Elara beheaded the lizardman with one swing.
After another 10 minutes, Lucas saw a signal in the air and headed there.
He saw Ghost and Grishna already waiting there and William and Krasbert came at the same time as him.
Ghost had already killed the boss monster.
Lucas decided to look at it's stats, even though it was pointless.

This time only William leveled up and reached level 14.
It was getting significantly harder to level up.
And the rewards were less too.
For the defeat of the boss monster, Lucas got 20 attribute points and no skill option card or anything else.
'Still not bad I guess.'
Lucas ordered his avatars to search the gate for materials.
An hour later he destroyed the gate core.

Lucas immediately used the skill option card once he was out.

Information flowed into Lucas his mind on his breathing technique.

The logistics team was in front of Lucas to collect the monster corpses from him. And his assistant was also there to report how the combat teams did.
Of the 3 E-rank gates, 1 was a wolf and goblin forest gate while the other 2 were beast gates.
His assistant reported that the last team apparently just finished clearing the monsters inside the gate and now all were done.
'They were faster than expected.'
Lucas was pleased.
He drove back to the guild to check on the guild members and overall situation.

After Lucas arrived at the guild's headquarters, he checked on the combat teams and saw that they only had minor injuries.
He complimented them on a job well done and told them they would get a bonus.
After that he checked with the department heads on the overall situation and found out that the association also easily handled the F-rank gates.
He then called branch head schmid and negotiated with him for the gates.
Lucas got possession of 1 E-rank beast gate and 3 new F-rank gates.
The association also decided not to clear any of the total 5 F-rank gates and 3 E-rank gates that they owned.
Apparently the headquarters of the swiss awakened association gave all branches permission to decide what to do with gates lower than D-rank.
Smith decided it would be better to keep the gates for materials and experience.
The Helios guild now had 4 F-rank gates and 2 E-rank gates.
Lucas decided that from now on the F-rank gates would be guarded by their security department and the E-rank gates by their awakened guild members.
The combat teams would now have shifts on when to guard the gates.
It would be a boring job, but they would of be paid for the hours.
Team 1 volunteered to be the first ones to guards the two gates. The split up so that 6 team members guarded one gate and the other 5 the other one.

After that long night, Lucas got only a few hours of sleep before waking up and heading to the guild.
Today the Helios guild would be officially open again for applications.
Lucas was in his office deep in thought.
'I ordered Ethan and the information department to investigate what happened to my little brother Elijah all those years ago.'
'I'm both glad that I have the resources to do such a thing and scared of what they might find.'
Lucas had been so busy lately that he had almost forgotten his main purpose on becoming stronger and gaining money.
Although he of course also did it for himself, the most important thing to him was finding his brother.
'It's been nine years since he disappeared and only a couple weeks since my mother died.'
Lucas tried not to think too much of his mother since most images of her were of the later years and he hated thinking about that.
He quickly dismissed all emotional thoughts and focused on what he had to do today.
Now that tens of thousands had already transmigrated into Zurich, there would be even more awakened who would apply to join the Helios guild.
Lucas was expecting hundreds of applicants at least.
'I hope I will find a lot of useful people.'

Before meeting with his department heads, Lucas decided to distribute his attribute points.

As soon as Lucas finished distributing all his attribute points, he collapsed to the ground and screamed in pain.
"AGHHHHH!!!"
A huge surge of energy erupted from him and and his bones and muscles started breaking and restoring.
After 10 minutes of absolute agony, it finally subsided.
Lucas was on his hands and knees, sweating profusely.
"Panting heavily"
After a couple minutes, he finally stood up.
'What the fuck was that?'
'I have never been in so much pain before.'
Lucas could feel that he had changed a lot, both internally and externally.
He walked towards the mirror in the corner of his office and saw that his body looked much more refined and his face more handsome.
He could also sense everything around him much clearer.
'Is this because most of my stats reached 100?'
Lucas summoned Grishna and Elara and talked with them about it and after that he headed for his privat bathroom in his office which had a shower.
He cleaned up and changed before coming out and getting ready to meet up with his department heads.
