"Hey hey hey, I'm here again!"
News King Morgans landed on the deck, wings flapping, and handed a large sack filled with commissions to Yuuto.
"This… all of these are commissions?" Nami's beautiful eyes widened in surprise.
"Exactly!" Morgans nodded. "After the Alabasta incident, the name of Fairy Tail has spread across the world. These are just the first batch!"
"Is there anything beyond these?" Vivi asked, full of wonder.
"Of course," Morgans replied. "Since this is the first half, I screened them in advance. These are commissions from the first half of the Grand Line, the New World, and the Four Seas. If President Yuuto wants to review them, I can send the rest next time."
Because Fairy Tail is a mobile guild with no permanent base—and many civilians in the One Piece world find it difficult to navigate the seas—Yuuto had deliberately designated Morgans as a transfer hub. Commissions from all over the world would be routed through him.
"Actually," Morgans added, lowering his voice, "the number of commissions was even higher, but… after President Yuuto's bounty suddenly skyrocketed, some clients withdrew their orders along the way."
"That's fine," Yuuto said lightly. He didn't mind. Those who revoked their commissions either didn't matter or were just hopping on a bandwagon. "If they withdraw, it saves us the trouble of sorting through nonsense. Their loss, not ours."
"Hahaha, of course, President Yuuto! Only fools would withdraw, it's their own loss! I'll make sure to blacklist them, so even if they try next time, I'll deny them!" Morgans added with quiet admiration.
"Thank you. By the way, it's almost dinner—want to eat together?" Yuuto asked.
"Hahaha, of course!" Morgans didn't refuse.
As they ate and drank, work began.
The first task was organizing and filtering the commissions. Urgent orders were prioritized; secondary tasks could wait. Permanent pointers or life cards were treated as high-priority items.
The Grand Line's magnetic fields were chaotic. Without a permanent pointer or life card, even skilled navigators might not reach their destinations. Morgans had recently returned to Alabasta and created a life card for Yuuto, enabling him to reach Fairy Tail reliably. Yuuto, in turn, learned the technique and made copies for each partner.
After two hours of work, all commissions were sorted. Robin and Erza took out maps, marking the entrusted locations. Nami and Vivi approached Yuuto with a handful of unverified commissions.
"President, what should we do with these 'three-no' items?" Nami asked.
These "three-no" commissions lacked a pointer, life card, and entrustment fee. Some were due to inexperience, others because the client was too poor to pay—they just wanted to try.
"Post them on the task board first," Yuuto decided. "If we encounter them along the way, we'll handle them then."
As Yuuto glanced out of the corner of his eye, one of the "three-no" commissions caught his attention. Before Nami could pack it away, he pulled it out.
Search for the Golden Town of Shandora!
—Commissioned by Human Braun Kulik
"Hahaha, President Yuuto, an interesting commission already? The Golden Town of Shandora… seems familiar," Morgans said, surprised.
"Nani? The Golden Country?" Nami's ears perked up, and she suddenly grew excited.
"The Golden Town of Shandora!" Robin said, her tone serious. "It's recorded in North Blue's folktale of King Nolando. Legend says that four hundred years ago, Nolando led an expedition to an island with a golden city. But when he returned, it had vanished—completely gone."
"So it's just a tall tale?" Nami said, disappointed.
"No! The Golden Town is real," Yuuto said calmly.
As a traverser, Yuuto knew the Sky Island Golden Town well. He had long intended to visit it—to experience the customs of the Sky Island, see the massive gold reserves, and witness the legendary bell atop the golden bell tower and its historical inscriptions.
Most importantly, he sought Sky Island's god, Enel—or more accurately, Enel's Logia Thunder Fruit ability.
Yuuto's Thunder Dragon Slayer Magic was at 100%, but he had yet to unlock the Dragon King species. Enel's Thunder Fruit ability might be the key to breaking this barrier.
Now, there were two more reasons to visit Sky Island:
To meet new partners waiting for him.
To fulfill this commission from Nolando's descendants.
"It's decided—our next mission!" Mirajan smiled.
"Shall we find the Golden Town of Shandora, as described in the legends?"
Nami and Vivi exchanged excited looks.
"Hahaha, searching for the Golden Town of legend—this is not to be missed! President Yuuto, please allow me to follow and document everything!" Morgans said eagerly, rubbing his hands together.
"No problem," Yuuto nodded.
"It'll take a few days from here to Gaya, where the client is. I'll go back and make preparations first!" Morgans said, then departed in a hurry.
"President, there are just a few commissions in this area. I want to take the newcomers out to practice and get used to their powers. We'll meet you in Gaya in three days," Erza said.
"Then go, and come back quickly. If you return late, you'll miss all the fun!" Yuuto laughed.
