Looking at her, not knowing where her mind had wandered off to again, Ethan Lu was amused and exasperated. He gently patted the back of her head with his large hand, "What are you thinking about again? Hurry up and call her Mom."
"Oh, oh, Mom," Raelle Tang quickly called out.
"Yes! Yes!"
Victoria Shen responded repeatedly, so happy she couldn't close her mouth, and hurriedly stuffed two red envelopes into Raelle Tang's hands.
"This is a greeting gift from me and Ethan's dad. Ethan's dad is currently on a business trip abroad, and you two got your marriage certificate so quickly that he can't come back yet. He'll have to wait a few more days."
Inside the two red envelopes were clearly hard cards.
Raelle wanted to decline, but Ethan had already accepted them for her.
Ethan Lu also added, "This is just a greeting gift, you'll have to prepare other things as well."
Victoria Shen glared at him, "Need you to remind me! I've already prepared them! You're my only precious daughter-in-law, of course, I can't skimp on anything!"
Raelle Tang was so overwhelmed that she didn't know what to say.
Victoria Shen hurriedly pulled Raelle Tang to sit down in the living room, chatting away, simply overjoyed.
Looking at Victoria Shen ecstatic appearance, Raelle Tang was dazed for a moment again.
But not wanting to always be patted on the back of the head by Ethan Lu as a reminder, she quickly snapped back to reality.
She then asked strangely, "Mom, did you know me before?"
Otherwise, why would she like her so much?
And saying things like 'She's finally my daughter-in-law, I've been looking forward to it for days.
Victoria: "Mom will tell you the truth, but don't blame Mom.
Raelle Tang sweetly said, "What's there to blame? You can just say it."
Victoria Shen then said lovingly:
"It's like this, I've always been looking for a candidate for my daughter-in-law, but I haven't been satisfied with anyone. Your Aunt Wang is a good friend of mine, and she told me about you, saying you're an excellent child."

"Then I asked your Aunt Wang to help me, to make you my daughter-in-law."

Raelle Tang never expected that Victoria Shen and Aunt Lin Wang were friends.
Aunt Lin Wang is a doctor at the Municipal Hospital, whom she met four years ago.
