After a long, cold, and quiet winter, spring has blossomed, as the colorful flowers have bloomed into the earth's existence once again. The grass got greener with each sunny day. The sun was shining, melting the snow with its rays of warmth, beaming down through the land, as the birds started chirping and singing the hums of a spring song.
Today was a perfect day to get in the river to rinse off, so we headed over to it and got undressed to get in. We slowly made our way in, as it was still extremely cold at first. It got warmer with each layer of our bodies, as we dipped lower and lower under the water's surface. Finally, we just went under all the way, ripping the bandage off completely.
