Akemi went pale.

Shiho breathed a sigh of relief.
She had never liked Akai Shuichi using her sister's feelings, and now that he was biologically her cousin, her worry vanished.

Conan interjected,

Conan had no rebuttal for that.
After a pause, he asked,
"Now that there are three test subjects, can we speed up the antidote research?"
"Three?" Shiho said. "There's only one."
"You, Akai Mary, and me. All test subjects."
"Then can you convince Akai Mary to take this poison?" Shiho countered.
"You probably don't even know where she is."
Conan hesitated.
"And you?" he asked Emiya.
Shiho replied without hesitation,
"In the future, I took the poison to escape the Organization. Now that I'm free, why would I risk my life taking it again?"
Conan was speechless. That made too much sense.
He turned to Emiya.
"You must have another way, right?"
Emiya rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
"Hmm... I do have a way."
"What way?" Conan asked. Shiho looked interested too.
"Two heads are better than one. I can introduce Haibara Ai to a very capable doctor. With their combined skills, they should research the antidote quickly."
Shiho tapped the table.
"My name is Miyano Shiho, not Haibara Ai."
"Sorry, sorry," Emiya said.
"You were called Haibara Ai when you appeared. Miyano Shiho was only in flashbacks, so I subconsciously said Ai."
Shiho: ...
Akemi was still dazed, unable to accept that her crush was her cousin.
Conan asked,
"Is this doctor reliable?"

"One Piece? The One Piece I know?" Conan asked in shock.
"Yes, that One Piece."
Shiho asked, confused,
"What are you two talking about in code?"
"Don't you know One Piece?"
"Why would I? I was locked away for research."
Emiya explained,
"It's a manga. Exists in my world and this one. Kureha is a doctor from that world."
"Is she skilled?" Shiho asked.
"Extremely skilled. With her, research results should come fast," Conan said.
Emiya nodded.
"Exactly what I think."
Shiho sighed.
If both of them praised this doctor, she wanted to see her skills firsthand.
Conan suddenly asked,
"Since you've been to One Piece's world, you can get Devil Fruits, right?"
"Do you want one?" Emiya looked down.
Conan eagerly nodded.
Who wouldn't want a Devil Fruit?
"Sure," Emiya said calmly,
"But it costs 100 million yen first. I won't raise the price. 100 million is cheap. Anyone else would charge a billion."
Conan didn't doubt him.
If someone could sell a Devil Fruit, 100 million yen was a bargain.
A billion would be a reasonable minimum.
