Chapter 3 - Goodbye, Rainbow Hair

Rong Xingyu pinched his now smooth cheek. Hmm, it really was soft…

But what was going on with this hairstyle?

He stared at the mirror, his fingers trembling as they touched his hair: one, two, three… seven colors!

Why did seven different colors appear on one person's head at the same time? Did the original Rong Xingyu go out every day wearing a rainbow on his head?

The bright hair colors weren't even the most extreme part. In his rebellious phase, the original had adopted a street-style look. He had no fewer than three piercings on each ear, each of them with neat rows of black earrings hanging along the outer edge.

Rong Xingyu: "…"

And it was obvious the young master hadn't taken care of the piercings after getting them done, his earlobes were red and inflamed.

Rong Xingyu had very low pain tolerance. He bit his lower lip and held his breath.

By the time he awkwardly removed both rows of earrings, tears were already welling in his eyes from the pain.

Rong Xingyu applied medicine to his ears with trembling hands while sniffling.

Then, when he looking down, he noticed a fish tattooed on his left ankle.

Rong Xingyu: qAq!!!

Would getting a tattoo removed be even more painful…? Just thinking about it made him hiccup in fear.

"Well… this tattoo isn't too bad looking… maybe I don't have to remove it!"

But even if he didn't remove the tattoo, the rainbow hair had to be fixed.

...

Rong Xingyu found a nearby well reviewed hair salon by following GPS.

The stylist who is named Alex raised his delicate finger and asked him enthusiastically what kind of style he wanted.

"No need for anything fancy, just dye it black, thank you," Rong Xingyu said firmly.

He resolutely rejected Alex's suggestion of a rainbow hair with black base hairstyle.

When he finally saw his familiar black hair in the mirror, Rong Xingyu felt much more at ease.

"Oh my god, baby, the black hair really suits you best~! You're so beautiful~" Alex praised sincerely while blow-drying Rong Xingyu's hair.

Rong Xingyu was about to give a polite smile, but suddenly felt sharp pain in his ear.

The blow dryer had hit it.

"Ugh!" Rong Xingyu gasped and his tears almost spilling.

By the time he finally walked out of the salon, his ears were still red and swollen and tears kept threatening to fall from his eyes.

Rong Xingyu standing outside while tilted his head back and blinked several times, finally forcing back the tears.

When he turning to leave, he didn't notice a low-key Bentley parked not far away across the street at a quiet intersection.

Some passersby curiously peeked into the luxury car but could only see the long legs in a tailored suit and the finely crafted leather shoes of the man sitting inside, partially hidden by the half-closed door.

From across the street, a tall teenager came running.

Ding Wei had been delayed for a moment over there. As soon as he stopped, he heard the young uncle in the car ask him what was wrong.
