Location the Void of the Forsaken; Castle Nightscream, Throne Chamber
It's been a great month, Mao, Cyn, Nomu King, and Sabrewulf were together in Mao's throne chamber, with some Browns acting as knight-guards, looking exactly like the Overlord 2, model in the Overlord Castle in that game, some of Cyn's disassembly drones, were dressed as maid working on the castle.
Tiddying up the place, in this period of time, the Forsaken not only replenished all loses from Chicago, against the Justice League, and the Avengers, aside that, the poll was finally done, and truth be told Mao had no intention to reveal any of the heroes identities, he'd manipulate the poll, having the brown minions and drones, vote against revealing any secret identities.
First he'd never said, that Forsaken can't vote, and second revealing the identities of the heroes, regardless if their from Marvel or DC, will put a big target on their back, and risk one of their rogues from destroying them completely, that's a pleasure Mao and his Forsaken will have for their own.
Hence once the poll reached zero, the winning option was No Reveals by 27% lead.
The poll was more a Chaos Point farm, from the heroes and their loved one, and taking inspiration from Dead by Dayling, Saw, and other franchises, and broadcasts those games, has been another surge of points, and soo much fun.
Even Cyn who was snuggling next to him, on his throne, purring a bit as Mao petted her, she was most ecstatic about the hunting and punishment games, as many freaks loved to give her some benefits, and watch her eat her victims apart, cute and creepy for the win.
Just like Mao thought when he add that special system of viewers input to the games, the world especially from the DC side, are twisted and sick, he never understood why none of the villains, especially Joker, Luthor, or any other, haven't exploited the darkest minds of society for their own benefits.

They killed it in Chicago, marking themselves as high level threat to everyone, but they needed to be at the top.
Looking around at his Infernal Lords, Nomu King seating off the side with a pile of food that the drone-maids, bring and he eat, just like a hulk, Sabrewulf was actually writing notes for an experiment, aside enjoying being a monstrous hunter in the games, Mao gave him permission to snatch some people to experiment in his lab.
Broadcasting the process as another punishment game...which did annoy his werewolf Infernal Lord, thou rare sometimes the polls made Sabrewulf release his test subject, giving them a free win.
Speaking of wins, Mao was true to his word when a capable captive, managed to survive and win ten game, he let them go, safely, a million dollars richer as well.
All to give that traumatized soul, the "push" some will fall into luxuries and fame, and will crave more, some will be soo broken that all they can do it's watch and sympathize with Mao's games, and lastly some...few but still possible with rise stronger, good for them, even if it's a boring outcome, regardless those souls are broken and more than likely come back, and become apart something special that Mao has planned.
Then Mao remembered that he'd never checked Sabrewulf status, so he commanded the Chaos System to do so, as a red transparent screen appeared, floating in between the focused Sabrewulf and Mao's line of sight, as Mao started reading the pinkish-white colored display.

Seems that the people have given Sabrewulf a title, he checked Cyn and Nomu King, and Mao's bride has the title of "Nightmare Machine", and his first Infernal Lord, gained the title of "Monster Raven"...aside Cyn, Mao's Lords gained the shit pull of titles.
Chuckling making all his Lords, and Bride look at him, Mao eased them, and teasingly told all of them their titles...Sabrewulf felt it was unfitting to beast and genius he is, Nomu King shrugged not carry what, puny humans, think of him, and went back to stuffing his mouth, Cyn just responded with a "Kay" just like when she'd faced off with Uzi, N, and V.
With the red system, still active he instructed it to show his status, wanting to check how many Chaos Point he has accumulated, since it was time to start with the next act, as the Chaos System appeared directly in front of his face, and displayed his status.

The Fiend, he only thought of the G, Bray Wyatt...then he thought, he could summon a alternative version of him, like the Immortals, or the KOF crossover that made the Undertaker actually supernatural, so following that reasoning there should be a Fiend in those worlds, waiting to be "Let In", but that was for another time.
He has nearly 300-thousand Chaos Points, Mao believes that it would more than enough, for him to summon several new members of the Forsaken, and creatures for the Legion, especially now that the system update, with all the kills and torment done on the captives, it rewarded him with [Time Dilation Zone], making the Void possess its own time stream, away from the New Earth.
Meaning they can plan, grow, and play with their captives for as long as they want, and maybe only a week has passed in the New Earth, but beside that it was time for a new queen and bride to join the court, and Mao's bed.
He wanted a waifu, and powerful demon queen, that can command she-demons in the future, so he chose Lilithmon from the Digimon series, in lore one of the Demon Lords that represent a certain sin, along with Lucemon, Leviamon, Daemon honesty better name then Creepymon, Belphemon, Barbamon, and Beelzemon.
Mao will grant his second bride, not only a permanent lock in her Mega form, but also organic functions into her data, and demonic essence basically making her an actual demon lord, and quite possibly some demonic power, at her beck and call, as the system stated [Digi-locked Lilithmon + Biological Code + Demonic Essence= 35000 CP. As 35000 Chaos Point were deducted from Mao's bank, he could immediately feel a new powerful and wickedly lovely entity emerge into the Void, as a swarm of purplish bats started to swarm and cyclone in the center of the throne chamber.
Demonic, humanoid woman, Digimon, bewitchingly lovely appearance, pointed long ears, short black hair, which has a bangs off her face, along with a geisha-like bun tied by a intricate golden hairpin and brush, with long arrow tipped strands coming down the hair-accesories.
Lilithmon has a pair of golden sharp horns, pointed upwards in the side of her head, two different sized pair of black demon wings on her back, a small pair in the upper back, and larger pair on her lower back.
On her pristine white skin, she has a bat mark on her forehead, purple eye makeup and lipstick, wearing a slightly lighter two tone open kimono, showing her blackish and gold body suit, that esseuates her amazing figure and breast, and on her left arm, a golden armored glove with razor sharp claws, a pair of black leather belts, strapped to her waist over her kimono.
When she locked eyes with Cyn, they waved kindly to their fellow bride, Mao made sure no animosity, or bad rivalry formed in his harem, as Lilithmon looked beautiful and strutted over, like a Japanese maiden, she'd kneeled down and presented herself to her husband and love.
As she did, Mao was happy seems that the Japanese influence of Digimon, ran deep into his second bride, telling her to rise, and to never kneel or bow to anyone, not even him, for it beneath such a demonic dark Goddess, as herself.
Making Lilithmon happy and flustered, as Nomu King, and Sabrewulf showed her respect and reverence to her and her station, she'd chuckled wickedly, as she walked over to step at the left of the foot of the throne, Mao has to remember to make extra thrones for Lilithmon, Cyn, and all other Brides in the future.
Now it was time to summon his newest Infernal Lord, not only is he a cunning and cruel crimelord, but an actual supernatural creature from and old horror shooter game in the good PS2 era, he'd ordered the Chaos System to summon a fully manifested, and freed Blackmore, as the system displayed [Higher Malefactor Blackmore + Single Entity +The Creature Transformation + Abbott State Penitentiary= 37500 CP. Do you wish to proceed?] Mao said to the system to proceed, as another 30-thousand+ Chaos Points were deducted.
Along with the Void, expanding once again, as the image of Carnate Island appeared on his mind, and the new facility that now lay on that horrible island, a old state prison, were soo many horrible things has happened, were the first Malefactor outbreak occurs in the Suffering series, already burrowers were doubling in their spawning rate.
And he'd sense his newest Infernal Lord, manifesting in Nightscream, leisurely making his way to the throne chamber.
A bit later, he appeared through the doors of the throne chamber, pushing them open, and the a "man" that was walking into the chamber with stride, confidence, and authority, standing beside Lilithmon, showing her respect by bowing, and then kneeling before Mao and the throne.
This is the third Infernal Lord, dressed in red, long-sleeved, buttoned shirt, with similar colored pants and shoes, he is the main antagonist, and alter ego of the protagonist of the Suffering series, Blackmore.
He has a shaved head and his most distinguishing features include his different-coloured irises and facial scars, no longer a second persona of Torque but a fully corporeal and free entity, with all his "Better Side" abilities, and powers for his own, not only being able to command Malefactors, and summon them directly to his side.
He is going to be a big asset for the next show, Mao has set his sights on the most vile spots in the New Earth, first Hell's Kitchen, the territory of the Kingpin, Wilson Fisk, and also the Hand, he wanted that bad neighborhood and sector to suffer more, with Blackmore cunning, intellect, charisma, ruthlessness, and powers, along with some malefactors and bangers, he'll be the new and most feared crimelord and monster of Hell's Kitchen.
Drawing out their next targets the Defenders, Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and the other, plus some other heroes from DC have moved in to fight against Fisk's crime empire, Bluebird, Huntress, Cheshire, Orphan, and Batwing, seems like Bruce and his Bat Family are going suffer the most of this next act.
Checking quickly the status of Lilithmon and Blackmore, before Mao explain their next move, the first red transparent screen floating behind Lilithmon.

All seems good with Lilithmon, as Mao switched to Blackmore who was no longer kneeling, and discussing making some...product...with Sabrewulf, Blackmore didn't know the full plan, and he was already working on rebuilding his empire in the New Earth, in the name of the Forsaken, Mao checked the red transparent screen, displaying Blackmore's status.

Mao was very pleased, not only Blackmore retained his skills from Suffering, he took all of Torque's skills, and powers, just as he wanted, asking Cyn to join her sister-wife, she'd smile and skipped over to Lilithmon, Mao started to tell them their next move.
With Blackmore, their take over of underworld of Hell's Kitchen, solidariting their power and underground network in New Earth, and increased the suffering of the people of that area, Blackmore laughed and spoke in his usual deep voice, "Considered it done, Boss. Hell's Kitchen is good as mine. You know me, I always go all-in, in my plays." this made Mao laugh in joy, the next attacks on the New Earth is to divert all attention of the heroes and villains from Blackmore's true allegiance, and powers.
He'll summon more malefactors to the legions, telling Blackmore to use them to secure his hold over Hell's Kitchen, and eliminate Kingpin and his lackeys, Mao wants the Blackmore Gang to be the most powerful and fear criminal enterprise, that even Penguin, Black Mask, Great White Shark, and other soo called crimes bosses, wouldn't dare cross them, Blackmore, he smiled, crossing his arms as his eyes turned slightly red, Blackmore told Mao, "Consider it a done deal boss." before doing the necessary preparation for Blackmore start to power, and the deeper downfall of Hell's Kitchen, Mao is summoning more creatures to the whole of the Forsaken, first a new zerg unit, crawling tanks with acidic attacks, capable of healing while disengaging battle, and he'll even add one of the upgrade strains to these zerg.
He was taking about Roaches, the highly insectoid zerg with hard carapace, multiple spikes and a set of wave like spikes on the front of their shell-carapace on their back, a mouth that splits into three to spit acid-saliva, and the strain he was going for the roaches is the Corpser Strain.
While the Vile Strain has its benefits, for the conquest and suffering of Hell's Kitchen, the power to cause roachlings to burst out the corpses of enemies and victims will serve Blackmore's rise to power, so he commanded the Chaos System to summon Roaches, [Roaches + Corpser Strain + Roach Warrens= 8650 CP. Do you wish to proceed?] he told the system to proceed.
Like the Mutalisks's spires, Mao felt as allover the Void fleshy, alien warrens were sprouting, and coming out are Corpser Roaches, roaring into the air, and connecting directly to his will and mind...Mao needs to add some psychic power into his arsenal, to have detailed command over the Swarm, and when he'd summon Abathur, he won't be feral without a strong psychic power in command.
Now for the final new creatures to become apart of the legion, first is the most numerous malefactor, the Slayers, decapitated, pale humanoid creatures, with their head still "connected" by a metal contraption, hooking onto the head and body.
Their limbs replaced with razor sharp blades, deadly, fast, and extremely agile like Hellraiser version of Voldo from Soul Calibur, they'll be deadly killers in Blackmore command, and when large invasions or attacks they'll be deadly horrors to face by their victims.
Lastly it was also time to add a new minion to the legions, not only adding to their firepower, but great arsonist specialists, he was of course thinking of the Reds, red skinned gremlins with small tails, hard spikes, and spikes on their head, able to throw and consume fire.
The Reds, Burrowers, Slayers, and Roaches secretly working under Blackmore, Mao's third Infernal Lord rise in power will be secured, so he commanded the system to summon both Slayers and Red Minions, as the Chaos System stated [Slayers + Red Minions + Red Minion Hive= 9500 CP. Do you wish to proceed?] Mao thought it was good price, for the amount of benefit he'll gain from them.
He immediately commanded the system to proceed, in Carnate Island already Slayers were wandering and crawling around, hissing and growling in search of victims, meanwhile right next to the Brown Hive in the castle's basement, the Red Hive was securely placed, and Reds were spawning already.
Many of them scrambling to the fire traps, ovens, and furnaces of Nightscream, making Mao smile.
Now with the basic things, prepared it was time to discuss the rise of Blackmore, as the newest crimlord of New Earth, making all gathered excited for what's to come.
