As spoken by the Wandering Seer at the Third Day Celebration
Witnessed by the Zhào Scholar Clan
Recorded in the 831st year of Imperial Rule
The Seer's Vision
An aged woman, bent with years and travel, appeared unbidden at the celebration. Her eyes, clouded with cataracts, suddenly cleared to silver as she gazed upon the newborn Lady Lian. In a voice not her own, she spoke:
"Voliet and Silver eyes shall see what others cannot,
Through her line, the great convergence comes.
When violet meets the highest gold,
And ancient powers wake from slumber deep—
From this union shall emerge the bridge,
The one who walks between the worlds of light.
Yet know this: only purest blood can bear
The weight of destiny so long foretold."
The woman's eyes immediately returned to their clouded state, and she collapsed. Upon reviving, she had no memory of her words. She departed before dawn, never to be seen again.
