I activated the ID, Manet, but there was almost no activity on that account… not that I expected anything else from it.
But with one of the bigger problems resolved, I was left with two more major issues at hand—what do I do about work while I sneak around dungeon #36 and where do I find a team to participate in the championship?
The former was the more pressing matter and I decided to talk to Emma about it.
The next morning was a monumental one for me because of a few reasons.
First, for the first time in a while, Theo was not in my room when I woke up and he was already working in the café when I arrived.
He gave me a happy wave when I approached, but Ben's sharp voice caused Theo to frown and go back to work.
I watched him for a whole minute, not even realizing that my eyes were glued to him before Emma coughed to catch my attention.
"You must really like Theo to be watching him so intently. Did you fall for him or something?"
