"Let's go together!"
Aqua, understanding his intent, said to Subaru with a meaningful smile.

Natsuki Subaru nodded vigorously, a smile spreading across his face.
Having people to go with him was the best-case scenario, especially another transmigrator like himself.
"I know the way. Follow me!"
Subaru led the way, with Satou Kazuma and Aqua following behind.
"Hey, Kazuma, why did you stop me back there?"
"The 'Satella' that Subaru is talking about definitely isn't our target."
Kazuma's injuries had healed a bit, at least enough for his words to be barely understandable.
"Why not?" Aqua looked confused.
"Think about it, what kind of game puts the final boss in the starter village? Besides, didn't we already find out? That 'Witch of Envy' is sealed! She's not here! The Satella that Subaru mentioned must be a different person."
Kazuma said. For some reason, he could already picture Aqua suddenly attacking a normal person, only to get beaten up in return.

The man introduced himself as Old Man Rom. He looked over the three of them.

They had only followed Subaru here to find someone and gather information. They didn't know or care about any insignia or silver-haired girl.
However, on the way, Satou Kazuma had learned a bit more about this world.
For instance, not long ago, the entire royal family of this kingdom, Lugnica, had succumbed to a mysterious illness. Now, the leaderless kingdom was using a prophecy from the "Dragon Tablet" to select the next king from five candidates.
