Even after the snarky remark had been said Victor didn't respond.
Instead he just stood there motionless, as if he wasn't bothered by the remark.
The group of people instantly distanced themselves from the guy with the sword, as if afraid of the repercussions of the remark.
Noticing he was alone, the guy could only laugh and shake his head.
"Heh Heh, what are you scared of this little bitch of a ruler now?"
They could only nod in response, while one of them stepped forward.
" Something ain't right he seems completely different, dude."
After the person in the group pointed out the difference in Victor, the guy finally noticed the change.
Did he change his attitude? No he didn't, it seemed he wanted to be an idiot until the end.
" So what he is different, he still seems like the same little bitch as before."
Saying so the guy charged at Victor, attempting to recreate the wound that was once on his chest.
With all this going on Victor stood there motionless, even when the sword was a foot away from his chest.
The moment the sword was only two inches away Victor dodged.
Though it seemed as if he had waited for the perfect moment to dodge, he didn't, instead the dodge was based only on reflex as if Victor was a seasoned warrior.
To the surprise of everyone there the sword missed it's mark and when it did Victor grabbed the guy's arm.
Terrified the guy dropped the sword and fell on his back.
Victor wasted no time and grabbed the sword.
The guy on his back saw this and never once had he been this terrified.
" P-Please s-spare m-me"
Even when the guy begged for his life Victor just stood above him not uttering a word.
Then in a fast and fluid motion he swung the sword.
Taking the guy's very life before all the people present, without a sign of remorse as if he had killed many before.
When the guy's head fell to the ground every person in the group panicked.
" Run!!!!!"
They all left the palace and fled the capital on foot.
Too scared to even bring their carriage or family.
