Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Simulation Ends, Level Up

One year later, your level increased to 5, and the Critical Strike skill also leveled up to Lv.3. You became the strongest among the Goblins, a head taller than the others, though still only three heads high. The Troll didn't care about your changes. You didn't become arrogant because your strength increased, as you knew the Troll ate more monster meat than you and was inherently stronger. You were still far from being his match, so you didn't act rashly.

In the second year, you continued living the same life. Your level increased to 8, and through practice, Critical Strike leveled up to Lv.7.

In the middle of the second year, the Troll mysteriously disappeared for a few days. You felt strange but didn't act rashly. A few days later, the Troll returned to the tribe. You were glad you didn't do anything unnecessary during his absence.

By the third year, your level increased to 11, and through practice, Critical Strike leveled up to its maximum.

...

In the seventh year, your level increased to 20, and because of your persistent training, your Critical Strike evolved into Lethal Strike Lv.1. At this point, you realized you could no longer raise your level by devouring monster meat. You guessed this was because your template level was too low. If the template level were raised to Elite-level, the level cap wouldn't be restricted to 20.

For a time, you had no clue how to advance your template, but you knew you couldn't stay in the Goblin Tribe any longer. The Troll's appetite had recently grown larger and larger. He not only ate the food you hunted but sometimes even chewed Goblins as snacks. And his gaze towards you had been very strange lately. Having lived with the Troll for seven years, you knew very well that was the look of someone eyeing food.

Facing this situation, please make your choice.

Choice One: Leave the Goblin Tribe and seek a way to evolve.

Choice Two: Continue to stay in the Goblin Tribe, living a life of constant dread.

Choice Three: Damn it, take down the Troll and become the boss yourself.

'A choice, huh?' The second option is definitely out. That Troll surely sees me as food. As for options one and three, he was a bit undecided. He was more inclined towards option one because the Troll seemed to be a higher-tier creature than a Goblin. Even if he was at max level now, he probably wasn't that guy's opponent. Of course, if he ambushed him, it wasn't impossible to defeat him. With his intelligence, it shouldn't be difficult to trick the Troll to his death.

After hesitating for a moment, he said to the system, "System, choose option one, leave the Goblin Tribe."

After several considerations, you felt that the Goblin Tribe was not a place to stay long. If you continued like this, you would sooner or later become the Troll's food. After thinking it through, you chose to leave the Goblin Tribe. Because you were the highest-ranking individual in the entire tribe apart from the Troll, you successfully escaped the tribe under the cover of night.

On the first day after leaving the tribe, you encountered a Human Adventurer Squad. Upon seeing you, the Human Adventurer Squad attacked you without a word. This Adventurer Squad was a rookie team. Although they possessed powerful strength, their teamwork was not proficient. Relying on your strength, which far surpassed that of an ordinary Goblin, and Lethal Strike, you wiped out this Human Squad, but you were also severely wounded. Before you could take these corpses to a safe place, a black tiger appeared behind you. Heavily injured, you were no match and died.

Simulation ended, overall rating: 37.

For an ordinary Goblin, your life could be described as glorious and eventful, but as a transmigrator, you could be called the shame of transmigrators.

Please choose a reward from the following options.

Option One: Level up by one level, costs 5 evaluation points, can be selected repeatedly.

Option Two: Critical Strike level up by one level, costs 4 points, can be selected repeatedly.

Upon seeing these two reward options, Gobulo roughly understood that the rewards he could choose were only things he had gained in his simulated life. There didn't seem to be an option for 'life insights.' Oh well, this was good too, a pure increase in strength.

After thinking for a moment, he said, "System, increase level by four, increase Critical Strike level by four."

"Consumed 36 evaluation points. Rewards have been issued."

As soon as he finished speaking, a feeling of abundant power spread throughout his body. Gobulo felt he could now fight ten of his former selves. At the same time, his body also grew larger, two heads taller than before, increasing his height from 1.2 meters to 1.6 meters.

Immediately after, a stinging sensation like being pricked by needles spread through his brain, and a large amount of information poured into his mind. When he came to his senses, his Critical Strike level had also risen to Lv.5.

He wasn't particularly afraid of these changes in himself because on his way to eat just now, he had seen several large Goblins, all roughly his size. He shouldn't be particularly conspicuous among the Goblin group.

His attributes also underwent some changes.

Name: Gobulo

Race: Goblin

Template: Normal

Level: 5/20 (4%)

Stamina: 7

Strength: 11

Agility: 6

Spirit: 8

Charm: 0

Skill: Critical Strike Lv.5

...

For every level increase, all four attributes except Charm increased by 1 point, plus 1 free attribute point. Without any hesitation, he directly put all four attribute points into Strength. One force breaks all laws; he was following the path of proving the Dao with strength.

In this simulation, he was curious about where the Troll went during those few days he was gone in the middle of the second year. Why did the system specifically mention it?

After checking his attributes, he left the cave, intending to go out for a stroll. Upon seeing the scenery outside, his mind slowly recalled his predecessor's memories. His predecessor had only been born for about a week, a newborn Goblin. The guy who had called him to eat earlier was named Jerry, and he was a bit older than him.

He scanned his surroundings, frowning slightly. The camp was filled with Goblin feces everywhere, and the smell was quite unpleasant. However, he didn't feel too bad, perhaps his body had already gotten used to the smell. After only two steps, he arrived at the eating spot.

He saw over fifty Goblins savagely gnawing at two leftover wild boar carcasses. Before he could react, the two carcasses were completely picked clean.

"Grrr." His stomach protested.

Seeing the Goblins eat raw meat didn't disgust him; instead, it stirred a strong appetite. But now the food was gone, and if he wanted to eat, he would have to hunt for himself.

Jerry, who had finished eating, also walked towards him. Seeing Gobulo's appearance, Jerry said with some surprise, "Are you Gobulo? How did you get so big? What did you eat? Did you eat all that stuff?"
