Our story begins in a rather unusual location. Located deep within the palace, a training ground of sorts was being occupied by two princesses.
One sat down playing with her needle like a harp, playing a soft tune while the buzzsaws raged and buzzed. On the other hand, screams could be heard as the princess of Hell dodged and avoided the moving saws in order to continue living.
"Awww!" As the princess continued to scream her heart out, Hornet—ever the kind teacher—simply ignored her and continued to play calming music in order to help the princess of Hell.
A few hours passed, and with multiple bruises and cuts, the princess of Hell finally reached the end of the course and promptly passed out, slamming her face to the ground.
Princess Hornet, noticing her exhaustion, dragged the unconscious princess toward the castle's spring to allow her to rest and heal her wounds.
Once they had finally reached the spring within the castle, she looked down at the unconscious princess and began to remove all her clothing. Once she had done this, she quickly threw the princess into the waters.
With a splash, the princess sank beneath the waters below, and almost instantly her wounds began to close and the bruises began disappearing.
Though this also had the intended side effect of waking the princess up from her self-induced coma, and with a large gasp she filled her lungs with water before sitting up and coughing it out.
"Cough Wow, you really know how to treat a guest, huh? Well, what's next? Whatever it is, I'm—" the princess of Hell spoke with renewed vigor before quickly noticing everything felt quite cold and windy.
Looking down slowly, she quickly noticed she had no clothes whatsoever, and the only thing blocking the view was her golden hair.
Moving quickly, she covered herself up the best she could using her hands, making sure Hornet didn't get a free show.
But when the princess of Hell looked at Hornet, she immediately noticed her clothes underneath her. She looked up at Hornet and sheepishly asked if she could have her clothes back.
"Heya, if you wouldn't mind, could I get my clothes back?" she said, looking toward Hornet.
Hornet, looking down at her ruined clothes, simply glanced at Charlie's clothes before picking them up and throwing them out the window.
To Charlie's horror, she watched as her only clothing was promptly thrown out the window—figuratively and literally.
"Hey! I need those!" Charlie said, looking at Hornet.
Hornet, still looking down at Charlie, simply walked over to the nearby bench, and placing her needle beside it, she spoke.
"Relax, princess. I'll make you some new clothes. In the meantime, rest up, because we're far from over." Hornet spoke, summoning silk from her hands before she began weaving.
Charlie, though reluctant, agreed before lowering herself into the water and relaxing her mind. As Charlie relaxed within the waters of the spring, she felt its healing properties wash over her.
While Charlie relaxed, Hornet began creating clothes that would fit her needs and suit her style.
After only an hour of weaving, Hornet finally finished her work. It was a rather skin-tight suit that functioned as both armor and a fashion statement. It allowed the wearer to change it freely and adapt depending on the environment.
"Hey, princess. Catch." Hornet threw the suit at Charlie, who was currently relaxing in the waters.
Charlie, noticing the object flying at her, caught it, and once she inspected it, she quickly found out that it was a rather pretty suit.
It had a rather simple color and design, but what made it so amazing was the silk used to make the suit. It was smooth to the touch but felt hard when she tried poking it. She tried stretching it and found just how flexible the clothing was.
"Are you gonna wear it or not?" Hornet asked, growing impatient with Charlie.
"Okay, okay! Just give me a minute," Charlie said, standing up before doing her best to dry off without a towel.
Once she was fairly dry, Charlie began wearing her new clothes. Even though it was her first time wearing them, it felt right—like the suit itself was making micro-adjustments in order to fit her.
Once Charlie had suited up, Hornet got up from her bench and began walking toward the training grounds once more.
Charlie, moving right behind her, followed suit.
As they walked, Charlie didn't really try to engage with Hornet since she didn't respond or even acknowledge her. So when they finally reached their destination and opened the doors leading to the training grounds—
Once inside, a rather tall bug could be seen wielding rings around her arms, but she was doing the most peculiar thing: she was writing or drawing something on her map.
As the princess of Hell moved closer, the bug looked up and greeted Hornet.
"Poshanka! Greetings, child wielding needle! It is good to see you again," she said with a delighted tone.
"It is good to see you as well, Shakra. Allow me to introduce to you Princess Charlie. She's here to train, and I was hoping you could help her with her agility," Hornet said, introducing Charlie, who gave a small wave.
"Ah! A princess! Very well. I am almost done with this map anyway, so training the princess shall not be a problem," Shakra replied.
"Thank you." Hornet then looked toward Charlie. "Shakra here will help you with your footwork alongside your situational awareness. From what I've seen in the course earlier, you need a lot of work." Hornet told Charlie before walking out and leaving her alone with Shakra.
Once Shakra finally finished drawing her map, she grabbed her things before putting them in her bag. Once she had done that, she looked toward Charlie with a smile, and crouching down to her level, she spoke.
"Tell me, princess, what weapons does one wield?" she asked Charlie.
Charlie, not wasting time, summoned her trident and showed it to Shakra.
Shakra, examining the weapon, simply nodded before stepping away from Charlie and turning back toward her.
"Now get ready! I shall test your abilities before we get started!" she said, grabbing her shakrams and getting ready.
Charlie, knowing what was going to happen next, got ready. And even though she felt really worried, she pushed the thought away and steeled herself.
"Get ready, princess! POSHANKA!" Shakra yelled before charging at Charlie.
