The golden Terrorclaw Bear roared again, and the valley shook as if the world itself feared its rage. Dust drifted from the cliffs.
Loose stones tumbled down, striking sparks as they fell.
Suddenly, you could hear a pin drop in the valley.
Not the peaceful kind. A suffocating, heavy silence that pressed down on lungs and crushed the air from throats.
Time seems to be paused.
As every player froze where they stood, the sound of their own heartbeat suddenly deafening.
Adrian's eyes narrowed. Spirit Eyes.

Damage: 800
Defence: 600

The data flickered into his vision, sharp and merciless. Adrian exhaled slowly. So it really is the hidden Gold…
Almost everyone subconsciously casts a detection skill on the Terrorclaw Bear.
Others finally knew what they were looking at. Their faces drained of blood.
Some swallowed audibly, others staggered back as if distance alone might protect them.
They were the elites of the Novice Area, Leaders of guild teams.
Players used to feel strong in this world which is still filled with slimes and wolves.
But even at their peak, even with white-gear bonuses, most had stats around 100.
To be precise, the average attribute of most people is only around 60 points.
A few scraped past a hundred. Their best warrior had less than 2,000 health.
The four-dimensional attribute setting of Glory of the Gods is that except for the warrior with 1 point of stamina, 20 points of health and 10 points of defense, other professions have 1 point of stamina, 10 points of health and 5 points of defense.
Damage varies depending on the class.
Warrior: 1 Strength = 7 Physical Damage
Ranger/Gunner: 1 Strength = 8 Physical Damage
Assassin/Archer: 1 Strength = 10 Physical Damage
Priest: 1 Intelligence = 5 Skill Damage
Poison Master/Mage: 1 Intelligence = 10 Magic Damage
This resulted in the warrior with the most health in these three teams having less than 2,000 health points.
In front of this level 15 golden terrorclaw bear, no one has any hope of escape.
Against this monster? Nothing. Not even speed can be used to run away.
Kevin's voice broke the silence. "A h-hidden BOSS? You're kidding me…"
The bear answered with motion. Its massive body surged forward, claws gouging stone as it lunged straight for Kevin.
Kevin's scream cracked the air.
At this moment, Kevin was scared to death and threw the Little Yellow Duck Toy at Adrian.
The hatred of the Terrorclaw Bear also shifted to the Yellow Duck Toy.
The duck Toy arced toward Adrian.
Hatred shifted instantly. The Terrorclaw Bear's burning eyes swiveled with the toy's path.
Seeing this scene, Kevin was immediately overjoyed, and a sinister smile appeared on his face and his thoughts are on smoothing evil.
'Boy, just wait and see how I kill you. I can finally get my revenge.'
Kevin's terror twisted to ugly glee as his lips curled into a sneer expression and he said "Yes… chase him. Kill him. See how it feels now, Adrian!"
But Adrian's movements were steady, precise. Then he aimed his spear so precisely that it swept through a crack of the Canyon as it struck the duck midair and sent it spinning back in a perfect parabola.
Every head turned as one.

(Kevin POV)
Kevin was feeling proud when he saw Adrian swing the spear in his hand and hit the Duck Toy with a bang.
A graceful parabola passed through the air, and everyone's eyes followed the Yellow Duck Toy.
Kevin watched helplessly as the Yellow Duck Toy fell back into his arms.
Kevin's hands trembled as the duck dropped neatly back into his arms.
"W–wonima—!" His shriek strangled itself halfway.
Kevin let out a strange cry.
Without hesitation, he rammed the toy into the hood of a nearby assassin.
The assassin's expression suddenly changed. He was about to take out the Duck Toy , but the Terror Claw Bear was already beside him.
The assassin's eyes bulged. "You—!" His words cut short as the bear crashed down upon him.
This assassin was from Jason's team. He didn't care about his anger at the moment he just want to rushed out of the valley in a flash as soon as possible.
However, his speed was too far behind that of the Terrorclaw Bear , and he was caught up by the Terrorclaw Bear after only running a few steps.
As the Terrorclaw Bear knows his plan and immediately strikes the Assassin.
"Ahhhhhhh"
A scream was heard, and the already fragile assassin was slammed against the opposite cliff by the Terrorclaw Bear's claw.
The Terrorclaw Bear strike was merciless and dangerous as his claws raked across flesh of this player and slammed the body against the cliff wall with bone-snapping force with blood sprayed out as he was painting the stone in crimson. His health bar vanished in an instant.
The bear lowered its massive head. Teeth closed around half the assassin's skull.

The body collapsed bonelessly as the beast found the Yellow Little Duck toy from inside his hood.
White light enveloped the corpse, whisking the player back to spawn. But the blood remained, a vivid snake crawling down the cliff.
But the Terrorclaw Bear, holding the yellow Little Duck Toy, began to move aimlessly at the entrance of the valley.
It was as if it had entered a lost state. As long as no one provoked it, it would not attack others while playing with the little yellow Duck toy.
The survivors gagged. Some turned away, bile burning their throats. The first day in this world, and already they had seen how cruel it could be.

Kevin swallowed hard. His voice wavered. "E-everyone… just back into the valley. Keep your distance. Don't provoke it…"
No one moved. Then slowly, heads turned toward him.
At this moment, everyone turned their head towards Kevin in anger because of him that they were brought into danger.
Because of Kevin's stupidity now, they were also trapped in his mess.
Kevin's skin crawled. He expressed a shaky sneer with a questioning tone. "What? It not like invited you with, All you guys just follow"
Then he passed again and added another sentence "—so don't think I will save you from that monster.!"
"Enough."
Adrian's loud voice cut like a blade through the tension situation.
After everyone looks at Adrian Direction, they finally calm down .
Adrian sees everyone's reaction and anger towards Kevin.
Sigh~ by shaking his head , he looks at everyone's eyes and tries to explain what situation they are in now.
"ALSO ... .you don't want to die, listen to me, what I mean is my every command but If you want to die, just die and don't drag others down because of your incompleteness." At this moment, Adrian suddenly said that it would not be a problem if we waited a little longer.
He is the one who wants to kill Kevin the most among all people.
But now he knew very well that this was not the time to settle accounts with Kevin.
The crisis has not been resolved.
