to Kirigakure at an appropriate time, plus a fixed salary. Zabuza had no choice but to agree.

During this time, Naruto also confirmed White's gender... Well, as expected, just a cross-dressing boss!

Konoha was as peaceful as ever.

Yugao Uzuki was probably on duty during this time, only taking a few breaks to bring Naruto a bento and say a few encouraging words, really treating him like a younger brother.

In the classroom, Sakura's attitude towards him became increasingly strange, often staring at him blankly, sometimes angry and sometimes giggling.

Her attention had already shifted from Sasuke to Naruto, which Ino had also noticed, but hadn't yet brought up.

And then there was Tenten; the Shadow Clone could go over and pick up the customized ninja tools.

Because it was a Shadow Clone, there was only a simple exchange of pleasantries, nothing more intimate.

Back to the main body, he took Kana and the girls to go shopping in the town, eating snacks, and playing street games...

Karin was happy all day long, smiling, and showing the innocence and vivacity that a young girl should have.

Kana also gradually relaxed, and her smile grew.

Even Ryuga, who considered herself a captive, wasn't as tense as she had been at first.

They stayed in a local inn for the night, with the men and women separated. Naruto hadn't made a move on Kana or Ryuga yet.

It wasn't about changing his mind, but rather waiting until Kana's emotions had completely stabilized.

As for Ryuga, he could wait a bit longer.

Making a move now would only be forcing the issue, and with Kana around, it could affect her hard-won composure.

Though Naruto was a bit of a scoundrel, he still cared about those he truly acknowledged.

It wouldn't take too long anyway; he could hold out.

However, he didn't expect Kana to knock on his door.

"Aunt Kana…"

Naruto looked at Kana standing before him. Her eyes showed a hint of confusion, as if she didn't know what to do.

Kana smiled softly, walked in front of Naruto, and gently patted his shoulder. "Naruto, I know you've been working hard, but some things can't be solved with just strength."

Naruto nodded, seemingly understanding what Kana meant.

"You don't have to carry too much pressure. Sometimes, listening to your heart and finding the true answer might be more important," Kana's voice was warm and encouraging.

Naruto smiled slightly, as if his mood had lightened a lot with Kana's company.

"Thank you for your encouragement, Aunt Kana," Naruto said, his eyes filled with gratitude.

Kana smiled and shook her head. "No need to be so polite. We're family, always have been."

As time passed, the bond between Naruto and Kana grew closer. They discussed various issues within the ninja world together, sharing their experiences and stories.

One evening, Naruto and Kana walked along a path in the village. The night sky was filled with stars, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.

"Naruto, you know?" Kana suddenly began. "Sometimes, in the pursuit of power, people overlook the beauty around them."

Naruto listened quietly, as if he could sense the depth of Kana's words.

"We can create miracles in the ordinary, appreciate the beauty of life with our hearts, and not always run endlessly towards our goals," Kana said, her words gentle yet profound.

A sense of enlightenment arose within Naruto. He felt a sense of tranquility and peace from deep within his heart.

"Thank you, Aunt Kana. You've helped me understand so much," Naruto said sincerely.

Kana smiled and gently held Naruto's hand. "Naruto, no matter what happens in the future, don't forget this peace and tranquility. It will be your eternal strength."

Naruto nodded; he understood what Kana meant. From that day forward, he focused more on his inner balance, experiencing every moment of life with his heart.

Time passed, and Naruto and Kana's relationship deepened.

Together, they created a life filled with warmth and serenity. No matter what difficulties they faced, they found strength and courage within themselves.

In this story, through his interactions and understanding with Kana, Naruto found his own path of growth. He no longer solely pursued power but instead cherished the beauty of life, becoming a stronger and wiser person.

Kana, with her wisdom and warmth, became an important support and guide in his life. Together, they created a happy and peaceful ending.

Through their joint efforts, the village became more prosperous, and the people, influenced by them, began to cherish the present and pursue inner peace.

This small village became a home filled with hope and warmth, leaving behind a beautiful legend.

Every spring, the village held a grand festival to give thanks and celebrate the little joys of life.

People would hang colorful lanterns in the streets and alleys, set out flowers and candy, and together prepare for an unforgettable celebration. This festival was called the Day of Tranquility.

People believed that on this day, all worries and anxieties could be cast aside, leaving only inner peace and joy.

Naruto and Kana became two of the main organizers of this festival.

They planned the activities together, ensuring everything was in order.

Whenever Naruto saw people laughing and interacting at the festival, he felt a deep sense of satisfaction, because this was the beautiful reward they had created.

However, on the night of a Day of Tranquility, a sudden storm almost destroyed the entire festival.

A strong wind swept in, scattering the lanterns placed on the streets, and blowing the flowers and decorations every which way.

Naruto and Kana immediately led the villagers in action. They did their best to gather the scattered lanterns, relighting them and repairing the damaged decorations.

After the storm, the village was a bit messy, but everyone's unity and effort restored everything to normal.

The "Day of Tranquility" finally arrived. Although the storm had once threatened the celebration, the concerted efforts of the people made the festival even more precious.

Under the reflection of the lanterns, the village became radiant, and laughter echoed in every corner.

Naruto and Kana watched all this, their hearts filled with emotion.

They understood that although power was important, the true meaning of life lay in inner peace and the perception of happiness.

It was because of this peace that they could truly enjoy life and create a beautiful legend for themselves and the village.

In this hopeful village, Naruto and Kana continued to work together, using their wisdom and love to bring happiness and warmth to the villagers.

Their story spread, becoming a part of the village, and would be remembered forever.
