Looking at the bamboo sword in her hand, Chiya swallowed hard.
"I'm innocent."
"Trainer Chiya, as long as you show remorse, we will be lenient!"
Still caught in the misunderstanding, Sakura Bakushin O clenched her fists and said in her characteristic loud voice.
"I told you, I'm innocent."
"Bakushin O-san, describe the process to me."
"I saw Trainer Chiya about to touch a certain student's thigh, so I stopped him before he could."
"So it was an attempted offense?"
Deep blue-green eyes stared at Chiya.
"Wait a minute!"
Sensing danger, Chiya immediately spoke up. "I just wanted to check if Fujiwara Shirayuki's thigh was injured, because she fell on the stairs last night!"
"Fujiwara Shirayuki?"
"That's right." Chiya nodded repeatedly. "She's my cousin. She just arrived at Tracen yesterday, and I'm her trainer now."
"Trainer Chiya's cousin?"

Bamboo Memory looked at Bakushin O, who stood there with her chest puffed out.

"No."

To think that a trainer would be disciplined by the committee—Tracen really gave its students a lot of power.

Usually at school, when Horse Girls saw a trainer, they would respectfully say 'Good morning, Trainer' or 'Good day.'
But when they saw him, they would say things like 'Yo, Trainer Chiya,' 'You're not late today, huh,' or 'The Chairwoman is looking for you,' and other teasing remarks.
Although he wasn't much older than them, he felt like he was blending in with the students.

"Yes... Miss Hayakawa?"
"Are you having breakfast?"
In the midst of his ambitious thoughts, Chiya happened upon Hayakawa Tazuna, who was smiling at the katsudon in his hands.
"I was planning to eat it back in my office."
"I see. I'm sorry to disturb your meal, but there's a trainer meeting I'd like you to attend."
"A trainer meeting?"
"It's a meeting organized by the Chairwoman. I can't disclose the details right now."
"Alright, I'll go right away," Chiya said, starting to walk towards the meeting hall.
"Trainer Chiya, it's better not to bring food inside. The Chairwoman will definitely be angry if she sees it."

Blushing, Chiya turned around to put the katsudon back first.
Watching him leave, Tazuna touched her cheek.
I didn't know Chiya liked to eat such greasy food in the morning...
Meanwhile, hearing the bell ring, Shirayuki let out a long sigh.
Controlling two bodies at once was incredibly difficult. She had to attend a meeting in one place and a class in another. Although she let the lecture go in one ear and out the other, the teacher's occasional glances still put her under pressure.
Shirayuki began to doubt whether she could handle living as two people.
"Can I really be a student...?"
"O-of course you can!"

"Shirayuki-san is perfect, unlike me. I think you'll definitely become someone everyone looks up to," Doto said, with a hint of self-deprecation.
"My lovely white swan, forgive me for overhearing your conversation," a glamorous girl who seemed to radiate roses walked over. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am the beautiful overlord, TM Opera O. Let me host a party for this legendary encounter!"
