The video started, and Percy was holding the phone like it was the Oscars.
"Ladies and gentlemen!" he squeaked, waving the phone around, "I present… Mark Keifer Watson! The future… love-sick disaster! Watch closely, people, history is happening!"
Everyone laughed. Keifer rolled his eyes, trying to act cool, but I could see a tiny blush on his cheeks.
On the screen, little me was running around, hair flying, laughing like nothing in the world mattered. But my heart stopped when I saw the boy chasing me.
"Wait… isn't that—" Percy squeaked.
He didn't need to finish. On the screen, all five of us were there: Keifer, Yuri, Aries, Percy… and me.
"Hold up. Is that… Keifer?" Grace asked, eyes wide.
I shouted, pointing at the screen, "We've met before!"
Keifer shouted too, almost at the same time, "We've met before!"
Yuri, trying to step closer, yelled, "We've met before!"
Baby Keifer immediately ran after me, tugging at my sleeve."Jay! Play with me! Don't go with them! You're mine!"
Baby Aries immediately jumped in, arms crossed. "Keifer! Stay away! Back off!"
But little Keifer didn't care. He leaned close and planted a quick kiss on my cheek.
I froze, cheeks burning red, and then… punched him hard in the chest.
His eyes went wide… and then… he started crying for the first time ever.
The room erupted with laughter.
"OMG! He's crying!" Mayo shouted, nearly falling."Mark Keifer Watson! Crying?!" Denzel yelled."Ha! Jay just punched him!" Blaster laughed."Jay, you savage!" Ella added.
I buried my face in my hands, mortified. "But… I don't remember any of this…" I whispered.
Keifer immediately leaned closer, his eyes softening. "Jay… it's okay. You don't have to remember. You were small… that's why it feels strange. Tiny us did all this, but it's in the past. Nothing to be embarrassed about."
I looked at him, relieved, and he gave me a small reassuring smile.
Then, on the screen, little Yuri was stepping a bit too close to me. Baby Keifer's face twisted, tiny arms crossed, lips pouting."No! Stay away from Jay! She's mine!" he squeaked possessively.
Baby Aries shook his head, fuming. "Keifer! Calm down! You can't boss everyone around!"
But little Keifer ignored him, clearly jealous of baby Yuri.
Percy squeaked from the video again, teasing: "Future chaos incoming! Tiny Keifer blocking Yuri like a pro!"
I snorted, hugging myself, still half embarrassed, half amused. "Fine… but you're ridiculous, Keif."
He smirked faintly, still protective, wrapping an arm around me. "Maybe… but that's what makes us… us."
On the screen, little me kept laughing, little Keifer still possessive, Baby Aries fuming, Baby Yuri giggling… and that was where the video ended for now.
The room was still buzzing with laughter, teasing, and chaos. And I couldn't stop smiling.
