The 20 CP0 members immediately formed their battle formation upon reaching the core ruins. To deal with Victor, the World Government had specially equipped CP0 with advanced weapons.
The seastone spider web, a creation of Vegapunk, extracted the seastone's energy to prevent Victor from escaping with his lightning speed. Once deployed, this massive web would trap anyone with special abilities, leaving them no way out.
Ten CP0 members, including Spandam, activated the spider web outside the core ruins, enveloping the area completely—even the sky above.
The remaining ten CP0 members stayed inside the ruins, ready to coordinate with former Navy Admiral Aokiji against Victor and his allies.
"Ah la la! Stop talking so much nonsense and let's finish this quickly!"
A serious expression crossed Aokiji's face. Though confident in their numerical advantage, he knew victory wouldn't be easy. Victor had grown since Marineford, no wonder Akainu had struggled at the Battle of Daughter Island.
Even more, Victor possessed that terrifying punch capable of breaking Akainu's ribs. He was a tricky opponent.
Victor, too, focused completely. CP0 and Aokiji were well-prepared; he couldn't afford to be careless. He would unleash everything from the start.
He gripped the famed sword Thunderstorm and glanced at Robin, holding the Thundercloud Weather Stick, giving her a subtle wink.
The Thundercloud Weather Stick, given to Nico Robin by Victor, was part of his battle plan. While Victor confronted Aokiji and Enel handled the other enemies, Robin would use her Devil Fruit powers in tandem with the Thundercloud Weather Stick. Once thunderclouds formed, both Victor and Enel's combat abilities would drastically increase. Even combined, their attacks could wipe out everyone on the island—though Victor planned to avoid destroying the ruins entirely.

Victor followed up with Thunder Slash, and Aokiji countered. Ice and lightning clashed violently, the two unleashing a relentless bombardment.
Simultaneously, Enel engaged the CP0 members in the core ruins.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Thunder roared around Enel, divine punishments raining from the sky. He initially held back six CP0 members alone, carefully following Victor's instructions to avoid close combat. Their Haki and Six Styles could not match Enel's lightning transformation at range.
However, the two Revolutionary Army soldiers struggled. Though considered elite, they were no match for the CP0 members. One by one, they were killed or gravely wounded by CP0 at the battle's outset.
With ten combat-capable CP0 members in the core ruins, Enel's skill held back six, but four still remained—more than enough to overwhelm ordinary fighters. Nico Robin, almost isolated, quickly found herself in extreme danger.
"Nicole Robin, daughter of the devil, remnant of Ohara destroyed by the Demon Slayer Order! You and the Straw Hats are so proud on Judicial Island. The first pirate group to declare war on the World Government? Today, I will wipe you out!"
