Chapter 1 - It was just another day

Andrei's Room - Victoria Falls , PA - 4:30am

━━━━━━━•✞︎•━━━━━━━

The alarm blared to life, its shrill tone piercing the darkness like a shard of ice. Andrei groggily reached over, his hand flailing blindly until it connected with the snooze button, silencing the alarm with a satisfying click. He let out a low, frustrated groan, the sound rumbling in his chest. "I was having such a nice dream..." he muttered under his breath, the words barely audible over the sound of his own ragged breathing.

It had been another long night in a close to five year series of long nights highlighted by screaming, dishes breaking and doors slamming and Andrei keeping his head down. His father and mother did their collective best to maintain a normal life. Andrei closed his eyes again unknowingly letting the momentary peaceful silence over take him. He slipped back into the veil between awake and asleep. The time when dreams are vivid and the mind plays games.

As he lay there, he became aware of a presence beside him - or rather, the absence of one. The bed felt empty, the sheets rumpled and cool to the touch. But his mind played tricks on him, conjuring up the sensation of Viviana's warmth, the gentle weight of her body beside his. He rolled over, his fingers brushing against the pillowcase, and for a fleeting moment, he could have sworn he saw the dark, wavy tendrils of her hair peeking out from under the blankets. His heart skipped a beat, his pulse racing like a runaway train. He pulled back the covers, and in his mind's eye, Viviana was curled up asleep next to him, dressed in black lace that hugged her curves, accentuating her athletic yet lithe form. The image was so vivid, so real, that he felt the urge to touch her, to brush the hair from her face, to feel the warmth of her skin. The soft fabric of the blankets seemed to whisper against his skin as he pulled them back, as if echoing the gentle caress he longed for.

The alarm shrieked again, jolting him back to reality. Andrei sat up with a start, rubbing the grit from his eyes, the motion sending a tiny shockwave of fatigue through his body. He quickly pulled the blanket to the side, and the sudden absence of Viviana's presence was like a punch to the gut, leaving him feeling hollow and disoriented. The bed was empty, the sheets tangled and unoccupied. The dim, eerie glow of the alarm clock cast an otherworldly light on the walls, a harsh reminder of his solitude. He let out a harsh sigh, the sound echoing through the silent room. "Fuck man... You need to get your goddamn head straight..." he growled, the words a low, urgent whisper in the darkness.

Blackwood Manor - Victoria Falls, PA - 4:30am

Viviana stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling mirror, her eyes fixed on her reflection. She wore a dark silk robe, its luxurious fabric draping elegantly around her body. Underneath, she had on a set of black and red lingerie - a delicate lace bra with intricate floral patterns and a subtle red trim along the edges, paired with matching high-cut panties that showcased her curves. The subtle contrast added a touch of mystery to her appearance.

As she applied a subtle layer of makeup, her thoughts turned to her students. She mentally prepared herself for the day ahead, thinking about the lessons she would teach and the discussions she would lead. Her eyes lingered on her reflection, and she felt a sense of detachment, a familiarity with her own image that came from centuries of existence.

She reached for a blood bag that lay chilled on the counter, the plastic wrapping crinkling as she held it in her hand. The metallic scent of blood wafted up, and her fangs tingled in anticipation. She bit into the bag, the cool liquid flowing into her mouth, and she swallowed, feeling the familiar rush of energy and vitality.

As she drank, her eyes seemed to gleam in the mirror, the pupils dilating slightly as the blood took effect. Her eyes took on a beautiful amber color. Her skin had a warm, golden glow, and her features seemed to sharpen, becoming even more defined. For a moment, she felt invincible, a creature of the night with powers beyond human comprehension.

When she finished the blood bag, Viviana felt a sense of clarity, her mind sharp and focused. She thought about her students again, and one student in particular caught her attention - Andrei. She had noticed his enthusiasm in class, his curious nature, and his eagerness to learn. She smiled to her reflection, thinking that he was a bright student, one who would do well in her class.

With a sense of comfort and luxury in her own skin, Viviana let the robe slide down her arms, revealing the lingerie underneath. She began to get dressed for the day ahead, slipping into a fitted white blouse and buttoning it up with deft fingers. Next, she stepped into a pencil skirt, smoothing out the fabric as she zipped it up.

A critical gaze met her reflection in the mirror, and Viviana nodded to herself, satisfied with what she saw. Elegant and sophisticated, she was ready to face the day as a teacher. She slipped on her heels, grabbed her bag, and gave her hair a final smooth.

As she turned to leave, her eyes caught on the blood bag wrapper on the counter. With a swift motion, she disposed of it and washed her hands, her movements efficient and practiced.

With that done, Viviana headed out into the morning, the darkness of the night giving way to the brightness of day. She walked out the door, ready to face whatever the day might bring.

Victoria Falls High school - 8:15am

As Andrei drove to school, the warm sunlight streaming through the windshield highlighted the dust motes dancing in the air. He sang along to his favorite songs, the music pulsating through the car's speakers, and thought about the day ahead. The smell of freshly brewed coffee wafted from the cup holder, and he took a sip, feeling the caffeine kick in.

Andrei did his best to get his head straight from the night before. Memories bubbling up of the screaming match. He pushed them down as he began his morning drive to school ritual. Counting his blessings. His attention turned to Viviana. He was looking forward to his classes, especially hers, and couldn't help but feel a flutter in his chest at the prospect of seeing her.

When he arrived at school, Andrei parked his car and grabbed his backpack, the worn leather creaking as he slung it over his shoulder. As he walked towards the entrance, he caught sight of her walking towards the same door, Viviana's heels clicking on the pavement. The sound of chatter and laughter filled the air, mingling with the scent of blooming flowers and fresh-cut grass. His heart skipped a beat as he stepped toward the side door next to the gym and art wings of the school. Hearing Viviana's clicking heels drawing closer. He finally looked up seeing her standing there.

"Morning," Andrei mumbled, trying to sound casual. Viviana smiled warmly, her eyes sparkling with friendliness. "Good morning, Andrei. Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, I see." Andrei felt a little self-conscious, somehow getting to the door before her. He opened it up ushering her in. She adjusted herself quickly and walked in head held high. Almost like it was a ritual between them. "Always the gentleman, Andrei. The girls must love you." he smiled back. "Yeah, I guess so." The truth was he did not give anyone else this level of credence. Viviana chuckled. "I'm glad to see you're here. We have a lot to cover today." Andrei nodded, feeling a little more at ease. "I'm looking forward to it." As they walked down the hallway, Viviana glanced at him. "Though I spoke to some of your other teachers. I'm wondering why you do so well in my class but are failing in others." She paused her free hand on her hip"Andrei. You always participate well in class." Andrei frowned a little, Still feeling a sense of appreciation for her looking out for him.

What Viviana said next caught him off guard. Leaning over she put a stern finger out "it's like you are trying to impress me like some kind of teacher crush!" She laughed as Andrei froze in place. Fucking tell her… She opened the goddam door Andrei! he cleared his throat and shook his head "I just love art more than history or math." He said passing it off. Viviana nodded along her look skeptical almost as if she knew. Then she lightened up and nodded "Well that is a compliment!"

As she started to walk away, Andrei felt a sense of admiration for Viviana he could not explain. He couldn't help but notice the way she moved with confidence and poise, her dark hair shining in the fluorescent light. He felt a pang of attraction, but he pushed it aside, focusing on the day ahead.

After standing there a moment Andrei quickly caught up with her. As they walked down the hallway, Andrei couldn't help but notice the way Viviana's skirt hugged her curves. For a moment, he caught a glimpse of the outline of her lingerie beneath the skin tight fabric, and his heart started to flutter. He felt a rush of embarrassment and excitement, and his eyes darted away, trying to play it cool. Viviana seemed oblivious to his gaze, chatting with him about an upcoming exam, but Andrei's mind went blank. He stumbled over his words, feeling flustered and embarrassed.

Viviana noticed his sudden change in demeanor and raised an eyebrow, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Andrei, is everything okay? You seem a bit...distracted," she said, her voice tinged with a hint of curiosity. Andrei's face grew hot as he realized he had been caught staring, and he struggled to come up with a response. "Yeah, I'm fine," he muttered, trying to composed himself. "Just a bit...preoccupied." Viviana smiled knowingly, but said nothing, and Andrei breathed a sigh of relief, grateful that she wasn't pushing the issue further.

"Well… this is my stop." Viviana said standing at the corner of the art wing. Andrei gave her a nod "I'll see you in study hall!" He chirped walking on he could not help but sneak one last peek. They went separate ways and if this was a musical Andrei would have walked on singing his feelings out with random students and staff dancing and singing along. He got a chuckle out of the idea however this was real life and time went painfully slow.

Andrei's day dragged on, each class feeling like an eternity. He sat in his seat, staring blankly at the chalkboard as the teacher droned on. The fluorescent lights overhead seemed to hum in sync with his racing heart, and the scent of fresh paper and pencil shavings filled the air. But Andrei's mind was elsewhere, fixated on Viviana and the growing desire to tell her how he felt.

As he walked to his next class, the warm sun on his skin did little to ease his anxiety. He felt like he was walking on eggshells, his emotions simmering just below the surface. The sound of lockers slamming and students chattering filled the hallway, but Andrei's ears tuned it out, focusing instead on the sound of Viviana's laughter echoing in his mind.

In the cafeteria, the smell of pizza and sandwiches wafted through the air, but Andrei's stomach churned with nerves. He picked at his food, his mind replaying every conversation he'd had with Viviana, every smile and every glance. He felt like he was drowning in his own emotions, unsure of how to keep his head above water.

As the lunch bell rang, Andrei tossed his trash and headed to his next class. The clock seemed to tick by at a glacial pace, each minute stretching out like an eternity. He couldn't concentrate, his mind racing with thoughts of Viviana and what he would say to her.

Victoria Falls High School Library - 1:30pm

━━━━━━━•✞︎•━━━━━━━

Finally, the bell rang, signaling the start of study hall. Andrei's heart skipped a beat as he gathered his things and headed to the library. The walk felt like a marathon, his legs heavy with anticipation. As he pushed open the door, the quiet hum of conversation and the soft glow of lamps enveloped him, making him feel like he was entering a different world.

Andrei scanned the room, his eyes locking onto Viviana's familiar smile. She was already seated at a table, her medium-length wavy hair framing her face, her eyes sparkling with warmth. Andrei's heart swelled with emotion, and he felt his resolve strengthen. Today was the day he would tell her how he felt.

As Andrei walked towards Viviana, he noticed a subtle shift in her demeanor, her eyes scanning the room with an intensity that made his heart skip a beat. Her gaze darted towards the windows, her pupils constricting slightly as she seemed to sense something was off. The air around her seemed to vibrate with anticipation, like the quiet before a storm. Before he could ask her what was wrong, the sound of shattering glass and screams filled the air.

Andrei's head jerked up to see chaos erupting outside the library windows. People were running wildly, shouting and screaming as a group of attackers stormed into the school. The attackers were tall, with piercing eyes and skin that seemed almost translucent in the dim light. Panic spread like wildfire as students scrambled to flee or find cover. The sound of shattering glass, crunching metal, and desperate cries filled the air, creating a cacophony of terror.

The attackers moved with an unsettling synchrony, their movements fluid and calculated. They seemed to target specific areas of the school, their actions deliberate and ruthless. Andrei's heart pounded in his chest as he watched in horror, his mind struggling to process the violence unfolding before him.

Viviana's eyes locked onto the attackers, her gaze cold and calculating. Without hesitation, she sprang into action, unleashing a fierce cry as she charged towards the attackers. Her movements were a blur of precision and power, her fists flying and her feet kicking with deadly accuracy. She targeted the attackers' vulnerable spots, aiming for their knees, ankles, and elbows to disable them quickly.

Despite being vastly outnumbered, Viviana fought with a ferocity that belied her slender frame. She used her agility to evade attacks and create openings for counterattacks, her eyes darting between the multiple opponents as she searched for weaknesses to exploit. Her training and experience kicked in, allowing her to stay focused and adapt to the situation.

However, the sheer number of attackers began to take its toll, and Viviana found herself surrounded, her movements becoming more desperate as she struggled to keep her opponents at bay. Her breathing grew ragged, her muscles screaming in protest as she fought to survive.

The attackers seemed to be everywhere, their fangs bared as they descended upon the terrified students like predators sensing prey. The sound of screams and wails filled the air, mingling with the wet, tearing sounds of the attackers feeding. Andrei's eyes scanned the chaos, desperately searching for an escape route, but it was too late. The attackers had already surrounded them, their eyes glowing with an otherworldly hunger that seemed to pierce through the darkness.

The air was thick with the scent of blood and fear, and Andrei's stomach churned with revulsion as he watched the carnage unfold. The attackers moved with an unnatural speed and agility, their movements almost... inhuman. Andrei's heart pounded in his chest as he realized they were trapped, with no clear way to escape the horror that surrounded them.

One of the attackers grabbed Andrei, its grip like a vice as it pulled him back into the shadows. Andrei struggled and kicked, but his efforts were futile against the attacker's supernatural strength. The attacker's fingers dug deep into his arms, the pressure building until Andrei felt his bones creaking under the strain. The air was squeezed from his lungs, leaving him gasping for breath as he was dragged deeper into the darkness.

The vampire's face loomed over him, its eyes burning with an unnatural hunger. Andrei's vision began to blur as the it's grip tightened, its fangs inches from his neck. He felt a surge of adrenaline as his body responded to the threat, but it was no match for the attacker's power.

Andrei felt a searing pain in his neck, like icy fingers wrapping around his spine, as the attacker's fangs sank deeper. His vision blurred, and the sounds of chaos receded into the background. In the distance, he saw Viviana fighting off attackers with a fierce determination, her eyes locking onto his for a brief, desperate moment before she was forced to defend herself again. Andrei's heart swelled with fear and despair, knowing he was running out of time.

The attacker's grip tightened, its claws digging into his skin like talons. Andrei's body began to feel heavy, as if it was sinking into the floor, weighed down by an invisible force. He tried to cry out, but his voice was barely a whisper, lost in the cacophony of screams and wails.

As the attacker's grip constricted, Andrei's world began to fade to black, like a painting smeared by rain. He saw Viviana's face, her eyes filled with a desperate determination, her gaze burning with an unspoken promise to save him. He saw the library, the tables and chairs overturned, books scattered across the floor like fallen leaves. The dim fluorescent lights flickered, casting eerie shadows on the walls. And then, everything went black.

Andrei's body slumped to the ground, his eyes frozen in a blank stare, devoid of life. This lifeless gaze could be a sign of various conditions, including certain forms of epilepsy, depression, or other mental health conditions. The attacker stood over him, its eyes gleaming with satisfaction, its gaze piercing through the darkness. But Viviana had seen enough. She fought her way through the chaos, her eyes locked on Andrei's lifeless body, her movements swift and deadly.

Viviana's eyes locked onto the attacker that had killed Andrei, and a fierce rage burned within her. She fought her way through the chaos, her movements swift and deadly. The attacker looked up, its eyes meeting Viviana's, and for a moment, it seemed to sense its own demise.

With a swift kick, Viviana sent the attacker crashing to the ground. She pinned it down, her eyes blazing with fury. The attacker's eyes widened in terror as Viviana's fangs bared, and she sank them deep into its neck.

The attacker's screams were music to Viviana's ears as she drank its blood. She felt its life force ebbing away, and a sense of satisfaction washed over her. The attacker's body began to struggle, its limbs flailing wildly, but Viviana held tight.

As she drank, Viviana felt a sense of brutal pleasure. The attacker's blood was warm and metallic, and it tasted of fear and despair. Viviana's senses were heightened, and she could smell the attacker's sweat and fear. She could feel its pulse racing, its heart pounding in its chest.

Finally, the attacker's body went limp, and Viviana pulled back, her eyes blazing with fury. She stood up, her chest heaving with exertion, and looked around at the carnage. The library was in shambles, the tables and chairs overturned, the books scattered across the floor.

Viviana's eyes locked onto Andrei's body, and she rushed to his side. She knelt down, her hands cradling his head, and leaned in close. With a swift motion, she bit into her own wrist, opening a vein, and pressed it to Andrei's lips. "Drink," she whispered, her voice urgent.

As Andrei's body began to heal, Viviana's blood flowed into him, imbuing him with the vampiric curse. The air was thick with the scent of blood and death, and Viviana could feel the weight of the curse settling over Andrei's body.

Andrei's skin began to take on a pale, almost translucent quality, and his eyes sunken into his skull. His breathing slowed, and his heart rate decreased, until it seemed as though he was no longer breathing at all. Viviana could feel his body growing cold, his skin cooling to the touch.

The transformation was agonizingly slow, and Viviana could feel the weight of her own immortal life bearing down on her. She had done this before only one other time. She could feel the pain and the fear emanating from Andrei's body, even as his consciousness slipped away.

As the minutes ticked by, Andrei's body began to undergo a radical transformation. His cells were rewriting themselves, his DNA changing to accommodate the vampiric curse. Viviana could feel the power of the curse coursing through his veins, transforming him from the inside out.

Andrei's body began to twitch and convulse, his limbs jerking wildly as his nervous system rewired itself. Viviana held him tight, her grip firm but gentle, as she whispered words of comfort in his ear. She could feel his pain and his fear, but she knew that it was necessary.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Andrei's body fell still. His eyes were closed, and his chest was motionless. Viviana held her breath, waiting for the moment when he would awaken, reborn as a creature of the night. And then, his eyes flickered open, and he looked up at her with a gaze that was both familiar and yet completely alien.

Viviana leaned in close, her fangs bared, and sank them into Andrei's neck. As she drank his blood, she felt a rush of sensations and memories flood through her mind. She saw flashes of Andrei's life, his thoughts and feelings, and his desires.

Andrei's memories of her played out like a movie in her mind. She saw the way he looked at her, the way he felt about her. She saw the way his heart skipped a beat when she was near, the way he couldn't take his eyes off her.

Viviana saw the moments they had shared together, the laughter and the conversations. She saw the way Andrei's eyes would light up when she smiled, the way his face would soften when she was happy. And she saw the way he felt when she was sad or upset, the way he wanted to comfort her and make her feel better.

She saw his home life the miserable conditions he faced with his father's alcohol problems, the way his mother did her best to keep it together for Andrei despite barely being able to keep herself together. She saw it all. The screaming matches at 2:30 in the morning. The late nights trying to get work done. She knew he saw her as a beacon in his otherwise dark world.

As she drank, Viviana felt a spark of recognition, a sense of connection to Andrei that she couldn't ignore. She saw the depth of his feelings for her, and it made her feel... uneasy. She wasn't sure she was ready to acknowledge the emotions that were stirring within her.

The memories came fast and furious, a jumbled mix of emotions and sensations. Viviana saw the way Andrei's heart ached when she didn't notice him, the way he felt invisible when she was around other people. But she also saw the way he felt when she looked at him, the way his heart soared when she smiled at him.

As she pulled back, Viviana felt a sense of disorientation. She looked at Andrei, and saw the changes in him, the way his eyes seemed to gleam in the dim light. His normally Hazel eyes now shined Amber. She knew that she had bound them together forever, and that their connection would only grow stronger with time.

But Viviana was determined to resist the feelings that were growing within her. She didn't want to admit the truth, didn't want to acknowledge the emotions that were stirring in her chest. She pulled back, her mask firmly in place, and looked at Andrei with a mixture of curiosity and wariness.

"You're one of us now," she said, her voice cool and detached. "We'll face the world together, as equals." But deep down, Viviana knew that their connection went far beyond equality. She knew that she felt something for Andrei, something that she couldn't quite explain. And she knew that she would have to fight it, every step of the way.

Viviana's eyes scanned the carnage, her gaze darting between the fallen bodies and the chaos that surrounded them. The scent of blood and sweat hung heavy in the air, mingling with the acrid smell of smoke and fear. She knew she had to get Andrei out of there, away from the sights and smells that could trigger his bloodlust. She wrapped her arms around him, holding him close as she effortlessly pulled him to his feet she guided him through the destruction.

The sound of screams and wailing filled the air, punctuated by the crunch of broken glass and the thud of footsteps. Viviana's ears rang with the cacophony, but she tuned it out, focusing on Andrei. She could feel his heart racing, his body struggling to adapt to the new vampiric blood coursing through his veins. His skin was slick with sweat, and his eyes were wide with shock and confusion.

"Come on, Andrei, we need to get out of here," she whispered, her voice calm and soothing. She kept her tone gentle, trying to reassure him as they navigated the chaos.

Andrei stumbled beside her, his movements awkward and uncoordinated. Viviana's grip on him tightened, her fingers digging into his arm as she pulled him closer. She shielded him from the worst of the carnage, keeping him safe from the sights and smells that might push him over the edge.

As they moved through the crowds of panicked students and faculty, Viviana's vampiric strength and speed allowed her to push through with ease. She kept Andrei close, her eyes locked on the parking lot ahead. The cool afternoon air hit them like a slap as they emerged from the chaos, and Viviana could feel the tension in Andrei's body begin to ease.

Finally, they reached the car, and Viviana helped Andrei inside. She quickly got in beside him, starting the engine and pulling away from the school. The sound of sirens grew fainter as they drove, replaced by the hum of the engine and the soft rustle of the wind.

As they drove, Viviana glanced over at Andrei, her eyes filled with concern. He was slumped against the seat, his eyes closed, and his chest rising and falling with each ragged breath. She reached out, gently brushing his hair back from his face.

"Andrei, can you hear me?" she asked softly. Andrei's eyelids flickered open, and he looked at her with a mixture of confusion and fear. Viviana's heart ached as she saw the uncertainty in his eyes, the struggle to comprehend what was happening to him. "We'll get through this, Andrei. I promise," she said, her voice filled with conviction. She reached out, taking his hand in hers, and giving it a gentle squeeze.

Andrei's gaze locked onto hers, and for a moment, Viviana saw a glimmer of recognition, of understanding. Then, his eyes fluttered closed again, and he leaned back against the seat, his body trembling with the aftermath of his transformation.

Viviana's grip on the steering wheel tightened as she drove, her mind racing with thoughts of what lay ahead. She knew she had to get Andrei to a safe place, somewhere he could learn to control his new powers and navigate the dangers of the vampire world. But for now, she just drove, her eyes fixed on the road ahead, her heart heavy with the weight of what she'd done. The looming darkness of the evening ahead seemed to press in around her, and she felt a sense of trepidation about the future.

Blackwood Manor - Victoria Falls, Pennsylvania - 3:30pm

━━━━━━━•✞︎•━━━━━━━

As they drove through the winding roads, the trees grew taller and the houses farther apart. Viviana finally turned onto a private drive, the entrance marked by a discreet stone pillar with a subtle symbol etched into it. The gates swung open, and Viviana drove through, the trees closing in around them like sentinels.

The mansion came into view, its elegant facade giving off a posh feeling of royalty. Just who the hell was Viviana? They pulled up to the entrance, where a pair of ornate doors swung open to admit them. She helped Andrei out of the car, supporting him as he stumbled.

As they entered the mansion, Viviana nodded to the staff, who moved discreetly to secure the doors and gates behind them. The interior was just as elegant as the exterior, with rich wood paneling, velvet drapes, and soft candlelight.

Viviana led Andrei to a comfortable sitting room, where a fire crackled in the hearth. She settled him onto a plush couch, covering him with a soft throw blanket. Go figure it smelled like Viviana. ~I am surrounded by you...~ he thought to himself.

"I'll get you something to drink," she said, her voice gentle. "You need to rest and recover." As Viviana handed Andrei the glass of rich, red liquid, he looked at it curiously and asked, "What is this?" His voice was weak but inquiring, and Viviana's eyes locked onto his as she replied, "Something to help you recover. Drink it, and you'll feel better soon."Andrei's gaze lingered on the glass, and then he looked up at Viviana, his eyes searching for reassurance.

"It'll help with the transition," she added softly, her voice gentle and calming. Andrei nodded, seeming to accept this, and drank the liquid in one swift motion. As the warmth spread through his body, his eyes closed in relief, and Viviana smiled, stroking his hair with a soothing touch.

"Where are we?" Andrei asked, his voice a little stronger now. "My home, Blackwood Manor." Viviana replied, her smile softening. "You're safe here, Andrei. No one will harm you."

Andrei nodded, seeming to accept this. As he finished the drink, Viviana murmured a soft incantation under her breath: "Aegis noctis, tibi domus." The words seemed to weave a subtle spell around the room, and the magic wards that protected the mansion hummed softly in response.

The air in the room seemed to thicken, becoming more secure and intimate. Viviana felt a sense of peace wash over her, knowing that they were safe, at least for the moment. Viviana gently lifted Andrei into her arms, cradling him like a child, and carried him towards her bedroom. The room was dimly lit, with only a few candles casting a warm glow over the space. She laid him down on her bed, covering him with a soft blanket.

As Viviana began to undress, Andrei's eyes fluttered open. He saw her standing beside the bed, her fingers working the buttons on her blouse. His gaze locked onto her, and he felt a surge of embarrassment and desire.

Viviana's eyes met his, and she smiled softly. "Get some rest, Andrei," she whispered, her voice gentle. Andrei's face grew hot, and he felt his heart racing. He tried to speak, to say something, but his voice was caught in his throat. He was too tired to do anything but lie there, his eyes fixed on Viviana as she pulled off the blood soaked clothing. She slipped into the bed beside him. Leaving nothing but the reflection of the dream he started his morning with come to fruition.

As she wrapped her arms around him, Andrei felt a sense of comfort and security wash over him. She nestled herself into his now toned body. Andrei's eyes closing as he drifted off to sleep. Feeling some level of comfort. The mansion was quiet in comparison to his own home. He quickly flickered out like a light
