Chapter 16 - Asking to go on carnival.

"Barroooo!" Sillia cooed, a cute lilt in her voice as she approached, settling onto his mattress beside him.

"Hmm… what is it?" Sky asked calmly, having already anticipated her request. "I need to massage your legs, right? My little sister must be very tired, no?" A gentle smile touched his lips; he genuinely didn't mind pampering his cute sister.

"Hah! How did you know?" Sillia giggled, pleased by his accurate guess, even as she casually draped her legs over his thighs and stretched out on the bed. "Anyway, that's not what I want to say… I want to ask something else."

"Oh, something else? And what is that?" Sky asked, a hint of suspicion in his tone as he began to lightly massage her calves.

"Ah… it's that, you know, a fair is going to be held nearby, and it would be so fun to watch! I attended that fair last year, and this time, I also want to go there. It would be so much fun to ride on different rides. And my friends are also going there," Sillia said, a thoughtful expression on her face as she recalled happy memories.

"I see, that's okay, you can go. I don't think Mother would stop you from going there," Sky nodded calmly, assuming she was seeking permission.

"So…"

"So…?"

"So, I want you to go there with me. I don't want to go alone," Sillia announced, sitting up straight, her eyes wide and pleading like a puppy's.

"What, going alone? You said you were going there with your friends?" Sky asked, confused.

"No, I mean, I am going with my friends, but I would feel alone if you wouldn't go with me."

"But I don't think so. You can go there by yourself; I can give you money if you wish. You can enjoy yourself with your friends there. I would just be a spoiler for you and your friends. Furthermore, I have no interest in these things, and I have something to do anyway," Sky explained, his thoughts already consumed by the complex plan he needed to devise, leaving no time for frivolous distractions.

"Huh… no, that's not right. And you are lying; Mother said you used to like that fair when you were here."

"Yeah, right, I used to like it, not now," Sky countered calmly, applying a little more pressure to her leg massage.

"No, I mean, I have already told my friends that you are also coming there. Plus, my friend's brother is also coming, so you need to go with me as well," Sillia insisted, removing her legs from his thighs, determined to convince him before relaxing again.

"Huh… so you are telling me to go there because of that, not because you really want to take me there…" Sky sighed dramatically, feigning disappointment and sadness.

"No, you are taking the wrong meaning! I don't mean that… Well, you know what, I'm not saying anything; you're just trapping me in your words. So I am not going to plead with you any longer. You are just going there with me, that's all!" Sillia declared, pouting.

"Hah… that's not right! I don't want to go…" Sky protested, but this time, Sillia immediately sprang up, grabbing his shirt collar tightly in her hand.

"You are coming there with me! Do you understand?!" Sillia demanded, her voice loud and sharp. Sky simply stared at her with dead eyes.

"Sillia, what are you doing?" Sky asked in a cold tone. The sudden chill in his voice made Sillia panic. She released his shirt, her hands dropping.

"Nothing! I don't mean that; you were just making me angry," Sillia stammered, gently tapping Sky's collar with a nervous smile.

"Anyway, you are coming." Sillia pressed on.

"No…" Sky resisted again.

"You know what? You are irritating me. And it seems like you forgot about something: a butler should always follow her young lady." Sillia flashed her cutest, most disarming smile.

"Really? I am not your butler, young lady," Sky retorted, then continued, "Plus, a butler shouldn't always follow his young lady. Don't tell me you want me to follow you to your bathroom as well." His bluntness made Sillia burn with a fresh wave of anger and shame.

"Pervert!" Sillia snorted.

"What, pervert? You are my little sister! Did you forget how I—"

"DON'T SAY THAT!" Sillia shrieked, her anger boiling over. She pinned Sky down, her hands wrapping tightly around his neck.

"I would really kill you if you take out another word from your mouth! I don't want to hear about that!" Sillia's voice was a furious, flustered growl. Sky saw her face blushing furiously and chuckled softly.

"Don't laugh! You really want me to kill you, right?"

"Oh, sorry, sorry… young lady. I wouldn't say a word. Now, can you let me go?" Sky said, a suppressed giggle in his voice. The teasing only made Sillia blush harder, recalling that embarrassing moment. But she managed to control her urge to actually kill him.

"I can let you go, but first say you are coming." Sillia's grip tightened around his neck as she lightly bounced on his chest.

Sillia was perched on his chest, pinning him down, her hands still wrapped around his throat. Her heavy bounce combined with the tightening grip made Sky cough violently, gasping for air.

"Ahh… Sillia… cough… cough… I… can't cough breath." Sky struggled, but Sillia's hands didn't ease their pressure.

"First, promise me you are coming, then I will leave you!"

"Cough… Okay, I… cough… cough… promise…" Sky choked out the words. Finally, Sillia released his neck, though she remained seated on his chest, watching him gasp for breath.

"Good butler. If you had said that earlier, you wouldn't have had to go through this. I even asked you with respect before, but no, you always want my beating before agreeing," Sillia said in a low tone, her eyes softening as she watched him struggle to breathe. She wanted to ask if he was alright, but restrained herself, finally getting up from him.

After his coughing subsided, Sky finally got a hold of himself. "You really intended to kill me, huh?" he asked, his voice a little hoarse.

"Yes, I really would have, if you hadn't agreed," Sillia said, a sweet smile on her face as she lightly touched Sky's still tender neck.

"Oh, that's scary. I didn't know you were so strong. Anyway, but you looked so cute while being embarrassed..Awww.." Sky said with excited tone as he launched both of his hand on Sillia's cheeks rubbing them simultaneously while repeatedly saying ' Cute cute cute...' , as it made Sillia blush harder in embarrassment by her brother's sudden affection.

" Stop..it.. my cheeks. " Sillia said in annoyed expression as she pushed his hand away.

" Huh..you come here...piro ( Cute) piro ( cute) " Sky said as he pulled her in his embrace before ones again saying cute. As this time, Sillia didn't resist or got annoyed although tried to push him away but a secret smile was lingering on her lips as she got cuddle by him.

" By the way, Young lady. When is this fair anyways..?" Sky asked as he done showering her with affection but he was still hugging her like a teddy bear.

"Uhh… that, I guess, is 1 week later," Sillia replied, a thoughtful expression on her face. As she said it, Sky looked at her and then burst into hearty laughter. Sillia, a bit confused, found herself smiling too.

"What happened? Why are you laughing?" she asked.
