Chapter 15 - Tests~~

Alex let out a cold laugh.

"You got that kind of power and still teaching Class 10?"

One sentence. Straight up broke the teacher.

Mr. Lee's mouth opened. Closed. Nothing came out.

The whole class exploded.

"HOLY SHIT—!"

"NO WAY!"

"He actually said it!"

Students slammed their desks, laughing like crazy. One girl literally fell off her chair.

Mr. Lee just stood there, fists shaking hard, face all twisted up.

"You... you... YOU—!"

Couldn't even finish a sentence.

Finally let out a roar and slammed the door open.

"I'm gonna make you regret this!"

BANG!

Door shook like hell.

Alex shrugged, pulled out chips from his bag.

Ripped it open.

Crunch.

Whole classroom went dead quiet.

Everyone stared at him.

This guy just destroyed a teacher, got threatened with expulsion, and now he is... eating chips?

"Bro's actually crazy..." someone whispered.

"Did you see Mr. Lee's face? Turned green."

"This mentality, damn."

Alex munched another chip, leaned back like he owned the place.

Some students' eyes changed—straight up respect now.

Some dude in the corner secretly gave a thumbs up.

The girl by the window? Eyes sparkling.

Yeah. This's it. This's the world I want!

Alex felt amazing.

Five minutes later.

Door opened again.

Mr. Lee walked in, and behind him—

The principal.

Middle-aged guy wearing that familiar toupee.

He walked in, looked at Alex.

"Alex, come with me."

Alex slowly stood up, grabbed his bag.

"Sure thing, Principal."

Mr. Lee crossed his arms, face full of satisfaction.

"Finally..." he muttered. "Little punk's done for—"

Alex walked past him.

Stopped for a second.

Leaned in, whispered:

"What make you think he gonna expel me?"

Mr. Lee's smug face froze.

Principal led Alex through the hallway.

Alex hands in pockets, zero cares.

Principal stopped at Class 9's door.

Pushed it open.

"Ms. Chen, new student."

Alex walked in.

Class 9 was way better than Class 10.

New desks, clean board, even the air felt fresher.

At the podium stood a young female teacher—

Ms. Chen, twenties, white blouse and pencil skirt.

Glasses, hair in a bun.

That elegant, intellectual vibe—the kind of teacher who actually gave a damn.

She looked up, saw Alex, smiled.

"Welcome. Please, come in."

Voice gentle, classy.

Alex stood there, grinning like an idiot.

Uh hah!

I just roasted a teacher, almost got expelled, and now I am... promoted!!

It's right, that's me!

Principal cleared his throat.

"Alex will be in your class now. Please take care of him."

Ms. Chen nodded. "Of course."

She turned to the class.

"Everyone, this is our new classmate Alex. Alex, come introduce yourself?"

She pointed at the podium.

Students all stared at him.

Some curious, some confused.

Then—

A girl in the third row gasped.

"Wait, isn't he—"

"HOLY SHIT, IT'S THE SLEEP-TALK GUY!"

"THE X-RANK PORTAL ONE?!"

Room exploded.

"NO WAY!"

"The beast ran away from him?!"

"That's insane!"

The laughter from before died instantly.

Now their eyes changed.

Shocked. Awed.

Alex hands in pockets, cleared his throat.

"Hey everyone, I am a Fashion Weekly purchaser, Nobel Prize reader, League of Beast Masters Finals viewer—"

He paused, all serious.

"—Olympic Games attendee, Michelin restaurant diner, luxury car test driver, and presidential speech audience member."

Students' jaws dropped.

"WHAT! He's that amazing?!"

"Wait, he is just a high schooler?!"

"This resume's crazy!"

Suddenly, some dude frowned.

"Wait... something's wrong..."

"Isn't this stuff everyone can be?"

"DAMN IT! He played us!"

Alex still going:

"I am also an internet surfing expert, late-night philosophy thinker, snack tasting master—"

Ms. Chen's hand flashed with light.

An invisible force grabbed Alex and threw him toward his seat!

Alex flying through the air, still struck a cool pose.

Winked at the girls, cocky smirk on his face.

Then—

BAM!

Head first, slammed into the seat.

Whole classroom went silent.

Everyone stunned.

Next second—

Alex did a backflip, jumped right up.

Patted his butt, fixed his hair.

Face calm like nothing happened.

As long as I am not embarrassed, others are embarrassed!

He sat down, pulled out chips from his bag.

Crunch.

Whole class silent.

Guy next to him stared.

"Bro... you are something else."

But good mood didn't last.

Ms. Chen quickly handed out a bunch of test papers.

Four per person.

Alex froze.

Test right after getting assigned?

He picked up the first one, checked the subject—

History

All about major events since portals appeared.

Dates, historical figures, all kinds of details.

Alex looked up some stuff before, but that's it.

He scanned the paper.

Multiple choice? Fine, just guess.

Essay questions...

He went quiet for two seconds.

Then on every answer space, wrote one name nice and neat—

Skyan

Daxia's current strongest.

Legendary figure active for hundreds of years.

He is that OP anyway, just write him for everything!

Alex put down his pen, feeling good about it.

Second paper—

Cultivation

Mainly about how to raise contract beasts, how beast masters should improve themselves.

Alex stared at the questions.

Attribute combinations, skill tree optimization, spiritual energy circulation paths...

No idea at all!

He chewed his pen.

Whatever.

Just make shit up.

Random answers are still answers.

Third paper—

Portals

About portals around the world, danger levels, monster types inside, treasure drops...

Alex knew a bit.

But just a bit.

He forced himself to write some answers, rest was still made up.

Then—

Last paper.

Alex picked it up, looked at the subject name.

Elemental Reactions

He froze completely.

Body shook!

This name!

Why is it so similar to a certain game?!

That's right!

Genshin Impact!!

Alex's eyes lit up.

Holy shit!

Genshin?!

He immediately sat up straight, gripped his pen.

Started doing the test like a boss!

Writing like a god possessed!

Water element plus fire element creates vaporize reaction?

Easy!

Ice element plus electro element creates superconduct?

Free points!

Anemo element swirls other elements?

Simple!

Alex wrote answers rapid-fire, thoughts crystal clear.

Less than 20 minutes—

Last paper, done!

He stretched, leaned back in his chair, smirk on his face.

Never thought playing Genshin would have this benefit!

Alex finished his papers, raised his hand.

"Teacher, can I leave early?"

Whole class shocked.

Ms. Chen looked up, pushed her glasses.

"What?"

"I am done."

Classroom instantly exploded.

"Holy shit, only 30 minutes!"

"Four papers!"

"That speed's not normal!"

Ms. Chen raised an eyebrow, walked over.

She picked up Alex's papers, started with the first one.

History paper—

Every essay question answered with "Skyan."

Her brows furrowed.

Flipped to the second one, Cultivation paper—

A bunch of made-up nonsense answers.

She started coughing.

"Cough cough..."

Ms. Chen cleared her throat, turned to the class.

"Everyone, make sure to carefully check your answers."

Her voice carried a hint of helplessness.

Then looked down at Alex's papers again.

Portal one—

More random bullshit.

She shook her head.

Let out a sigh.

Flipped to the last one, Elemental Reactions—

This one was filled out completely, neat and tidy.

She looked at it again, kept shaking her head, sighing.

Alex watched her reaction, feeling helpless.

This isn't about checking...

I just don't know it!

He flipped his papers over, then back again.

Stared at those questions.

Had no idea what to change.

Already made up what he could, guessed what he could.

What else could he do?

Ms. Chen looked at him pretending to seriously review his papers, then looked at his answers.

Finally gave up.

She let out one last sigh, collected his papers.

"Fine, go take your lunch break early."

Voice carried a trace of defeat.

"For real?!"

Alex's eyes lit up, immediately stood up.

"Thanks, teacher!"

He grabbed his bag, walked out all swagger.

Whole class stared at him.

Shocked, confused, envious—all kinds of expressions.

Alex reached the door, even turned back and waved at everyone.

Door closed.

Classroom instantly exploded.

"Oh my god! He is a hidden genius!"

"30 minutes for four papers, that's insane!"

"No wonder he could summon an X-rank portal!"

But some dude was frowning.

"I don't think so..."

"Even geniuses in class 1 can't be that fast, right?"

"And did you see the teacher's face? She kept shaking her head and sighing..."

"Could it be..."

A few people looked at each other.

"All bullshit answers?"

"Holy crap, possible!"

"And he still walked out all smug like that?"

"...Respect."
