"Put your clothes on first," Li Yao said to Yuzu .
"I don't want to wear these clothes." Yuzu rejected everything here with disgust, including the clothes on her own body.
Seeing the girl standing there completely exposed without the slightest hint of shyness toward him, Li Yao knew that the torment she had endured over the past year was no less than what he had once suffered himself. Her perception had likely undergone some kind of twisted change.
"Then wear this for now."
"I'll find you other clothes once we get out."
With a thought, Li Yao condensed ink chakra into a long ink robe and placed it on Yuzu 's body.
"Thank you, Uncle." Feeling the strange fabric on her, the girl—who moments ago didn't care about being exposed—suddenly blushed and spoke softly.
"Mm." Li Yao nodded, then continued, "Let's go. My main body is here now. I'll get you out first, and then I'll go fetch this guy's family."
"Wait, Uncle… there's a forbidden seal placed inside my body. I can't leave this wooden hut." Yuzu called out, stopping Li Yao.
"I see." Li Yao looked at her, stepped closer, and asked, "Do you trust me?"
Upon hearing this, Yuzu quickly grabbed onto the arm of Li Yao's spiritual projection. "Of course I do."
"That's good." Li Yao smiled, then his spiritual body merged into hers. Instantly, the nature and form of the forbidden seal's chakra within her entered his perception.
A spiritual body is formed by the fusion of chakra and soul, and once it comes into contact with another's chakra, it can also perceive the changes in chakra nature and form of the ninjutsu involved.
For Li Yao now, his ability to perceive and replicate another's ninjutsu chakra had reached a new level.
The forbidden seal's chakra inside Yuzu was quickly copied by Li Yao's spiritual body. Using that same chakra, he pulled the seal's chakra out of her.

Two teams of ninja guarded the valley's exit. Recognizing Fanma Renza, several who knew him cracked jokes, never suspecting he was under Li Yao's genjutsu.

"True enough," they replied, grinning.

Without a sensory barrier, the Hidden Cloud relied on ninja stationed day and night at key heights and routes to guard the village.
At night, only certain designated areas were open for movement; anywhere else you'd be stopped and checked.
Along the way, Fanma Renza was halted several times for code-word checks.
Under Li Yao's powerful genjutsu control, he passed each inspection without issue.
Soon, he reached his home.
It was a two-story house, still lit inside. Li Yao sensed six souls—clearly Fanma Renza's five younger sisters and his mother.
