Their laughter echoed down the hall as Hana and Nari returned to their dorm, the earlier encounter with Jin still sitting heavy in Hana's chest.
The door swung open, revealing Minji with her familiar warm smile.
"Minji!" both girls cried, pulling her into a hug.
Inside, the dorm was just as they'd left it—Minji's side glowing with fairy lights and pastels, Yuri's side bold and eclectic, and toward the back, the nook Hana and Nari shared.
"How was your holiday?" Nari asked, plopping onto Minji's bed.
"Boring. I worked at my parents' shop… oh, and I broke up with Hyun."
"What?!" Hana and Nari exclaimed.
Minji nodded, unbothered.
Nari stroked her hair dramatically. "Rest in peace to that relationship."
"It's fine." Minji shrugged, then tilted her head slyly. "What about you? Hana, another interview?"
Before Hana could answer, Nari shot her a mischievous grin. "Nope. She leveled up."
She grabbed Hana's hand, flashing the diamond ring.
Minji gasped. "You're married?! Please tell me Nari didn't drag you into this."
Hana chuckled. "No one dragged me. I agreed… for a friend."
Minji groaned. "This is exactly what our group chat is for."
Nari smirked. "Don't worry. I'll fill her in. With flair."
