After patting her head softly, they would continue walking.

By the time they had gotten about 8 kilometers away from the CVA building, they would see a massive crowd in the distance, thousands upon thousands of people gathered together in the late evening like a colony of ants surrounding a piece of meat.
'It's understandable, we aren't the only ones who want to seize this area. But we'll be the ones to do it. Hmm, something's off here.'
He'd begin bolting towards the crowd, the other two would follow along. There could be a number of reasons
After around 20 minutes of sprinting, he got close enough to push through the crowd and see what was happening.
At the front, there lay a massive wooden platform with gigantic wooden poles. On the poles, there were several people tied to the poles, impaled through with metal pikes while the stars gazed down on them from above.
'What is this, the middle ages? This sh*ts outdated.'
The purpose for this platform was obvious, executions. But why?
William would take a deeper look at the man's being executed. The executionees were all young women of varying ages. One of them being eerily familiar to William. The red-haired woman from the CVA building in the inner ring.
'What a coincidence. Though it seems she has longed since passed, from what Li Jiaojie mentioned before one of the guardians of Safe Areas is a total degen. The Sin of Lust.'
William would sigh. He had been walking for more than a day, he was mentally fatigued if not physically.

'Well, I should probably get to work.'
Since it was rather late in the evening, the moon had come out.

'Step-1: Scout the premises! Learn the layout of the surrounding area and of the building!'
A tiny shadow in the shape of a mouse crawled into the building, which was shaped-like an antique ancient chinese watchtower, renovated to be more modern and sturdy. It had a classic curved roof and bright red poles forming the outline of the structure, the walls were made of grey bricks and concrete. This watchtower was also about triple the size of one from ancient china, to fit all the personel and technology housed within.
'Xiao Wei, our top espionage unit, will scour the area while the rest of the gang is concentrated in a house in a nearby abandoned neighbourhood.'
"Alright team, I've attached a top of the line camera and tracker I got by decimating one of the public surveillance cameras to her, with this we'll get live video feed via the Library."
He'd open up a tab of the Library, which was linked to the camera via upgraded Translator Bluetooth tech. And share it to Li Jiaojie and Fei Kangzhen.
"Our job is to use the information given by the tracker to draw a map of the place."
Fei Kangzhen would then pipe up.
"What if we just use Ai to draw a map?"
"You gen alphas...I'm all for magic powers that give me the information I need, but artificial intelligence? I have self respect!"
William would then begin to painstakingly sketch out a map using the tracker information using an art program installed in a tab of the Library.
After half an hour of sketching and a little ingenuity, William created.....garbage.
"Alright, boot up the Ai program."
After ten minutes a perfect looking map of the CVA building would be conjured.
"Ai 1, Humanity 0. Curse these hands of mine!"
"The general layout of the building is simple, though there seems to be a entry area where only those permitted can enter, if we want to get into the Commander's office we'll have to do things legit.
'Step 2: Compile information of potential enemies and design a battleplan.'
"Using the information we got from Xiao Wei's scan through the building, it was mostly functioning regularly, with guards scattered all throughout the place, pretty standard procedure. Using the layout of the building and the information of where the guards are and when they rotate stations we can initiate a siege on the weakest point of the tower."
"Heres the thing, Li Jiaojie, the reason I was able to win against your party members was due to an improvisation on my part. But we should leave that ability as a last resort as it could cause lots of damages that would undermine our reason for being here."
"The guardian of this tower hasn't shown himself yet. We scoured the entire building, but Xiao Wei wasn't able to penetrate through to the top layer, as there was a strange-looking barrier blocking her entry. This could be for many reasons, but I'll break down the most likely one."
"Our enemy is likely the Sin of Lust Li Jiaojie referred to, as well as the 5th on the leaderboard, the Shadow Ruler of Darkness. A total misogynistic chuunibyo. Perhaps his command over shadow blocked Xiao Wei's entry."
"That being said, it might be possible that he anticipates our attack due to the fact that Xiao Wei is also a being made of shadow, allowing him to sense her quite easily. This may be troublesome."

'Step 3: Distraction!'
A finely dressed and rather cute young woman adorned with cat ears would appear at the entrance area of the Tower with a joyous expression on her face.
There were two bouncers there that looked straight out of a boxing match, both atleast seven feet tall and built like a machine. They were dressed in all black, not showing even an inch, or centimeter of skin.
They seemed to be sorting through the list of people who wanted to enter, and only permitted people of a certain typing. Though from William's observation they both looked rather dead inside, likely having to obey their higher up's orders or face punishment.
Either way, they swiftly allowed Xiao Wei in her human form to enter on in.
'Agent 004 is in.'
William smiled. But that smile quickly froze.
He felt something, a grand aura, a presence of someone noble, a feeling of majesty overtook him as he kneeled without thinking. The same went for the crowd beside him. He'd grit his teeth while looking up at the top of the watchtower.
'Hypothesis 1, Incorrect.'
