As he looked at the unmoving body of deku lying in front of him he knew he was unconscious but looking at him made him feel uncomfortable as he felt an emotion he'd never felt before..
That emotion being guilt as he has never gone this far with his beating ever before and so he started breathing hard as fear started creping up his spine of what he had done he started backing up slowly....
Until eventually he ran ...... He ran as fast as he could in fear of what he has done in his blind rage.
And so he ran not knowing what to do it wasn't until a few minutes after that he finally stopped he started looking around him he was confused and yet there was something he had to do and so he ran....
On the other side midoriya laid there unconscious injured and full of bruises as well as some bad injuries he was all alone lying there in silence.
Until that silence was eventually interrupted by the sounds of footsteps coming towards midoriya the person who had arrived was in fact a police officer...
As soon as the officer saw midoriya he started looking all over his injured body and the slowly carried him ...
He took midoriya to the nearest hospital where he managed to call midoriya's mother with the help of the one who has led him to midoriya in the first place..
That person being Bakugo.....
As Bakugo sat there on the hospital bench quietly he looked around him and listened.
He found Deku's mom frantically moving back and forth throughout the hall as she was in a panic his own mother was there trying to soothe her and calm her down.
On the other side he also heard the hospital staff members talk to themselves...
"Hey do you know what happened to the boy?"
"He was apparently attacked quite brutally"
"Oh dear! Do you know who did that and why?"
"Well I can't tell you who specifically but I can tell you why"
"Then say it"
"Apparently the boy is quirkless...."
"A quick supremist huh"
"Yup seems to be the case"
"But he's just a boy"
"Do you think those people care"
As he listened to the staffs talking he felt even more guilty and uncomfortable at what he had done but then he heard the others speaking them being the civilians...
"Hey what happened?"
"Uh nothing just a quirkless being beaten "
"Dude that's a kid"
"Yah and so?"
"What there are still quirkless present in the area?
"Yah apparently there are a few the kids one of em"
"Man doesn't it wick to be quirkless"
"Yah honestly it's quite pathetic"
"Maybe it would have been better if he wasn't born"
"Dear how can you say that!!!!!"
"Well then maybe he won't have to suffer the discrimination so much then"
"Yah after all noone likes quirkless anymore these days"
"What's all the fush about its just a quirkless kid"
As bakugo heard them talk he felt even more uncomfortable as now he felt confused and disgusted by everything he heard.
Eventually the doctor came out and told them that deku was going to be fine and he'll eventually recover but he had suffered quite a mental trauma and so he would forget what had happened today.
And so time past by Bakugo was never caught for beating Deku as he had no memory of the incident and the police just didn't put much effort into it as it was during a time where a major incident happened nearby involving heroes and so the police were occupied...
As Bakugo looked at deku he felt conflicted towards for what he had done and so he decided to not use his quirk on deku ever again as a result he started clinging to him.
At first he didn't do anything and so Deku got his hopes up on whether they could restore their friendship...
But as time went on Bakugo noticed something the other students were looking at him weird and mostly at a mocking manner as even the teacher started mostly ignoring him..
He tried to talk to the other students but would quickly end the conversation and move away and avoid him...
He eventually figured out the reason for their actions it was Deku .....
As he looked at deku's pathetic figure all shy and timid he felt uncomfortable after the incident but he didn't bother with it .....
But as time went on the other students started badmouthed him behind his back at first it didn't bother him until eventually they got brave and started badmouthing him in front of him.....
"Don't bother kacchan"
"Oh yah what are you going to do? huh!"
As he watched deku step up for him and try to defend him he felt insulted as he didn't need any help and so he left..
The loneliness didn't really bother him anyway but Deku standing in for him and trying to defend him he felt insulted he KATSUKI BAKUGO the boy who'll one day surpass ALL MIGHT to become the No.1 HERO didn't need any help much less from a quirkless, timid, cowardly deku....
As he returned back to class he saw someone was Bullying Deku and pushing him around....
He was angry at what he saw not at the bullying itself but rather at the fact that Deku didn't even try to fight back he didn't even lifted his arms even once seeing this infuriated him
"Oi DEKU FIGHT BACK YOU NERD!!!!!!!!!"
And so for the first time in years he shouted his name not as an insult but just to call him and tell him to fight back...
And yet even after that all he saw was Deku looking down and curling up ...
Bakugo figured out why he didn't have the will to fight for himself seeing he became enraged he shouted once more.
"Oi DEKU!!!!! FIGHT BACK"
And still he didn't do anything unbeknown to bakugo Deku was still suffering from the trauma a while back even though his mind forgot his body remembered he would overcome it by next year but by then it was too late..
For Bakugo this image was cemented into his mind about how pathetic and weak Deku was.....
And why was Deku so weak because he was quirkless and so the last straw in his mind broke and he started beating up the bully as well as punched Deku in the face.
"Don't ever show me your face again DEKU!!!!!"
And so the two trully seperated even though midoriya tried to reconnect their friendship all he got was a punch ....
In the mind of Bakugo the image that quirkless are the bottom of the bottom truly started to settle down and that even amongst them Deku was the worst ...
And so time eventually went by until yesterday where he saw Deku walking with confidence something that he has only done once after he learnt of his quirklessness...
When they met that THING and so he confronted him and yet all he saw was a still timid Deku and so all he did was punch ...
Yet when he saw Deku fight today his world view was once again in question...
He needed to know how he did what he did during the fight where he got the confidence to fight back after living all his life being a coward and so he decided that he would follow him and find out the truth to his change.
