Even though President Kramer couldn't make it, everything for Felicity's audition was already arranged. They just needed an adult to accompany her since she was still a minor.
The driver was waiting downstairs and took them straight to the film set.
Kelsey had never been to a place like this before. From a distance, she saw a huge, sprawling area filled with equipment and platforms set up with large light screens. People rushed everywhere with serious, focused expressions. Some sat in chairs with walkie-talkies, constantly shouting instructions.
Felicity, however, had clearly been here before. She tugged on Kelsey's hand. "Teacher, you need to go find the director's assistant. My dad always takes me straight to him."
Kelsey nodded and followed the process the nanny had explained, handing Felicity over to the pre-arranged contact.
The person looked at Kelsey bringing Felicity over and frowned in confusion. "Why didn't President Kramer come today?"
