"Victor Lasdeger is truly brilliant. He managed to get the Revolutionary Army's Deputy Chief of Intelligence working for us without realizing it!"
"Don't get careless. The Revolutionary Army is the biggest threat to the World Government. Our targets are Victor and Nico Robin. Let's notify Lucci and Spandam. They've just joined CP0 and are executing a mission of this level. We cannot afford mistakes."
After exchanging instructions, the CP0 members disappeared in a flash.
However, unknown to them, they themselves were being monitored.
In hiding, the Revolutionary Army leader, wearing a green coat with a red square tattoo on his left face, listened intently to every word CP0 spoke.

Just as the tension escalated, another masked CP0 member appeared, pushing Rob Lucci aside to calm Aokiji.
"Ah Lala, I hope your plan works!"
Aokiji didn't reply further. He was simply helping anyway.
He had agreed to the Five Elders' mission because Victor had formed a pirate crew and defeated Akainu and Kizaru. Victor was likely to become a major pirate, potentially causing massive trouble.
Though no longer in the Navy, Aokiji still held a personal sense of justice. If his actions could protect civilians, he would try his best.
Putting on his windbreaker, Aokiji walked toward the ruins.
"Is the Primeval Stone ready? Spandam?"
Rob Lucci looked at Aokiji's leisurely back, sensing this mission would ultimately depend on them.
"Everything's ready. Even if the first plan fails to kill Victor and Robin, the primordial stones we prepared can wipe them out. Not just them, the entire ruins will disappear from the sea."
Spandam's eyes gleamed with ferocity. Nico Robin had been his eternal pain. This time, he was determined to eliminate her, no matter what.
With confidence, he dispatched 20 CP0 members, 10 of whom were combat specialists, including former Navy Admiral Aokiji, and backed by the motive power of the Primeval Stone.
Even if Victor was a new super pirate with a bounty of 2.6 billion, this plan aimed to completely wipe him out.
Who dared offend the World Government and the Celestial Dragons?
The Ruins Island was far from White Earth Island. It took Victor and the others nearly a day to arrive.
"I didn't expect you to know so much about O'Hara. Not many people remember that lost place…"
During the voyage, Victor and Robin inadvertently spoke of her hometown.

Robin chuckled. She, too, noticed Victor didn't exactly appear like an archaeologist.
But that didn't matter.
The key point: Victor had managed to subdue Enel to join his pirate crew and brought him to the Blue Sea.
Robin was very curious.
What kind of man is this? In just over three months, he had already become a pirate with a 2.6 billion bounty…
